Yo! Bowl! Taiwanese cousin is really delicious and represents the same taste as I remembered. The chef is from Taiwan. The braised beef soup is rich enough but not just too salty. The noodles and rice noodles are right chewy. The Taiwanese sausage with garlic slices are as good as I had in Taiwan. The wanton in the chilly oil sauce is my favorite. Yogurt with strawberry is creamy and worthy order again. Hibiscus drink is yummy as well. I feel so lucky to have this restaurant so close to me. I definitely will visit again. I am looking forward to try the new menu braised pork on rice ( Lurou Fan ). This beef noodle shop has just opened five months ago. The soup is rich but not too salty, the noodles and rice noodles (thick rice noodles) are soft and chewy, the Taiwanese sausage is very authentic, and the red oil noodles are the best taste in my memory . The roselle fruit juice drink is also delicious, and the yogurt (with strawberry) is a delicacy not to be missed. The chef is from Taipei, Taiwan. Fortunately, this store opened near my home. I will definitely visit again. Looking forward to the new menu Lu Pork Rice .

Really great Chinese / Taiwanese noodle shop with delicious side dish options and great teas. The staff were kind and very helpful. Their Miefen (rice) noodles were definitely a good decision, and their chili oil was the perfect amount of spicy. If you re not a big fan of tendon, I d get the sliced beef over the braised beef. The scallion pancake, cucumber, and pan fried dumplings were all very solid choices, and we would get them all again. The winter melon tea, hibiscus tea, and yogurt drink were all great. They also have other more pan Asian offerings like chicken katsu, but we don t get those. Easy to park in the garage on the first level of the complex. Somewhat limited seating so I d recommend coming on a weekday or a Sunday, or getting take out. We will be back!

Our first time here and we were both kindly and warmly greeted upon entering. There was a bit of confusion on exactly how/where to enter the parking garage since the restaurant has entrances on two sides. The restaurant is located in a condo development. We will know not make a wrong turn on our next visit. Five-star Dining experience thanks to Shing (the owner) and Lin(cashier) serving legit Ramen and Mifen in an industrial and modern space with ample natural light. Food quality, presentation, flavor, taste, reasonably-priced portions, service, and ambiance - what more could you ask for? We ordered three items: 1.) Cucumber Salad 2.) Spicy Chicken Dry Mifen w/Fried Egg 3.) Ramen Soup with Fried Chicken For three items, our total was just $40.31 (with tax). And yes, I would definitely return. The Cucumber Salad had a noticeable depth of flavor lent by the vinegar, green onion, and chopped garlic and set the perfect tone for the rest of our meal. The Spicy Chicken was perfectly marinated, flavorful, succulent, and tender without all the salt that some places use. The chewy texture of the Mifen soaked up all the deliciousness and spices and was truly enjoyable to eat. The Fried Egg made it that much more special and took the dish to another level. When a craving hits, this appears to be the place to go! Mom said she enjoyed her Ramen Soup with Fried Chicken. The contrast of the beef bone broth worked well with the Ramen. The crunchy exterior of the chicken was impressive and flavorful while the inside maintained a soft texture and mouthfeel. Yo! Bowl truly exceeded our expectations and will more than likely be added to our list of restaurant rotations. Everything is made from scratch daily in-house with high quality ingredients and a commitment to customer service. Shing interacted with us throughout our meal to ensure we had everything we needed and we will definitely return to try other Menu items. After our meal, Shing offered us samples of Hibiscus Tea and Yogurt(not pictured). Mom and I both tried the Hibiscus Tea and it was truly delicious and refreshing on a blazing 104°F Texan August Summer Day. Will have to come back to try the Yogurt. When we sat in our car to leave, it wouldn t turn over. Panic set in (of course it had to happen on the hottest day of the year and three days before we travel out of the country), and not knowing what else to do, we went back inside the restaurant where Shing was kind enough to give us a boost so we could go straight to our dealership for servicing. I truly appreciated that. Just another reason I will go out of my way to be a frequent patron here.

