2nd time eating here. It was not a great experience, after being seated no one came to take our order. We sat down for almost 20 minutes. One of the other waiters had to come and ask if we had been served. I told her I was just about to see if someone was going to take our orders. She took our orders and got us a waiter. The girl that took our orders was awesome. I was not a fan of the next one she was all over the place and had no care in the world to serve us. The food was good and the price was okay, this time around we were not impressed with the service.

Amazing little room in back for small events. Brisket Nachos were Amazing and Chris did an amazing job serving our large group lunch, quickly and accurately. Vegetarian options: Several salad choices. Dietary restrictions: Salads with meats on top Hamburgers without bun. Kid-friendliness: Seems to be a place you could take kiddos for a Sunday Brunch. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel right through the door and around the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience. The Old Town burger was delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, just how I like them, and my son really enjoyed the cheese fries. The drinks were strong and not watered down, which was a nice touch. Jack, our server, was great, and the live music on the upstairs deck added to the atmosphere. We ll definitely be back!

I came in last week and ordered the brisket nachos with a peach Moscow mule, and it was delicious. Sydnee was my server, and she was attentive, friendly and helpful with suggestions. I was in town visiting and really wasn t sure what I was in the mood for, and so I asked her to pick for me and it was great! 10/10 recommend if you re in the area to stop by and eat here and ask for Sydnee.

What a skillet! Stopped by here before the 4th of July parade. Our waitress was wondeful, sweet and attentive. I think we might have been the first folks there that morning. I had a tator tot skillet (breakfast), that was cooked perfectly, and was quite good! If your debating on going or not, then let this sway you to go! Enjoy!

I emailed the restaurant about this and didn t receive a response after waiting 4 days. We scheduled my daughter s graduation party for 7pm after being asking to move it back an hour when we booked. A week before the party we were asked to consider moving to the patio; we paid for a private party upstairs. I declined. That was fine. Jamie stated she would cancel the band that was to be playing that night due to the graduation parties. I specifically asked that we be able to set up at 6:30pm because I knew we would need that time to do so. I wanted it to be completed before guests arrived. That time to set up was confirmed. I was also told that two 6ft tables would be set up with black table clothes for us as well. (That was not done until Jamie asked if I needed them). The day of the party I received a confirmation for our reservation at 7pm via text. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:20pm, my husband goes inside and a lady that works there told him our reservation was at 7:30pm not true. He told her no, and showed my text. There is a conversation that occurs and we were told that we could bring our things to the catwalk and the party before ours would be taking their decorations down at 6:30, we should have the space at 6:45pm. That did not occur. We did not get the space until 6:55pm, 5 minutes before guests were to arrive and the other party was not cleaning up their décor or leaving until we started setting up our decorations. They lingered for at least 15 more minutes. Myself and my husband spoke to Jamie about the issue and she told us graduation season is busy to bear with her. There was zero concern with the issue. She made no efforts to correct the situation nor she come back by later to check in. I feel like she handled the situation very poorly. We did not get to decorate, set up or have the party the way we planned. Guests were all showing up and we had to make due. It felt like our party was an afterthought and not important. I was very angry and did not speak to her very nicely at first. My husband took over communication. This was my daughters high school graduation party. She gets one of those. She has worked very hard to gain her associates degree and her high school diploma at the same time and we wanted to make sure she was showcased. The lack of care on Jamie s part was really disheartening. We spoke to the family that rented the space before us, they paid an extra $100 to rent the space until 7:30pm. That was never told to us as we have a confirmation that our reservation was at 7pm. They also stated that they were told that we were ok with waiting until they were done and would set up anytime. That is not even a logical thought in how someone throwing a party would conduct themselves. The DJ was not even aware there was a party after the one before ours. There were some serious scheduling issues with this evening and I ask that you please look at handling things different for the next guests. We visit this location as well as the Fort Worth location often so it was a bit shocking to be have been treated the way we were. I do, however, want to point out that all of the wait staff that assisted us that evening were wonderful and respectful and professional. Thank you,

