We have stayed at this park multiple times now and have loved every time weve been here. Play seem to go out of their way to set up all sorts of family events and gatherings so that people can get together and have fun. The grounds are well taken care of and they seem to have excellent Wi-Fi and the water test as a pretty good source of water particulate matter is about 195. I highly recommend this if youre looking for some place thats kid friendly and has nice quiet shaded areas.

General manager David got involved with all activities , wibit course was also super fun and I would highly recommend visiting this rv park for either a weekend or life time . We stayed April until the end of July, and I had the best experience with all the activities they did. A lot of the employees are very nice and friendly . I made some friends here and I cant wait to come back !!

I visited great escapes for the day. You can purchase a day pass for $25/per person and it gives you full access to all amenities for the entire day. There are two pools, the water obstacle course, tons of indoor games, and even a couple kayaks! My family and I had a cookout and had a very fun day in the sun at Great Escapes in Bryan, TX!

My daughter has her RV here. She gave me a tour today. This is a fantastic place! So clean and nicely maintained! Even had a very polite young man cleaning the hang out while I got to play games with my grandson. He was like everyone else working, so helpful. So many activities here! You even have a security gate in and out. I would recommend this place for sure. The cabins are spaced with so much room...and privacy!

For a nationwide chain I was disappointed on the lot upkeep the place hasn t been mowed in several weeks although they had a little rain the week before there was no weedeatin done no mowing the ants were unbearable and the dead frogs in the hot tub were inexcusable. The pads were not level and was extremely difficult to hook up to our fifth wheel. The staff was friendly when that stopped trying to over talk you. I was disappointed with the stay I was expecting more.

Great escapes was phenomenal in every way. Their customer service was top tier and they were so accommodating even with a last minute AND after hour booking. Our cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed. We loved the pool. The hangout room had a pool table, board games, bathrooms, coloring sheets and more. They also had an entire schedule of free events for families like shaving cream painting on canvas and a glow in the dark karaoke hay ride. It was also only 4 miles from Kyle Park. Overall this place exceeded our expectations and we can t wait to come back. Rooms: We stayed in a cabin and it was spacious enough for 6 people. Everything seemed and even smelled brand new. Kitchen was equipped with stove, oven, microwave and full fridge and freezer. Bathroom was stocked with rags and towels. It was perfect. Nearby activities: Walmart, gas stations, and many food places just 1 mile down the road. Kyle park and a&m was only 4 miles away Safety: Entry was locked with gate and key pad. Exit even had an automated arm lift to prevent speeding out. My mother in law and I felt extremely safe with our 2 little girls there.

When we visited in April 2024, parts were still under construction. The map of the resort was inaccurate, but management did respond to my complaint about this. Shower rooms are large and clean, but automatic lights shut off in the middle of the shower! Hopefully, this will get fixed a they get their act together. Noteworthy details: Nice large rec room with games. Two pools. Another large space is for rent, not open to guests.

Wonderful place to stay near College Station! Sidenote: its very close to The Feed Barn (couldnt believe it was still there from college), if youre looking for a casual place to eat out at night. We had a large family Christmas gathering at the RV resort. Some of us stayed in cabins and others in RVs; they were both close in proximity, so accommodated us all. Cabins had different layouts for varying family sizes. It was a nice touch to have a screened-in porch and an outside dog run connected to the cabin too. Some of the RV sites have private fenced areas for pets--such an added bonus! Craig and team went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and such a fun celebration for the Christmas holiday! From family breakfast time with Santas surprise visit, to a large gathering (almost 40 ppl) at the newly opened Den space we rented, to tractor sleigh rides in the evening, to campfires at night...we made memories, had many laughs and spread Christmas cheer together! Thanks Great Escapes CS for making it special for our BIG family holiday vacation -- well definitely return soon!

We had to make changes to the trip over the phone (due to weather) and were told there wouldn t be any issue in arriving a day late. The call center was more than accommodating. We were charged $230 on top of the $150 we spent for the other days. Management was unwilling to discuss the issue and blamed the call center. It was our first time staying at a Great Escapes location and will be our last. Merry Christmas everyone! Please stay away from this place.

Best kept secret in Bryan Texas. Close to A&M for game day but suited for all kinds of traveling. Best of all so dog friendly . My grown children have an RV and site was clean accessible and accommodating. Trash pick up everyday multiple times a day. Pool house is a grand gathering place for games not to mention huge screen TV for football. My children wanted me to stay with them in RV but I decided to try a cabin. It was better than some 5 star hotels and resorts I have stayed at. Amazingly clean with Kruerig coffee mini fridge screened in porch. Plenty of towels and cabin ;again, dog friendly area. The staff here is awesome from Craig, Alan, Nancy and Gloria plus all staff riding around on golf carts. I was offered rides whenever I was out walking with dog, there was always a smile, greeting and offer of a ride. I will be returning regularly for games but I will also come here for peace and solitude away from the craziness of the world. This is a perfect setting for family reunions, church retreat, tailgating and just a getaway. Most important secured and affordable I love this place. Rooms: Very clean Nearby activities: Pool, hot tub, tennis, pool table, pond and wibbets. (Sand volleyball under construction). Walkability: Lovely place to walk or run.

They also have basketball courts, swimming pool, hay rides and a recreation room. They are also adding sand volleyball and laser tag. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, with an inviting staff. We are also less than 4 miles away from Kyle Field. I highly recommend this place for kids and family!! They also have several brand new cabins that are surrounded in the woods for privacy. We will definitely be back!! Nearby activities: Kyle Field, Big Shots, Star Cinema and a ton of food options!

