This is the WORST food Ive ever paid $90 for. The service was even worse than the food. We had to wait 25 minutes for the check after we asked for it and there were only 3 other tables filled in the restaurant. I waitresses for 10 years so I understand how crazy it gets sometimes but there was no excuse here. I will never eat here again.

We went during the weekend for dinner and the place was empty for good reason. It was hot inside? No silverware, then we asked waitress only brought 2 sets we had 3 people.Asked again to another person they never came back. Our waitress did say she never was a waitress before but these people didn t really show her the ropes once? We were the test I guess and for the lack of service and unbearable inside temperature just go to Texas Roadhouse this was the last time for us.

Gee Wiz! I went here the other day to get some grub with my family. Our waitress was amazing, after finding out that our son Parmilaquis had a crayon eating addiction she personally threw crayons at him throughout our meal! Now he is so traumatized that he hasn t eaten crayons in days!! God bless this restaurant, it s good to know that there are still good people in the world.

I was at the wrong place first but when I got there I was prob 20 minutes late but they had my stuff ready packaged individually, and ready to go. I was amazed how fast I got in and out of there quickly I had tipped a $20 on a bill of $100 and the lady from the back that put my stuff together said thank you very much and make sure i know. I thought that was rather thoughtful of her to make sure I got her msg. Thx for the tip. Kudos to that sweet lady in the back at Logans Roadhouse!

Service from Kelvin was amazing! He was so sweet, attentive, and very knowledgeable about food. The food was hot, very good and fast! Manager came to settle a simple issue with added side and surcharging me for the already included sides. Said I didn t understand the menu, argued with me and continued to haggle over a baked potato. I ve never seen someone make something so complicated and all over a $3.00 issue. I m the customer. Manager had zero self awareness and I ve never taken time to write a negative review. Never going back. It s not the money it s the principle.

I came in for a late lunch. The place was a little busy but not enough where I had to wait to be seated. I was greeted friendly and seated in a booth in the bar. Dorothy R was my wait staff. I got the pulled pork over a roll (sauce on the side) with a Caesar salad and a baked sweet potato all the way. It was delicious and filling. I ended up getting a takeout box. Itll be a lovely little leftover supper for later.

Just sub par today. Long time from service to table. Waitress was friendly but barely stopped by the table. Only offered refills on 2 of 4 drinks at the table. Chicken tenders were small and dry. Staff that was working at the front was not very attentive, welcoming, or friendly. Very dull attitudes. Menu revamp is poor. Prefer previous menu options. Wont come back.

I ordered online because I was passing through and did not have the time to sit down somewhere. When I arrived at the time my food was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. I waited for over 25 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. When I opened it, it was missing the mushrooms I paid extra for to be put on my steak. The side portion was also extremely small. Overall, the meal wasn t worth anywhere close to what I paid for it.

Worst experience I have had. I returned my food, grilled salmon due to it being extra salty. Waitress came back with my plate and asked if I wanted something different. I told her I wanted the same thing. Waitress says,I feel if get you the same thing it s still going to be salty. So, I asked for a grilled chicken salad. After 35 min still no salad. Went to go out eat with my friends. Paid my tab for my friends $140 plus and left a very good tip for the server but someone decided to tip themselves a EXTRA $10 tip that i didn t DO. Wow what to say!? Friday afternoon 5/3/24 my Family , and I decided to order togo, and enjoy lunch at home. After greeting General Manager Mr. Sal was prompt to take the large order. Sal was a great help on recommendations of the special steak cut for my Son. We ordered 5 entrees Medium NY steak was grilled to perfection w/ sautéed onion and mushrooms. My Wife and daughter s freshly breaded and fried Chicken fried steak was impeccable with fresh mash potatoes/Mac N Cheese! My freshly grilled Chopped Beef steak was popping with savory flavor as well! Baked Yam/sweet potatoes was also delish especially with Logan s amazing Cinnamon Butter not to mention their amazingly soft, hot and fresh dinner rolls. Hats off to all of the amazing Cooks and Grill masters for their Topnotch perfectly plated entrees! Congrats for the amazing front end Customer service as we were greeted with a smile by Miss Jasmine (Hostess) as we arrived and exited. We were on an eclipse viewing trip and stayed in Buda while in route. I was really in the mood for steak and my wife was too. We got there Sunday evening at 5pm to beat the dinner crowd. I got a rib eye and the wifey got a filet. Both were cooked to perfection with just a touch of seasoning. The salads were very fresh and tasty. Our server was so attentive and sweet. We had a great meal and enjoyed our visit. Parking: We beat the dinner crowd and parked near the entrance. So problems at all. Kid-friendliness: Good menu selections for the grandkids.

