The order for takeout was excellent in service, quality and friendliness. The staff ensured you received fresh toppings and were attentive to the order requests. The eating areas and self-serve fountain drink area were clean. The atmosphere was good, parking was ample along with handicap parking and access to the building. Ive been ordering pizza and salads here for quite a while and Ive always enjoyed my food and the great staff. Thank you. Vegetarian options: Meat and cheese alternatives. Parking: There is designated parking for pickup orders and handicap. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap ramp to the entrance.

Well, I wanted to try gluten free, but wont be doing that again. It was so hard, I was afraid to break my tooth. On top of that, I ordered my pizza with artichokes but they only put on the inedible parts and I ended up having to remove the artichoke bits entirely. It was pretty disappointing.

Pizza was great, first time at this location for me and my family. The two works also another young lady was great and most definitely very helpful to my mother in law. I gave three stars because a worker YES A WORKER came in with a cat, holding the cat, had the cat on the floor and table but that s not all .. She came back in with pjs on, walked behind the counter without washing hands or changing clothes from hold a cat and started making food. I m sorry but that s soooo nasty. I have been coming to this establishment and this by far has been the BEST experience. Ky was AMAZING and built my pizza with love and care. She catered to my picky child and her no cheese on pizza request. She was a little busy but never rushed and did everything with a smile. If you re in Burleson and need a MOD pie ask for Ky!

Had a great conversation with the staff as we were making a pizza together. Great customer service skills, and lots of patience for my indecisiveness. We will be coming back here much more often. Kylynn and Ethan were very diligent and simultaneously very charismatic. 10/10 for customer service and helping create a positive experience after a tough day for my pregnant wife and I.

Can I say this location has to be one of the best so far. I used to go the one on Chisholm Trail. Ive stopped I rarely outside of that place being slightly chaotic, the ingredients are usually mixed with each other sauce with cheese etc, on top of a list of other things not beneficial under this review ( maybe i should leave them one )... sorry about that. I now drive completely out of my way to this location because its so clean the ppl are warm and friendly and I feel a sense of security with each bite that I wont be get sick because of cross contamination . Glad I found this place keep up the good work. Maybe share your tips with the other location

My husband and I went in there tonight at 8:30. There was one table eating and no one in line. We walked up, there was a man flattening the dough for pizzas. After a couple of minutes he looked at us and said he had to fill all of the online orders first. There were 6. He kept flattening the dough. We just wanted a single pizza. He shouldve made our order first, as we were in the restaurant. The man never said another word again. Upon looking at the toppings area, we noticed it was a disaster. Old wet rags sitting where the toppings are. Empty containers and just garbage. We walked out after 10 minutes. Last time we had MOD it wasnt very good and now this. I dont imagine well be returning. Especially with Ginas reopening next week.

We love the pizza. So we tolerate the staff that doesnt enjoy being there. Every time we go they appear bothered that we want to order something. The last time they rushed us through (the place was empty) to the point we couldnt even ask for more of items or additional items. (Isnt that the whole point of the design of the place...to personalize your pizza?) They had it at the window to cook while I was still about to ask for mushrooms. And heaven forbid you ask for a little more of something. The manager may be the cause of the morale because when I asked for more pepperoni, the employee looked over at the manager to see if she was looking. My son went once to an empty restaurant midday on a weekday. His school group of 16-18 kiddos arrived at the same time. The manager got grumpy with them and said they should have called ahead. The kids told her they had time to wait, but that did not settle her stress. Tip: if you like the pizza, just go in and advocate for what you are spending money on and try to spread some joy...because they are in need of it.

I walked into an empty restaurant at 7:00pm. One person waiting on a takeout order, and one in line paying. We were warned as we approached the front that they had 6 to-go orders and we would have to wait for them to finish those. Unbelievable! When did we start prioritizing take-out orders over the dine-in customers?! We were going to order two pizzas, that s it. I almost feel as though the guy wanted to get rid of us. So that s what we did, we walked out. Somehow this service comes as no surprise when the employees are in a revolving door, always all new ones every time I go in. It is frustrating to have decent pizza so close to home and we tend to drive to Fort Worth because they have better service. Treat your customers better!!

