The chicken fried steak was something you can buy from Walmart out of the bag disgusting. The hashbrowns were not thoroughly cooked. The eggs were not thoroughly cooked, and the pancake puppies were runny. Our waitress had more than 8 tables and she still was amazing the manager, however, only waited on one table, very poor service at this location. I will not step foot in this location again.

The food was tasty enough, but not really appetizing because the restaurant was so dirty. The server was a nice lady. The BIG complaint was the filth. Ordered 2 shakes and a burger through the mobile app. Waited 20 minutes in curbside then decided to go in. My food was sitting for 5 minutes, because the girl upfront was not paying attention. The cook told her the food was ready 5 minutes ago but she was unaware of any mobile orders. She also told me they were out of ice cream. So I did not get either of my shakes and they did not refund me what I paid for them either. Cold fries and the burger wasn t even right.

First of all NO AC!! It felt like 100 degrees in there and when i asked the waitress about it she blew me off. There was another waitress with red hair that was really rude, she was even arguing with one of the cooks and shouting at him infront of all the customers. It appeared that there was no manager in that place, there was no control. The bus man and lady at the cash register were the only pleasant people there. Would not recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to share our experience at this location. We had a really friendly and attentive waitress named Tawaina. Nowadays its hard to find that when we go out. The food was great too! However, we almost walked out because it was so hot. Apparently, the a/c doesnt work, which is ridiculous. Were in Texas, and its literally 100° or more. Im not sure how you can stay in business if its miserable in your restaurant or how youre going to keep what seems to be really good staff which is very difficult to find nowadays. I used to go to Dennys all the time, but quit because theres always something wrong. In this case, the miserable conditions at other times, the food, the staff the wait, whatever. You have to keep up with maintenance on your business just like you do for a car or your home. In a business, a successful business that is youre going to have to do better in order for you business to do better. With so many businesses closing or filing for bankruptcy, you have to really think about why. Its not the customers fault. Its the business. You have to attract business to grow your business. I really hope someone actually reads this and takes action. I wouldnt work there if I had to endure those conditions. I cant even imagine how you have any cook staff. It has to be ridiculously uncomfortable. I tried to email, but apparently, that function isnt working or turned off.

This was my first tip to dennys in over 10 years. The ac was out and it was extremely hot to a point my kids were very uncomfortable and were immediately asking to leave. We tried to sit it out, but Apparently they were unable to do milkshakes, so we ordered soda but decided to leave because of how uncomfortable it was. We noticed she had already made the drink so at least wanted to pay. And it was almost $15 for 2 kids drinks and 2 adults Togo cups, and they werent even the right drinks. Waste of time and money.

I cant say enough about this Dennys on Alsbury Rd.in Burleson Tx. Mr.Jimmy Kelly is the General Manager their, and he keeps that restaurant spotless, even the bathrooms. The employees are awesome , always making sure u have everything that u need. This is the way a restaurant ought too be runned.I still say that they all need a raise. I will always go to this Dennys when Im in this area. Still love my sausage gravy with my 2 homemade bisques. Parking: Theirs always a place too park.

The air didnt work so I asked for the manager that was not there. I felt like the beverages being comped would make up for the heat and i was told she could not give drinks. I asked again what instrictions were giving to the staff to try and resolve the heat issue I was advised no instructions were provided. Do not go to Dennys in Burleson on 35 and Asbury before you call and verify the air is operating. Management should be advised of all issues no matter what time or the situation. Im still not satisfied just giving a negative review 0 if I could. I maybe calling their corporate office.

The food here was good with Dennys consistency. The service was good even though the waitress missed a request on one of the meals. The atmosphere gets a two star rating simply because the AC was not working. The hostess said its been down for at least two weeks. On a 90°plus Texas day this is unacceptable. The ceiling tiles are all sagging with one missing and two others about to come down. I know this building is old but the owners really need to do the necessary repairs if they expect to stay in business much longer. In fact, there were two other tables occupied and one other after we came in. Youre killing your business. Now, the rest of the public spaces were clean. The staff was friendly and the food was good so thats really the only saving grace for this location.

The cook got one of three meals to our table, he thought our table left even the waitress check on us for 3 times and then told us that the cook thought we left. if i could give it 0 i would, service is terrible, they dont have ANYTHING but they inform you last minute. the waitress said they were busy but there was only 2 other families, TOOK 15 MINUTES to come to us and just get drinks. our food took soooo long (lets say abt 45) to come out even when we were the only ones there, they just kept running out of food too, didn t even give us our order right, AND they did tell a family they wouldn t be able to serve them because it was 10 people and they were running out of food. it was just terrible.

