Placed a pick up order and when I got there at the time to get my order, no one greeted and like 4 employees walked by, looked at me, and kept walking. None asked if I had been helped or needed help. When I finally got my food and took it home, I opened up my wings and was immediately disappointed. There was barely any seasoning to be seen! What little there was wasnt even on the Wings but just in the bottom of the box. They were also way over cooked and dry as heck! Wings are too expensive to be this bad! I wont be going back to this location for a while if ever.

Ordered delivery, took an hour despite being 15 min from my house, food was cold, parts of the order were missing, and the wings I received were literally NONE of the flavors I ordered. I tried to come in and enjoy some wings on September 13 a Friday. Apparently I should have stayed home. The restaurant was trashed the wait staff and person seating individuals weren t too pleased to have someone else coming in there to spend their hard earned money. I didn t get a chance to sit down or order anything due to the introduction and inability to locate a clean booth to enjoy a meal. So I cut my losses and left before they located a clean towel to wipe down a table after the server in the next section turned to look at my for making a request for the table to be cleaned. Best of luck to your other locations.

We walked into a mostly empty restaurant. We waited a long time to be seated. Multiple servers and other workers looked at us but never acknowledged us. One girl at the front said the hostess will be there soon and didnt make an effort to locate one or even try to get us seated. There were zero other customers needing help at this time too. About 15 to 30 minutes in advance, I made an order via app to get some cauliflower wings. Whenever I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, they told me that my order wasnt prepped because they did not have any cauliflower wings. I feel like they could have called me and told me that they did not have any instead of me having to drive all the way there for them to tell me. I have to wait until tomorrow to get a refund because the manager supposedly wasn t there. That was pretty irritating.

We came for dinner, we ordered traditional wings, chicken strips, fried pickles. The fried pickles were good and hot. The chicken strips kids meal came out before our wings. They were nice and hot, perfectly cooked and tender and juicy. The majority of the wings came out about 5 minutes later then 5 minutes after that the other wings came. The first batch were SO DRY. Some were inedible because they were so crunchy and hard. The wings that came last were perfect. Very inconsistent, if they were all like the last batch that were brought it would have been so good. Disappointing to say the least.

Literally, the worst experience my husband and I have had yet. After waiting an unusually long time at the bar to place our drink orders (only 2 other people at the bar), we placed our orders for the 2 new burgers on the menu. They were good but super greasy, so it utensils were in order. We had to ask twice. After which, we had to ask twice for another round of beers. Followed by an entire tray of salsa dumped onto my husbands shoulder. Youd think they would comp a drink or something? Nope, but we get to pay the dry cleaning bill. Thanks..... wont be back to this location.

This was back on Dec 2022 I had an unfortunate experience at Buffalo Wild Wings that left me feeling disrespected and unheard. As a customer who enjoys selecting music through TouchTunes, I was shocked when my chosen songs, which happened to be Mexican music, were removed because another patron complained about the Spanish music. This discriminatory action not only upset me but also highlighted a concerning lack of cultural sensitivity. Upon expressing my frustration to the manager, I received a mere apology and a $20 gift card as compensation. However, this gesture felt insufficient considering the disregard for my musical preferences and the underlying issue of discrimination. Its disheartening to see a lack of willingness to address and rectify such incidents with meaningful actions. As a loyal customer, all I wanted was for Buffalo Wild Wings to respect my choice of music, regardless of its genre or language. Moving forward, I hope the management takes steps to foster a more inclusive and respectful environment for all patrons, regardless of their cultural background or music preferences. (We even took a video of the people enjoying the reaction of management. So sad).

Went for lunch today. Appetizer fried pickles was half the size it used to be and cost way more. My wrap came out 5 minutes before the rest of our parties meals. When I asked for our ticket I was told to scan the QR Code in middle of the table and pay that way. I should not have to manually enter all my gift card and credit card information into my phone when you can take the cards and go swipe them. NO SIR. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! BWW has gone down hill.

This whole scan the QR code for a menu, use your phone to order is such a horrible customer experience. First off, we dont allow phones at the table when enjoying a meal as a family. Im not going to spend $60 - $80 to watch my family with their nose in their phone. We go for a conversation and no electronics so your new policy is against our family policy. Our family policy will win and we wont be back. Julie was a very nice server and took our order like normal although couldnt provide traditional menus. Nothing against her, but because of the suits in corporate making your company wide policies, we will not return. Update 11/2023: Policy changed and they now have paper menus so we returned. This was a horrible experience. I had to ask someone at the takeout area for some napkins because our wings came out and we still had none. 10 minute waits after asking for a refill when you are eating hot wings wasnt great either. I got up and asked someone else to help us with refills because no one wanted to keep eating without a drink. My burger came out wrong and by the time I was finally able to tell someone about it I was just over it. My whole family had already had all of their food and were pretty much done eating. I was also so disgusted by the bathroom when I went to take my 3 year old to the restroom. It was nasty and not stocked well at all. The food is so expensive and the service just does not make it worth it.