The customer service at this establishment is why I will be returning! I came in on 1/20/2024 around lunchtime. I was immediately greeted upon entering and the girls looked happy to take my order! Kai was very helpful and informative when it came to my allergy needs and Alexis cooked it to perfection! I would like to go on record and say I didn t even get a chance to taste my food so I can t give an accurate rating on taste! But the attitude in this place left a sour taste in my mouth and I will NEVER even attempt to eat at this place again as long as that witch (and trust I used a different word) named Kye is working there! If this is who you guys choose to represent your company or store front I m going to recommend you guys reevaluate! Her attitude is enough to leave a bad taste in anyone s mouth! I ve had mod once in a different location and the experience was the complete opposite of what I got at this location! I wanted my family to try this place out and when I got there to pick up my food it was ready before time (which was awesome)and the sweet lady at the oven verified and passed me my pizza! Naturally I opened it up and checked it and I told her oh my sauces are all over the Pizza and not on the side like I requested?! She calmly asked me did I want her to remake it and I told her no it was fine I will eat it as made, Thank you! I began to walk off! Halfway to the door, I hear the other lady (Kye is what she claims her name to be) make the remark she didn t request sauces on the side in special comments! In an aggressive tone! It s that time of the month (tmi) so I instantly turned around snapped back I DID PUT IT IN THE COMMENTS! and then went to my car! I sat there for a few seconds reading over my order and COMMENTS before I realized she had me messed all the way up! 1. Because the convo I had with the other lady was brief and understood! We didn t have an issue and I understand mistakes happen! 2. If a comment needed to be made, respect the staff and other customers and keep it amongst you and other employees 3. Don t be loud and wrong! So I walked back in to clarify who made the comment and she owned up to it! And went to tell me that her system doesn t show her the special comments and it doesn t matter what my side shows! 1. If my side didn t matter why in the hell even offer that section for customers 2.Just apologize because you misspoke due to your carelessness or inability to read directions. 3. If there are system issues, file a ticket to not inconvenience other customers and apologize on behalf of the company Anywho, She was dismissive to what I was trying to show her and told me doesn t matter what my side says did I want another pizza or not? And this dismissive attitude pissed me off and I cussed this girl out! With that attitude you can t do anything for me! I do apologize because I didn t have to cuss her out and sometimes we let pride get the best of us! The issue was never about the pizza the issue was that you stepped out of place and wanted animosity for whatever reason! You chose violence! After cussing her out I went back to my car and sat for a minute and thought, I paid my money and I don t owe her or MOD PIZZA anything! I went back in for the 3rd time and told her to refund me my money and sat that pizza on the counter! This is where told her what she could do for me is give me my refund! She printed the receipt, told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund and I asked for her name at this point of the interaction! I chose to ignore the fact she made a groan and said oh my God! when I walked back in! Sorry so long! I watched her get on the phone as I was pulling off! All this to say, this was a terrible experience! I won t be back! Please, retrain this girl in customer service!

If I could leave zero stars I would, terrible experience. Nasty, we had to clean our own table, employees seem miserable and apparently don t listen when u are ordering. One of our orders was for light sauce and no pepperoni instead we got white sauce and pepperoni, maybe if they turn that horrible loud music down they could actually here what people are asking for, total waste of money, never going back. Current Management needs to be fired, specifically the General Manager and the Assistant general manager, these two made innapropiate comments about my gender, wondering if I was a boy or girl, laughing at me and when I confronted them they dismissed me like I wasn t a customer like I didn t just pay $30+ for their service. My wife and I love MOD pizza as a restraunt. We have been going to them for years since we lived in GA since about 2018. When we moved to Cleburne TX we found the MOD in Burleson TX. This has been the biggest let down since day one. The employees are always rude, non-existent, distracted, and always look like they just rolled out of bed. The trash cans are always over flowing, and the drink machines and counter are dirty. After multiple bad experiences we stopped coming. We decided it had been long enough and maybe it changed but to our suprise....it got worse. Sadly this will probably be out last time going to this location of MOD pizza. Possibly last time going to any MOD pizza. We dont want to support a company that allows a store to be run like this. If I could leave no stars or half a star I would.