Another disappointing visit. After giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time, its clear that poor service is a consistent issue here. The waitress forgot our silverware twice, leaving us to track someone down just to enjoy our meal properly. The food also took an unreasonably long time to arrive, with no proactive communication from the staff about delays. Its evident that customer service is severely lacking. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had a roadhouse steak Cobb. It came so beautifully plated. My steak was cooked perfectly. My son had the steak stroganoff and that was also very well plated and cooked to perfection. All of the staff stayed busy and looked happy to be at work. Our waitress was very nice and very attentive.

I took my kids out for lunch. My oldest had a Drs appointment, and it was a rough one. I let him pick anywhere for lunch, and this is where he chose. His top favorite options are the rolls, loaded mash potatoes, and the fall off the bone ribs. My youngest and I got the chicken strips. The lady who seated us was very cheerful and nice. Im not sure of her name, but I did compliment her hair. Our server was nice, but he definitely seemed like he was having either a rough day or just didnt want to deal with us. He wasnt very welcoming when it came to introducing himself and getting our drink order. He was good about remembering our order and hurrying around and helping people. Once we did get our order, he dropped it off quickly and rushed off. I had to catch him as he was passing me. It just felt as if he was in a hurry for us to get out of there. Once we got closer to leaving, he seemed to warm up a little bit.

I ordered mashed potatoes and broccoli, and they have me mashed potatoes with corn I like corn, so I moved on. The soup barely had onions. It was more like croutons in broth. Service was amazing! No wait times! The manager was impeccable. The only issue here was my food. I ordered a chicken fried chicken, the skin was fried into a bubble. I pressed down my knife and the whole fried part moved. Some of the fried part was air. The chicken itself was greasy. The skin was falling off. The chicken itself looked grey, like it was sitting in the back freezer molding. When I went to cut into it with my knife it was rock solid hard! I almost broke my tooth trying to eat it. The mash potatoes and Mac and cheese were cold in the middle. Like they microwaved it and just stuck it in a dish. My husband ordered 6 oz and fries. The steak was supposed to be medium. It was well done. When my husband went to cut it and try to bit into it, the meat itself was cold. I enjoyed the salad and the queso tho. I was there for only 20 mins. I returned both entrees and only paid for my queso. The sad thing about this night is that it was my birthday. My first time eating at Logan s and it will never happen again! I ate at Logan s this past Saturday 2/10 evening received bad customer service from the waitress. I had to ask more than twice for items and received complimentary bread that you usually get in the beginning at the end of my meal from another waitress. I hope no one else receives this service from any wait staff there.

Kai was our server, OUTSTANDING 5 star service at Logan s Roadhouse I Buda TX. Fast Friendly Respectful Energetic Precise. We had a baby with our 5 person party and showe concern for our 1 1/2 year old. We asked a lot of him extra and came through for us. Highly Recommend

Im a former employee of Logans in Odessa years ago. I reached out to this location since it was closest to me for some assistance with a birthday party. They were more than willing to go out of their way to make it happen and that deserves a little recognition. The manager, Rene, and the Director of Operations Manager (i think), Mike, made me remember why loved working for this place. I hope you guys get raises, youre definitely worth every penny theyre paying you and more! Sorry 5 stars is all Google will allow so heres 5 more:

I had an exceptionally great waiter (Kyah) from the moment I sat down he was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He even recommended a meal for me to try, and I can honestly say it was the best meal I have had in a long time. His hospitality was textbook, and recommendation was spot on. I will be visiting this place more frequently.

To get straight to the point, Texas Roadhouse is a million times better. Food is bland, music sucks, way too much light inside, bread and butter suck, only good things are decent pricing on food and customer service was not bad. Also they do not take Apple Pay at all

My 22oz porterhouse was barely a 16oz steak, and the cut was extremely thin. A proper steak should be about 2 thick so it can be cooked properly.