Worse Buffalo Wild Wings we have been too. When we arrived we were walked to our table and sat down, then while the waitress was asking our drink order and we were giving them to her, she was just ignoring us and paying attention elsewhere. We were then asked to move tables cause it was already reserved for someone else. Lead to the 2nd table and then again asked to move again a third time. By that point it felt so awkward and people just looking at us like WE were the ones being picky. Waitress was nice but not very attentive to our table after that. The Large fries looked like a small order. No way that was Large batch and they were cold. The only thing good about the food was the All American burger and the wings. Fries were cold, Mac n cheese was not that great either. Definitely not worth $75. The restrooms looked like a run down truck stop. Stalls were so dirty, toilet paper all over the floor. Stalls run down. Even found utensils in there just laying around. Won t be coming to this location again.

Updated review, 09/03/2023: In my initial review, I gave B-Dubs three stars for the noticeably lower quality boneless wings. I ve been there several times in the past few weeks, and I believe they ve upgraded the quality. The last few times there s been plenty of white meat chicken, with a natural texture. none of the weird rubbery chicken they d had previously. As long as this trend holds up, B-Dubs is back as the go-to wings restaurant for me. The sauces and sauce variety are top notch, and the sporty environment is cool.

All staff member ignored us, walking by, giving dirty look at everyone standing and waiting! Don t order To-go from here ever! Most people know this but especially on door dash just don t bother! I was picking up a two part order and gave them over 30 mins to get the order completed before I got there I show up and am told it will be 15 more minutes? I used to frequent this establishment for dine-in, and take-out. Today was probably last time in a while Ill go due to greed over a 20oz drink that was offered while my take-out order was being completed after being over 10 minutes late past the pick-up completed time. While I dont expect a drink while waiting, one usually gets offered and today I accepted. Shortly after, the girl working the front comes out and asks if I got a drink, I said yes, someome offered me one while I waited. OK thatll be $4.85 For that small to-go drink? Yes These are $1.99 on the app/online, why $4.85 because it was offered to me here? I have no problem paying for the drink, if it was offered with intent to sell and I misunderstood, however being asked to pay more than double on top a separate tip (which i still left) makes no sense to me.

I came in there on Sunday may the 28th And ordered the 20 wings for $26.00 plus tax which I thought was high just begin with which amounts to almost a $1.30 cents per swallow.. That is pretty bad itself but what really takes the cake is that when I ran out of ranch dressing in the little bitty cup now thats only ranch dressing not extra food but RANCH !! My waitress had the audacity to tell me that extra ranch since I SPENT 28.00 for 20 small wings wasnt enough and a bit more ranch is going to cost EXTRA.. !!!! WOW With them if they were selling cars and you purchased it ,Theyre the kind that will tell you if you want the steering wheel that will cost you an extra $100. Used to be my chain for wings. But lately the last few times. Its been rubber chicken. By that I mean each bite literally had rebound like chewing on a piece of rubber. It used to be the BEST where the chicken was mouth watering and the perfect texture. But I suspect this chain switched suppliers in lue of profits because its been bad bad bad bad. Pretty much since just before the pandemic and I say its a chain wide issue as this has been the case from multiple locations. I may one day give them one last shot but Im going to check the quality before I leave the parking lot and if its the same once again best believe Im gonna be getting a refund and then blacklisting them.

Bdubs used to be so good, I don t know what has happened over the years but I think it s one of the worst restaurants in town now. The service is bad whether you re doing a Togo or dining in. The place flat out stinks. Like cleanliness is definitely not a priority here anymore. And if all that s not enough the food is the lowest quality I can imagine. I wouldn t even feed the boneless wings to my dog. They tasted like they had sat out for hours and then I ordered them and they dropped them back in the fryer for a minute. Literally so hard I couldn t chew them and spit them back out. It s a shame that the sauce choices and ranch is so good but none of that matters when the chicken isn t edible. It would take a lot for me to ever come back here.

This particular night was very busy no seating was available so we decided to where to go the service was rude and charged extra for just one extra ranch dressing that they didnt give and had to go back in store to get the atmosphere was dirty food on the carpet Im sure if the regional manager had seen the store that night he wouldnt have been happy it happens to the best of them I will not be going there as you can see in the picture the chicken was extremely dehydrated cold and very little meat on the bone yeah we ate it cuz it cost way too much money will never go again very depressing because usually this this franchise had a quality product at one time, I forgot to mention it was cold and took about 30 minutes for this order to be prepared was ridiculous.

There wasnt very many people there yet it was a 20 minute to 30 minute wait, My guess is they were under staffed. So I dont think $1 a wing is a very good bargain but if you want to get out and have some hot wings and beers and sports television its the right place to go

Ordered 30 wings online, order not ready at time stated, wings were very small, over cooked and dry, terrible actually. I ordered and was charged for a bottle of mild sauce that was not in the bag. Upon returning to store to inquire regarding the sauce, I was told they were out of mild sauce. So you charge me anway?? I asked for medium sauce and waited 10 more minutes for the sauce. BIGGEST complaint was upon entering the store for order pick up was the staff was very busy chatting amongst themselves and the line waiting was at least 4 people deep. They did not care, didnt wait on anyone until theyre conversation was over. Upon my return for the left out sauce, same thing, chatting employees Not waiting on customers. At this point I was upset, in a hurry and while waiting for the medium bottle of sauce I said I have never seen so many employees standing around chatting and ugnoring customers. This is ridiculous! They all heard me, didnt seem to care or change anything. I will never visit BWW in Burleson again.