The food here was great, we ordered both soup rice noodles and dry rice noodles , and they had great authentic flavor. I highly recommend the spicy chicken soup noodles, it was so good! this place is SO good ! this is the second time i ve been here and they ve been nothing but kind and accommodating, and the food is just as good as the first time. you can really tell they care about the food and the quality here. it s very clean too ! Vegetarian options: i am vegetarian, and the fried tofu here is very good. it doesn t feel like they just slapped something together - the tofu is nicely crisp and goes perfectly with the noodles.

Plenty of parking in the apartments marked retail and they have doors on both side to walk into the restaurant. The braised beef soup was everything you want in a beef soup. Opt for the built your own for all the toppings and add quail eggs cause who doesn t love quail eggs. I did no spice but it did have a bit of a kick still but I don t mine it. I m still thinking about the noodles and the warm soup so I guess I gotta go back soon.

I ordered take out for the first time here. I got the Mifen Beef Noodle Soup and Chili Wonton Noodles. I was a bit skeptical about this place since it s similar to Show Mian down the street. Wasn t a big fan there Turns out the food is bomb, here! This is probably the best Chinese beef noodle soup I have come across that isn t bland.(Sorry but not sorry blandness) Their chili wontons are good too. I have to go back and try out their dry noodle dishes & made in house yogurt? Definitely give this a try if you re craving something soupy

This is a newly opened location in Carrollton, the atmosphere is very clean and orderly and the service is exceptional - we had Stella H who was able to passionately explain to us the different menu options as well as make clear and strong recommendations. The food quality was above average for a asian fusion restaurant, we liked our experience very well. Will be back when we are in Carrollton! Parking: There is a retail parking garage which customers can use to walk to the back entrance to access the store.

I originally thought that the Ten Seconds on the other side of the expressway was bad enough, but it turned out that this Huaxi Wang branch soaked the rice noodles in soy sauce soup and sold them. No wonder, boss Huaxi Wang returned to China and became a member of the CPPCC Committee of Guizhou Province, so he no longer cares about the quality of the store. There are so many Chinese restaurants in Dallas now, and the only ones with worse value for money than this restaurant are those that launder money for Oklahomas marijuana business.

We tried all the signature dishes - the Rice noodle soup (Mifen) and dried rice noodle. If you never had Mifen, give a try with fried egg and sweet tea for sure. The Beef in Chili oil was the highlight. Authentic Parking: Parking was on the first floor with plenty of the lots. Kid-friendliness: There was a area outside of the store with no traffic passing by. My little one was playing there with her friends while we are eating. love it

Happy to try this new place out for dinner! Got the signature spicy braised beef soup and signature spicy dry noodles and both were delicious! We tried the mifen (rice noodles) at the recommendation of the staff and they were unique and tasty! Kind of like a thinner udon (so easier to eat) but rice noodle so less heavy than ramen/egg noodles can be sometimes. Really nice chewy texture. The soup broth had a lot of depth and the dry noodle sauce had a great sesame and chili oil flavor. Both were so good, I couldn t decide which was my favorite. It s really nice to have options like this in Carrollton because previously we d have to drive to Plano for food like this! The staff were very friendly and attentive too! I definitely want to come back to try the chili oil wontons and scallion pancake.

We have tried this new restaurant and ordered beef Mifen soup, dried Mifen and a few appetizer. They all taste really good, and what I really like is you can customize Your toppings. I highly recommended adding pickled beans, Thai chili, fried eggs. These toppings definitely bring real spicy kicks and more flavors. The restaurant is very clean and great service. Tried the beef rice noddle soup with the teriyaki egg and the fried egg. Food tastes really good, the portion is big, and it is not pricy at all (about 10.99 with $2 beef, egg costs 1.75 each). Also highly recommend the fried Tofu and yogurt (yogurt is just slightly sweet, which is perfect for my asian stomach )! P.S.