Worst service ever and will never return. When we arrived they had a ton of people waiting for pizza to come out of the oven and everyone sitting down had zero food. Pizzas were so backed up they didn t have anywhere else to put them. They lost track of whose pizza was next in the oven. My husband received his and mine was still waiting to be placed in the pizza oven. 20 mins later I walked up and they informed that they dropped it. After waiting 45 minutes for the pizza I was not going to wait an additional 45 minutes for a new one. While I was waiting the employees started turning away customers that walk in to the establishment and said they were only taking online orders because they were so behind. Which seems ridiculous. The customers in front of you chose to come in and your going to turn them away?????

We went to mod Pizza today, it was my first time there. They were short staff but the staff was super friendly and efficient. Even though they had a line they were helpful and gave me recommendations on what type of pizza toppings I should choose. They engaged every customer, apologized for the wait and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be back, cant wait to eat my pizza. Been a fan ever since it opened. I hardly ever write reviews but I m very disappointed by my last visit to mod. I witnessed a male employee with a ponytail walking around drinking a beer while on the job in front of customers. We waited at the cash register for over 10 minutes while he walked past several times. Did he ask if we needed help? Nope, just came to the front to get his beer. I don t know what the mod policy is, but drinking on the job is very unprofessional. Our pizza was done cooking before we were able to pay for it because no one would check us out at the register. Ponytail man was also rude to a little girl who was trying to ask for help. I ve loved eating here for years, now I m embarrassed to go back. Drinking on the job, ignoring customers, and being rude to children are absolutely unacceptable.

Today was our first time here, but it will not be our last :) the pizza and salads were delicious! Loved the concept of the build-your-own pizza line (like a subway sandwich shop) and the amount of toppings to choose from was amazing! Bonus: they have VEGAN options!

Went to eat there today, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the sink in there was completely filthy. I switched tables 5 times because they where all filled with crumbs and to top it off one of the employees was sitting on the register COUNTER with her backside showing plumber style like it s not a restaurant. I ended up eating half of 1 slice and throwing the whole pizza away in disgust. I will NOT be back and definitely do not recommend.

The pizzas were very good . On the other hand, in my personal opinion, yes its okay to have a fun atmosphere while working, yet I dont think it should compromise the customers experience. We noticed that a few employees were taking on the workload, meanwhile the other 3 or 4 employees goofed off. Would we return? Maybe?

Probably our worst experience at mod. Pizza edges were burnt to a crisp, all the workers seemed mad. Worker with the ponytail had opened a beer and poured them into 2 cups while we were ordering. When mod first opened in Mansfield we were excited, this location does not seem to fit. Drinking while serving customers & not even making eye contact while talking.

Food was delicious. Location was dirty, staff were overwhelmed and not friendly. One staff member was cleaning up an overflowing garbage can, and he took some trash from our table, which we appreciated, but then proceeded to tell us he was going to clean up any more of our trash. We didn t ask him to clean anything up and he was the one that offered to take the trash that he took, so it was just very weird

My family and I were involved in a car accident yesterday (we were all Ok) and we went to mod pizza right after.. the employees overheard us talking about it and then decided to Como our entire meal! First of all, I h had to take a bit to calm down before I wrote this review, as courtesy is not on the menu at this Mod location. The employee here are that helped the couple before my family and I chatted them up quite a while (I took it they knew one another) as the line grew steadily longer (during dinner rush no less). Then the real fun began. The (hope I use the correct pronoun(s) here)ponytail person that was trying to grow facial hair had to be told multiple times what sauce, what cheese& then after being asked three times for sausage and pepperoni on a pizza then skipped the sausage, said is that all and hurriedly put the unfinished pizza in the oven. This was my daughter s pizza and I had to raise my voice to get their attention. This of course made everyone in the place turn and look and of course embarrassed my wife and two daughters. Not only is the service bad here but the pizzas were not fully cooked. Crunchy thin pizza is what everyone expects at Mod after spending over $60 we did not enjoy, we left. A short distance towards Burleson proper we spied Pizza Hut where you can go inside. We will definitely take our sage advice and take our hungry to the Hut moving forward One redeeming thing here: their drink dispenser is clean and sodas taste as if they have their lines cleaned from time to time. Thought I should mention the date and time. This occurred on 8-22-22 approximately 7 PM. Management needs to do something or this will continue to happen and reviews will continue to be poor resulting in the closure of this location, which is a shame because Mod is a good concept and a good XP at most of their locations

Me and my husband went here for dinner last night. Arrived around 6:45pm and there was quite the line which was expected on a Friday night. No Biggie. We stood in line with very little to no movement for an HOUR!! Not one time did an employee explain to anyone in line what was going on or why it was taking so long. Finally after asking they said they re backed up on online orders and that was their 1st priority. The lack of communication and customer service in this place is beyond horrible. At least have the common courtesy to let customers know what is going on. Not one time did any employee working apologize for the inconvenience or offer any type of resolution. Not to mention MULTIPLE employees were just standing around doing nothing. The lobby was dirty as well and it was just an all around unpleasant experience. 1st and last time ever coming to this location.. we will drive the extra distance for better customer service at this point.

