Have been going to this location for a couple of years, staff is always courteous even when theyre busy and its rarely not busy. Typically I drive through however on occasion I will walk inside. Have ordered on the app ahead of time and its ready when I arrive. So far have never had any issues with any of the drinks that Ive ordered. Highly recommend!

This used to be our go to place, but since they hired new crew they have been messing up our orders all the time. I ordered three smoothies today and all three were messed up. Coffee D-Lite was missing coffee, really? The other had a Spinach (of course they forgot to add). Gladiator Chocolate was taste like just almond milk (watery). I am not ordering from this place now, thats for sure.

The WORST place ever. We drove all the way there at night. The 2 boys who work over there were inside. We kept knocking the door and waited outside for 10 minutes to place our orders. The tatted kid would barely let us finish talking when we were asking him questions about an item on the menu. He was rudely cutting us off before we could finish talking. We were patient. I got my Pineapple Kale drink. It had not a hint of green in it. Neither could I taste any kale. Last time Ill be going. I cant imagine someone with an attitude like that getting the ingredients right on every drink because it seems like he just wants people to hurry up and get out of there so he can get back to doing nothing. Tonight was my first time at this location. BEST Gladiator smoothie I ve ever had from any Smoothie King! It had an extra UMPH of sweetness that I never tasted before. Thank you to the young man who made it!! Great crew in there- 3 young men who were all very diligent. This location also has more flavors of the turkey jerky than any of the others. Trying maple and sweet/spicy for the first time!

Went by this morning and saw 2 car on drive thru so decided to go inside, only one guy working, i was willing to wait for my drink but he told me it was going to be a LONG wait because he had a line on the drive-tru, which there were only 2 cars, if i wanted my drink i had to go through the drive thru. 0 STARS The lack of customer service is very disturbing. Ive come here for many years and its just getting worse. I order multiple drinks and was given the wrong size, so I asked to make sure she remake it since I had this issue in the past and she guaranteed she was, she remade the drink in like a few seconds and was flavorless and so water down. So she said she will remake it again for the third time but at this point I no longer felt comfortable waiting on my drink and dealing with the attitude. My advice for some people that go to any Smoothie King local areas 1st try to call them in person to find out if they are open sometimes they are close for some other type of reasons so I so I cannot say nothing much about smoothie kis Smoothie King application The only thing I could say is Smoothie King of its Smoothie King also needs to fix some of the stuff on their system if the employees are not coming in to work or the store is close for any purposes Or if it has to do something about the system that is giving some sort of errors If any Smoothie King local areas are not doing your stuff correctly they might be new on the job its OK if anybody will make mistakes not on purpose.

I waited 30mins for 2 smoothies. The slowest Smooth King I ve ever been to. The gentleman who took my order ended up making 1 smoothie when I clearly requested 2. It took another 15mins at the window for the staff to make just 1 more smoothie. I saw the staff playing around and just moving slow. Not the best customer service.
