The reviews for Civil Process Service looked great so we thought we d have a good experience - wrong. I called civil Process Legal and asked questions about getting some legal docs served. The person seemed a bit goofy on the phone but was still knowledgeable about the process service details. The next day I called back and said we were ready to move forward with using their services. I told the person I d call tomorrow morning as soon as the docs were filed with the court and let them know the case number and that the docs were ready for pick up (since he told me to leave the docs at the courthouse) he replied, Okay, call me anytime. No one answer my call the next morning. I called four times throughout the day. The court did not have record of the Fort Worth address for Civil Process Legal that is posted on their website so my fiancé was not able to leave the papers at the court for pick up as I was told by Civil Process Legal. My fiancé drove to the address listed on the Civil Process Legal-Fort Worth website and there was no one there and it wasn t a valid office. My fiancé returned to the court house and the court said it was to late for the court to have the papers sent out for service since the docs were filed and already released to him. They told him to use the Sheriff s Office. The court did say Civil Process Legal shows an office in Arlington but we didn t trust it at this point and decided not to use Civil Process Legal. What a mess this caused my fiancé and a lot of driving. He drove to the Sheriff s Department to have them serve our legal docs. That seemed to go a lot smoother. We learned it s worth it to have the court handle serving your papers or the Sheriff s office. Both are a more trusted source. Be sure to bring cash to the Sheriff s Department as they don t accept credit card. Keep your receipt. Hope you learn from our mistake.

After speaking with a process server online who was very friendly and personable. I loved how quickly I received a response and the fact that you are able to email the documents with ease. I called another listed process server in Arlington to find out they werent even local. I then contacted Civil Process Legal via the online chat portal, not only did they know the service address but were only 10 minutes away! This is by far the BEST process service firm I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They helped me with my case quickly and efficiently, and they always kept me up-to-date on everything I needed to know. As for results, we got the respondent served in 48 hours, so yay! Definitely recommended!!
