Wonderful. Well worth the money. There was never a moment where we didnt fully understand what was going on, and we had SO MANY questions. Sarah was so patient, kind and honest with us. After reading such great reviews from the Key Law Office I decided to book a consultation for my husband who is currently battling for full custody of his 3 kids. We originally signed after having a consultation with Miguel Castillo. He made us waste our time meeting with him just to have him resign from the firm a short week later. Billing reflected incorrect meeting times, I called the law firm to correct it and was told over the phone that they would fix it the next billing cycle which they didnt. My husbands case then was transferred to Jacob Dannen who over a 20 min phone call told my husband Hey man im tryna help you out here. as if my family was asking for a favor vs paying him for his time. This was the first and last time my husband ever was able to get in contact with this lawyer. We were billed because Alicia called my phone instead of my husbands after we corrected the contact number with Miguel. We got billed for BOTH LAWYERS to prep to take on his case even after we were promised we would get credited for Miguels meeting and prep work since he didnt represent us and we still stuck with the firm. Overall, my husband feels that we spent unnecessary money as has since gone Pro-Se and we ended our relationship with them over 2 missed meetings, 3 unreturned phone calls, and the lack of professionalism and readiness from Jacob. I urge all families to go elsewhere for legal representation as this experience has just delayed our journey to keep the kids safe. UPDATE: we have received several emails and phone calls about my review. I am confident this firm buys their reviews as Alicia has emailed my husband with an effort to what at first seemed like an effort to right Mr. Dannens wrongs. She offered a partial refund for the fees and then turned around to say we must delete the review in order to receive a PARTIAL refund of what they WRONGLY charged. It s a shame this is who is running for judge and further proves the sham of what Family Law really stands for.

As a father fighting for custody of a child, I went in with low expectations. The entire staff was so supportive and very kind. Sarah Botros represented me in court her bite was bigger than her bark. Im convinced that theres not a single firm that couldve pulled off the miracle that Key Law did and get custody of my daughter. Really long story short, you do not want to be sitting on the other side of the table from Key Law. Your best shot of winning your case is to have them on your side. Although Sarah represented me, I was able to talk to Alicia, Tyler and most of the office staff. Theres a reason they hire who they do. Every single member of that office treated me as a human being and not a case. I could type out a novel but the more time you sit here reading the reviews the less time your spending on the phone setting up the most important appointment of your life.

Divorces are always a difficult time for many people. It has plagued my life for the last 13 years and I ve gone through several difficult times concerning child support. In the past years, I was summoned to court to amend the child support for my children. Unfortunately, it never worked out in my favor with other lawyers. Then I found out about Key Law Office here in Buda. What a great decision to hire them to represent in me in the court of law. My ex-wife was seeking indefinite child support for one of my son s that has Down Syndrome. I was represented by Jacob within the firm. He worked diligently for months prior to my trial date. He was very professional and always kept me informed on the work he was doing and also educating me on how the process works within the judicial system. From the minute I walked into the office I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile on her face and a very inviting environment. I had 3 pervious consultations with lawyers before deciding but I immediately already had a good feeling about Sarah Botros. She was very professional from the beginning with a great personality. I felt like Ive known her for years, thats how easy she made it to talk to her about my situation. Sarah never rushed me, she listened to everything I had to say. After I told her my situation she knew exactly what to ask for and how to go about everything. She returned every phone call I made and every email I sent out. Sarah was the BEST she always reassured me and walked me though step by step of my divorce. She never judged me for all of the questions I asked. When I wasn t able to pay due to a job change, we worked out a payment plan that made it to where they never stopped working on my case. The whole office setting is extremely professional and I only had to go into the office twice. Extremely COVID cautious. I will give their number to all of my friends for any kind of legal advice. They are also fairly priced for the work they do. If I could rate them 1,000 stars I would.
