Very nice for my friends wedding lots of parking and plenty of room in the building not over crowded with tables and very nice up stairs where the bride gets ready before hand. Restrooms are very little that Is the only down fall I seen so far and there is a bar also .

The Modeana Ranch is absolutely beautiful. The owners are so easy to work with and very accommodating. The staff that worked the wedding were fantastic. I am so happy I decided on the Modeana Ranch for my wedding. The place is huge so plenty of room for guests and dancing. The outside venue for the ceremony is amazing as well. My guests ALL commented on the venue! Maria and David are the best!

We recently had an event at Modeana Texas venue , the place is beautiful inside and outside, decorations and ballroom pretty stunning, great service, great staff. Everything on point. Highly recommend this place.

My daughter had her quinceañera in this place and it was a nice experience, Maria and Lupe were very friendly along with the girls who helped us serve our guests. The place is highly recommended and if we have an event it will always be our first option.

I attended a wedding here. The wedding ceremony which happened outside was really beautiful. The establishment was nicely decorated inside for the reception. The only drawbacks was the parking situation, no one was there to tell you where to park. When leaving it was very dark & there was no outside lighting, which made it very difficult finding where you parked your car .

I officiated a wedding here last weekend. This is one of the most beautiful places I have performed a ceremony. The staff were very accommodating and prompt. The reception area is just beautiful with chandeliers and perfect lighting. The outdoor area for the ceremony is quaint and with the trees and lush landscaping it just picturesque and perfect for an outdoor wedding. This is out in the COUNTRY. when we left in the evening the crickets were chirping and the stars were beautiful. I would highly recommended this venue for your rustic wedding spot.

Nice venue for a wedding. Unfortunately they have no covering for the guests while the ceremony was being conducted. Summer in Texas is hot and sitting in the sun made everyone sweat profusely. Also, there was a joke of a preacher with long hair of the cowboy type that thought it would be cute to joke all during the ceremony. Even during the vows. If this rodeo clown comes part of the package, bring your own preacher. Other than that there were no complaints. Very nice facility even if it is in the middle of nowhere.
