I didnt like it at all. I am disappointed, I have been living in the US for 12 years. And Ive always visited Chick-fil-a It is supposedly known for a clean place, friendly, smiling hard-working staff, well-combed women, their faces with low makeup, natural flowers on each table. This place was the complete opposite, from the manager, not a single smile, we said good morning and she just shook her head, the women seem to have just gotten up from their bed and put their hair up, the windows are disgusting, flies on the around. I am left speechless. I live very close to the place but I think I will choose to visit another because this disappoints.

Make sure you check your food and not when you get home, they left off two fries and a fruit cup, so essentially 3 people got half their food. I even confirmed to make sure that they had everything on the order and they still messed it up.

I placed a breakfast order on my app for my kids at 10:20 am (breakfast ends at 10:30) , got charged, and by the time I arrived they told me they cancelled my order because breakfast was over. Really wish the app would have not only notified me that it was cancelled (would ve save me a trip) but it should say if you re not there before 10:30 we will cancel your order.

When I think of Chick-fil-A, I generally think of a positive happy environment and safe place for my kids to go in and play but the experience that my daughter and grandchildren had today has me calling the owners. When you see a mom with three children fighting to get kids in or out of the store and an employee empty-handed walking through the same doors, can t even be bothered to hold the door open for her There s a serious problem. The staff at the front counter were too busy, glaring and staring and judgment at her special-needs child to even be bothered to take her order. Once she got seated at a table, the staff that brought the food to the table said very rudely good luck with that one pointing at her three-year-old son who is nonverbal autistic. I m not sure if the problem at this Chick-fil-A stems from poor leadership, poor management or poor employees but wherever the problem lies, someone should act quick to correct it. Families come into restaurants like these to let their children burn out energy and give themselves a small break in their hectic, crazy, busy day, and the staff spend more time talking about a person behind their back so loudly that they can hear it, making rude comments to them as they hand their food to them at the table, glaring and staring at a mom struggling with an infant in a car seat and a toddler with special needs in ways that make them feel judged. I would not recommend anyone give money to this location. My next step is a phone call to the owners of this franchise location. This behavior from employees is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

This location is very rude and racist. Never in my life I have had this happen to me.!! So today around 4:40 pm I walked inside up to the counter to order my food and the working was just just standing around no one came up to take my order or anything, mind you I stood there for a good 5 mins but I didn t think nothing of it because when I came in one of the workers was drinking her drink and when she seen me she stopped went to put her drink down and then proceeded to wash her hands. She was staring at me the whole time so I thought after she finish washing her hands that she would come take my order but she didn t.!!! She went back thru them double doors just rude.!! So then I yelled out is anybody going to help me then a team member named Kevin came to take my order. I really wish I could ve seen the girl name on her name tag cause she was very rude. I hope no one else have to experience this!!

My first visit at this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. When I got to the pick up area they asked me to pull around to the front door and I told them I had no problem doing that but to please make sure all the condiments I ordered are put in the bag. He assured me they would be. I waited at the front and they brought my order without my condiments I ordered and there were condiments I did not order. As someone who is disabled I intentionally order for drive thru pickup because walking in is very painful and difficult for me. I order on the app to make sure my order is placed correctly and to have such a simple thing not paid attention to and being made to either sit thru the drive thru lane and have my food get cold or painfully walk in to fix their mistake is frustrating.

I had my first bad experience at a Chick Fil A today. I came through and ordered $35 worth of food and they got my order wrong. I don t live in Burleson so going back was not an option. I tried calling but was redirected to their Chick Fil A Cares line and after holding for over 10 minutes I hung up. I was shorted an entire sandwich and I was given an 8 cut nugget when I ordered and paid for a 12 ct. I am partly to blame I suppose for not checking the order but honestly that s one of the reasons I love coming to CFA they don t mess up your orders. I m very disappointed.

They regularly get my order wrong. I frequent this location and the order is always more wrong than right. Edit 2 years later, had the most horrible experience ever here. They got rid of their curbside and didn t tell anyone/post it anywhere. Ordered curbside then went through the drive thru bc I had a kiddo with me, and they straight up lost my order. It took 4 different people asking me my order and then them having to take a picture of my receipt to get my order. No apologies or anything, just here s your food don t do that again. Never coming back here.

Please continue to support a business that recognizes the LORDS day and allows employees to worship their GOD on his day. UPDATE My bad, I thought they were a Christian business. I take my grandchildren here frequently but tonight was less than desirable. There were teenage boys carried their ice cream cones into the playroom. They were climbing all over the outer part of the equipment and scaring the smaller children. When an employee was told about it the employee didnt really do anything and then sat with the adults of the group to eat with them.

Chicken is my least favorite next to fish. Bbbbuuutttt that being say I love some nugs and they probably have the best nugs next to the weed man. That app is on point I just got some free food from redeeming points. And damn it was lit. Lines are usually always long butttt they are the masters at fast service i get 30 minutes for lunch and an 8 minute drive and I still have time to go to ckfila at lunch rush and get back in time.