Been here a few times - neat concept and pizzas are usually pretty tasty. Love having the options without extra charges. Last visit was on a Friday night and full of teenagers working. Horrible visit and food didnt quite come out as ordered. Luckily the times before were all good experiences so well be back. Just not on a Friday night. Everyone should try this place at least once for the experience.

Dont know what happen to this place, but it used to have such a wonderful atmosphere, I always love the music. It was dirty and the customer service was nothing like before. The guy that took my order acted like I was bothering him when I was requesting my toppings, they were out of a lot of toppings and I was cool with that, but he was very rude letting me know that they were out of things. lol . As I was waiting 2 people was already complaining about how they messed up their order. I did feel sorry for one of the young ladys working because she got yelled from of the messed up order customer. Found out her name was Azia been there since this early morning and here it is 7:30pm. Azia helped the customer and Azia was so sweet still smiling. My pizza was still very good. Im just very dispointed and how the restaurant was dirty and the ones taking the orders was rude. I love MOD pizza still. Just trying to help by just saying customer service just needs a little adjusting. I do want to say Thank you Azia for smiling and being a good customer service representative.

This particular MOD pizza has its ups and downs. It seems to be directly related to staffing levels. Some days you will come in and a single person is working the prep station and long lines will form. On these same days, you will also see overflowing trash and a lack of overall cleanliness in the front area. With that said, some days they are spotless and everything is nice. On both types of days, the food is consistently good. I ve not had a bad order here.

Disgustingly dirty restaurant and pizza burnt to a crisp. I never leave reviews but I have to this time. I seriously dont understand how a restaurant can be this nasty. Lets start with the lack of cleanliness first. We would not have eaten there if we had seen the condition of the dining area before ordering. We came through the door and got straight in line so we didnt see how gross it was until it was too late. We were one of three families eating there, tons of open tables, and yet there was not one single clean table to sit at. I had to wipe a table down myself. Parmesan cheese and trash all of the tables and floor, ice exploding out of the fountain drink area, straw wrappers, napkins, and soda spilled all over the floors and door to leave. Trash was overflowing. Everything was sticky. It was seriously disgusting. There were 5 employees just standing around chatting and not one of them was attempting to clean. Now the food... we order 5 pizzas and all 5 were sooo burnt! Not a little burnt from being cooked in the pizza oven but literally black and hard as a hockey puck. We couldnt taste anything but burnt crust and one of them was so hard we couldnt bite through the crust. So $70 later and it was not even edible. We went and got food somewhere else.

We attempted to eat at MOD tonight. We stood in line for 30 minutes(only 2 families were in front of us), by the time we got up to order the employees completely ignored us and began preparing 5 online orders. They were moving extremly slow and one person even focused more on whistling rather than working. My family of 8 walked out after standing to order another 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! We left and went to Mamas pizza.

My son goes to Mod ALL the time but he is done going now. He got there tonight 4/28 a Friday night at 10:18 and was told to leave they aren t serving anyone else. They close at 11!!! My son goes to Mod every Friday night after his baseball games and he goes other times too. They are extremely rude to him. One Friday night at 10:30 they were told they had to leave now. The lady was so rude to him that the next time he came in she gave him free pizza because she knew she was wrong. Not sure why my son keeps going back when the staff is so rude. He just loves mod so much. Whoever the manager is you need to get your Friday night staff in line! I will be calling in a complaint as well as this is extremely frustrating for your staff to treat my son and his girlfriend so poorly. When he got there tonight the whole staff was sitting around not working.

Absolutely loved this place!!! I tried it first because I found out that they make vegan pizzas. The place is clean, open, and has a good atmosphere. The employees are also super friendly.