It was Christmas Day and I ordered through the app at 1:07. The order was for curbside pickup. At 130 I called to say that I was there, and I was told that it would be 10 minutes. At 1:50 I still had not gotten my order. I went inside, which is what I should have done to begin with, and I was told that they were working on it. At 2:00 I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager was working on the grill, because 2 people quit and walked out. The manager stated that he could not do it, until the end of his shift. I said that I was not leaving until I received a refund, or my order. 5 minutes later, I had my order. Why couldnt he make it when I ordered it. It was 2:25 by the time I left with my order.

The server was friendly and courteous. The food took 15 minutes to get to us. We ordered breakfast and it was about 10:30a.m. on a Monday. Everyone else already had their food, so Im not sure what the problem was. My friend ordered the brioche French toast. When it was served, it was regular bread. Thats when the waitress informed her they were out of brioche. My bacon was burned and sausage tasted like it had been soaked in dish water. So, needless to say, we wont be back .

Waited for about 1hr 30 mins for our food and ended up leaving due to poor customer service. I understand that there was a long wait, but nothing was communicated to us. 2 other tables that were there before us left for the same reason. We had to ask upfront if they had started in our order. My kids and I drive by here all the time and hardly see any cars. We seriously thought they had closed down until my youngest wanted to stop by and try it out. It was open! And we were the only customers its sad because we had the best food and great service from our waitress. FINALLY this Dennys is under new management! After a slew of bad services, we gave them one more shot. Our server, Grace, did an impeccable job. Tables were clean, food was decent, we were served right away. We had given up hope on this location. So glad we didnt. The previous horrible server, Catherine is gone as well. I hate to say it, but she was terrible. Good riddance. Tip your servers. They deserve it. They make less than minimum wage. Usually less than $3/hr. Make their day. :-)

I am surprised the health department has not closed this location. The floors were filthy as well as the tables, the tables were so dirty the the menus stuck to them. The server was very polite. We were also surprised that drinks are $4. And the home of the slam breakfast which are usually less than $10 for two people ended up being 40 bucks makes no sense.

I visited this Dennys earlier this week, my experience was amazing! Definitely havent been to a Dennys in awhile but was pleasantly surprised. We had Ally as our server. She was very child friendly and offered to hold our newborn while we ate. She made sure the kiddos were happy and entertained while we waited for our food and kept our drinks refilled. Food came out quickly and looked amazing. My server came over and threw my food on the table, then gave me an attitude when I sent it back. Not one for eating food off the table. Dennys was clean, my server was great, the food was good. There I something odd though. A man, who seemed to be the manager behaved unseemly. He came to me and insisted I show him the email I received from Dennys, before he could do anything . I found it and showed him, he seemed to be disappointed. Another customer came in and sat at a booth in the front. In a aggressive manner he walked to her, said something, and she responded shocked and upset. She left quickly. At the time, I was the only customer in the entire restaurant. I received my breakfast and it was good. When I finished eating went to the register to pay for my meal. Again, the male manager rapidly ran to the register, he took my ticket, then turned to the server and said, Whats your name? A manager who doesnt know his staff? He seemed to be upset that I was giving her a tip. Am not sure if the man was having a bad day, or if something negative had happened. Not kind to customers or staff, doesnt know the name of his staff, doesnt seem to be a good fit for the restaurant industry.

Went to Dennys for the senior omlett, that I love, and what a disappointment. No grilled onions, bacon, tomatoes or cheddar cheese. All new staff and I suggested read the menu for ingredients. I know they were struggling with help but the quality was good, not now. Not as good as other Dennys

We came in for a late night dinner and chose the the Bourbon Chicken Skillet . And it was delicious . Our server was great and real attentive Heather. the cook Samantha came out and spoke to us and asked how we liked our dinner. Really nice.

We arrived when it was slightly busy. We were seated and given menus and then were promptly ignored for more than 20 minutes. Never even got so much as a be right with you. We got up to leave as another table next to us also commented about how slow and inattentive they were.

I usually give positive feedback except today. Due to our waitress weird behavior and showing a lot of cleavage especially around children. I felt uncomfortable with our waitress. Plus our waitress or a waitress never came back to check on our table except one guy that was very friendly and respectful. Thank you for his awesome service

They make you feel at home, from greeting you with a friendly smile to going above and beyond to making sure that its right. And thats really all anybody wants when going out to eat. Vegetarian options: Just ask the server, they are pretty knowledgeable.

Me and my 9yr daughter just left the Dennys in Burleson TX. I ordered an appetizer and drinks. But after 30 minutes of only getting our drinks we were ready to leave. Me and my daughter were the only customers there and we could hear everyone talking and laughing in the kitchen. We wanted at least a refill for our drinks but the waitress didnt come back. As we started to get up and leave. They finally came out with the appetizer. I told them we were leaving and will pay for just the drinks.

Horrible, half an hour for them to take us to the table, the tables, cutlery and cups dirty, the staff very rude, more than 40 minutes waiting for the order and when it arrived it was cold, not recommended at all, I do not recommend it at all, bad, very bad service.