Oh this is a hidden gem in Burleson! Roof top bar, ice rail to keep your drink cold and amazing customer service! They offer a full bar as well. We tried the watermelon beer and it was delicious! We had a large party. Our waitress was nice but everything else was terrible. Fried food was cooked in old dirty oil Drinks were terrible. Two of us had the same drinks and they were both completely different. Complained about them and we were never offered to get new ones or have it taken off the bill. It was just a disaster. Food was definitely not fresh. Waitress did the best she could while all her other teammates were aweful. Management was useless. Ketchup bottles had dirty caps from old bottles on them. The jalapeño Appetizer that was supposed to have brisket in them had a strand of brisket. Kids burgers were over cooked and were really a mini slider. They got 1 on the plate

The food was good but the review is based on the kids menu. Make sure you ask about the size/portion of the items as the Kid Burger was extremely disappointing. It was a slider, not a burger. When it was delivered to the table, all of the adults looked at each other in amazement at how small it was. And the cheese in the cheeseburger was put on cold (not melted). If the kids menu item was listed as a slider we wouldve ordered something different. And the kiddo who ordered it enjoyed the fried okra more.

We LOVE the appetizer nachos and beignets!! The nachos are our main meal even though they re an appetizer they re amazing and so fulfilling. The size of them in person is great for two. Pictures may be deceiving and may appear small but they re perfect size. The beignets are amazing as well I usually order it with a side of milk and it s a great combination! The hostess could be better. Usually are stand offish and feel stuck up. Our experience with the waitresses have always been great! I love the atmosphere, and the fact that when the weather is appropriate they open all of the doors and it s such a vibe with the outdoor patio.

Really great spot for a sit-down meal, but I dont recommend pickup. Every time we do pickup we get worse food than we would get at a fast food place, tiny portions, same prices. Weve never had a pickup meal that wasnt like the pictures below. If you plan to eat there, its a great area restaurant with wonderful service and a very cool bar, but if you plan to pickup the meal, I suggest fast food, youll get a lot more, better quality, and not pay the premium prices. Its tough because I try to never write negative reviews, you can see it in my profile, I mostly only review places I love, and when dining in the food is nothing like this at all, but this was the pickup experience so many times I didnt want to see more people waste the money. Pictured: 13 dollar philly cheesesteak (about 3 slices of steak) with 10 dollar extra for the single cut in half piece of brisket 11 dollar rice bowl 5 dollar specialty salad 3.5 dollar fully loaded baked potato, had some sprinkled cheddar and a couple of bacon bits, nothing else included, potato comes totally uncooked and raw, too hard to eat even after baking it myself Update: I do appreciate the owners response. I had contacted the restaurant before posting, even passing on all of these photos to see if there was a problem with pickup service I should be aware of as this had been the result of pickup orders frequently. That message included my experience, all of my information, order time, date, receipt info, and these photos. I was left a message a few weeks later and returned the call several times with my name, number, times to call, email, and even receipt information, but was not contacted beyond the initial message. I will give due credit for the initial voicemail that had come a few weeks after I sent along my information and the photos, it just wasnt followed up on after returning the call. Still great customer service when dining indoors.

Very young and unprofessional atmosphere. The live music is 10 feet away and way too loud to even communicate to the person sitting next to you.. I literally ordered food from the bartender and finger pointed to the menu what I wanted as well as the others in the order and waited for 20-30 min for the first 2 plates to show up then another 20-30 min for the next couple plates to show up.. we were a 7 person party after that they pulled the number from the table and said that s all I had in the ticket . Like okay I ordered a club sandwich which is a cold sandwich which I literally communicated verbally to the bartenders and made eye contact with and then and hour later threw don t have they order?? I ordered avocado toast and it came with small slices of avocado. I have never had avocado toast where the avocado was not smashed up on the toast. $15 for two slices of toast and maybe six small slices of avocado. Ridiculous. My husband got the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and the biscuit was rock hard! Extremely over priced for the food quality. Service was just fine.

The atmosphere is nice. Old bar tavern type of feel. We came in for brunch and ordered the homestyle breakfast. We both asked for eggs over medium and both received eggs over easy. I asked the waitress to send back the eggs to cook them right and she did promptly however I received eggs over easy once again. Frustrated I just accepted them and said it was ok. The potato s were cold bland and cooked in old oil. They tasted like fried fish. The food was subpar but I will say the waitress was spectacular. The manager did comp the eggs so I appreciate that.

Our server was super friendly and personable. The atmosphere was friendly, we were there during lunch, it was well lit and the music was not overwhelming. It was easy to have a conversation. There were several families there. The old fashioned I got was very good. The alcohol content was generous. The best feature was the food. I got a one meat BBQ plate with pulled pork and I m not exaggerating when I say it was probably the most tender BBQ I ve had. The flavor was spot on also. I will definitely stop the next time I m through there.

It took the first 20 minutes of sitting for someone to notice that someone had seated us. Once that happened the drink came in typical time. I ordered fish, chips and a side salad. My husband ordered a BBQ burger. I got a full size salad with chicken on it I didnt order. She took it back to exchange it. In the meantime my husband took a bite of his mustard burger. Since he was already irate, we are 45 minutes in at this time he says something. His correct burger finally arrived. They comped him the burger. I was pretty sure by this time I wasnt going to see my fish. I just wanted to leave and go somewhere where they actually served their customers by then. He then asked and we were told she misunderstood when she asked me what sides I wanted and I had asked if the specific salad was a side that I had changed my entire order. In the end they did what they could and comped the entire meal. For us it was a one and done. Something about employees walking right past you looking at you for too long and never asking you if they can help you.

Once you get past the Cinderella palace stairway to the skybar (note: go to the bathroom before you take the stairs) and then your ears adjust to the loud rock & roll, this is an awesome club to come party in the moon shine. The bar staff up in there is cool too. And the bands are awesome.

Texas Brewing Co catered our wedding for food and bar and did an amazing job! We had a baked potato bar, salad, pretzel bites and a graze table that was all to die for!! Horrible service. Wait staff would have rather talked to each other than pay attention to their customers. Serving the wrong food when my husband repeated to them several times that it wasnt the right food. It was loud in their but when he is pushing the food away both times and telling you. You should get the drift. They ended up giving him someone elses food then found his. Didnt bring our daughters food out with everyone elses. Waited a bit then he got up to ask and they failed to tell us they dropped it on the floor in the back. And gave him attitude about when we were politely asking. Swiss burger was dry and no flavor. Was made like paying for a McDonalds burger. Toppings stacked in the middle and barley any mushrooms. Sweet potato fries were good. Attitude with several servers because when our waitress wasnt available they didnt like us bothering them. One gave my mom dirty looks behind her back and didnt see I was watching her and the conversation because she had to find someone to get our drinks refilled and flat out told her she cant help her she has other tables to do. They are working on it. Definitely wont be going back. I did hear that they have hired several new staff. I would definitely reevaluate the wait staff. Keep in mind we were not rude at all and have never had service and attitudes anywhere like we did here. I appreciate them helping my nephews senior class to raise money for senior celebration. But I think most of the staff tonight were having a bad day. And hope it gets better for them. Wheelchair accessibility: Horrible parking when it comes to wheelchair availability near the restaurant

This is my second time eating here. The first time I ordered the strawberry salad and the caprese and I was pretty disappointed. This time, I thought I was playing it more safe by avoiding their badly prepared vegetables and ordering fried chicken and mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. What s crazy is that this country-style restaurant had the blandest fried chicken! Also, kind of weird, there was an up charge for mac and cheese being one of the 2 sides that came with the dinner entree. If you look at my photo, you can see this was not a side portion of macaroni, it was a small sauce cup. I would love to say the service was good, but it was ages between every time the waitress came to check on us.