We just brought our 5 children and friends along with their 4 kids to stay the weekend . This location is perfect. The Rv place was very clean and nice BUTT the service was absolutely horrible we have childrens ranging from 1-14 the kiddos were told they cannot play pool , ping pong , cornhole , basketball nothing with out an adult physically playing with them . The staff told our kids that it s clear y all s parents do not want to spend time with y all and it sucks you have smaller siblings who need a nap! UNACCEPTABLE! The breaking point to me was when the staff ruined the boys pool game and said looks like yalls game is over and I win as he took the balls from them and pool sticks We have a party coming in!! (Rude we paid to be here all weekend ) My husband was by the pool while the kids were trying to play indoors to cool off they yet again got ran off bc he was not sitting inside right besides them ! I definitely would not waste your time coming to this place of you have kids under the age of 16 !Our kids told us they never want to come back and it s sad because this could be a great thing for the area . Yogi bear is wonderful and respects your kids , lets them play ect if this is a sister to them like staff told us please learn a thing or too from them ! Also The auto traffic in the Rv park definitely doesn t have any respect for adults or children outside speeding past all the campers !!!

We recently found this RV park and decided to take our new RV out one more time before our schedule gets super busy again. We planned it mid summer not knowing that an extreme heat wave wave was going to hit. As in 105 plus. We were scheduled Thursday through Sunday in an RV spot. We couldnt get it to cool off inside trailer despite air running full blast all day. It just couldnt keep up with the heat. It wasnt safe for us or our pup. We decided sadly to pack up and head back home almost 2 hours away at 6pm. We were mentally exhausted, a bit sad, and physically tired from packing in the unreal heat. We got a few minutes down the road and got a sweet call saying come back and youre staying in one of our cabins the remainder of your trip. We were able to stay in a cabin that was so cute, clean, cozy, and peaceful. The rest of our needed trip was lovely. The staff, pool, activities etc are wonderful at this park. They escort you to your sites, pick up your trash, and more. We highly recommend a trip here. We surely will be back....in the fall Also love the pet friendly dog kennel at Rv sites.

By far the very best RV Park in Bryan/College Station, or anywhere else we have stayed, the pool is amazing. Russell does a fabulous job of taking care of it. Gloria, Nancy, and Cindy in the front store and hangout are the sweetest and most helpful ladies you could ever meet, Craig, the GM, is nothing more than amazing and extraordinarily helpful with any situation that may arise. When you are treated like part of a family it isnt hard to remember the special people that made our stay above and beyond the best anywhere. The park and the amenities are phenomenal, nothing is more than 15 minutes away from the gated entrance, having a store with snacks, drinks, ice and souvenirs on property makes things extra special. The spaces are extra spacious, beautiful grass, fire pits, and picnic table at every site. The grounds are immaculate, but honestly the people make it perfect. Oh, and my oh my the sunsets every evening it seems. Thank you Great Escapes, yall are awesome, and we definitely will be back very soon.

As a family of four that full time RVs, this, hands down has been the best resort (or campground) we have ever stayed at, for both the facility and staff. The sites are incredibly spacious and very well maintained. From the moment you check in at The Camp Store, you cant help but feel this resort is next level. After checking in you are escorted to your site, and I have to say, there isnt a bad spot on their grounds. We met the general manager of the campground, Craig the next morning in passing and he welcomed us and made sure our arrival and first night went smooth. Throughout the course of our stay you can see Craigs commitment to the resort, and making sure your stay there is nothing less then wonderful. Nancy, who is the activities director had so many fun things planned and our boys had a blast any time there was something going on . Shes also a wonderful source of information for things to do and see around the area. Not all of the amenities are currently open, because they are still under construction, but there is still PLENTY to do. There is outdoor shuffleboard, pickleball and basketball court. The pool is spotless, the Ultimutt Hangout boasts of a pool table, shuffleboard, corn hole, yard Jenga, washer toss, pingpong, various board games, and two very large TVs with streaming services avaliable. They also offer a beautiful outdoor grill for public use at the hangout. Dont miss out some good laughs on the Wibits! Its not just for kids and will certainly add for great memories. Also available to rent are golfcarts, which make comuting around the resort efortless. Their laundry facility is priced very reasonable, and everything is, and I cant stress this enough, immaculate. In addition to all of this, the campground has and electronic gate with a code that just adds to the feeling of safety. What makes this campground as fantastic as it is, is the staff. They are too numerous to name personally, but they all make sure you know what true southern hospitality is. They truly do make you feel like family, and coming here... feels like coming home. The campground also has excellent location to groceries ( Walmart is only 5 min away), Texas A&M, The Bush Library and countless of restaurants and other activities.

We were in town for Ring Day and Parents weekend at Texas A&M. Couldnt find hotels due to this busy weekend. So we decided to take the RV to College Station for the long weekend. This RV park is definitely worth the visit. New facility is top notch. Park is clean. All sites have concrete pads and very level. We have a 41ft 5th wheel toy hauler and we had no issues with the back in site we reserved and checked into. It was a little cramped with our toy hauler rear patio extended and tow vehicle parked in front. Pull through sites are very nice and spacious, but we like back ins due to the rear patio we enjoy on our toy hauler. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Lots of room and availability, but that wont last long considering how new the park is and what a nice facility they have. The Great Escapes RV resort in Bryan College station will definitely see us again!

We absolutely loved this RV Resort. We love that it s a hidden gem that is still very new. We especially enjoyed that the rv spots are very spacious that offer full hookups and fit a 46ft rv and our truck for extra parking. As a mom I really like the privacy we had and the rv spots are spaced out very well that you don t feel like your right on to of each either. My family enjoyed going to the hangout and spending time together and playing games. The only thing I didn t like was that we didn t have WIFI. but that s bc they are still working on things and it constantly rained when we stayed. I suggest bringing a hot spot especially if you have little ones. I know they are actively getting that for the customers. My husband went to the hangout to work since WiFi was provided there. Location is great bc the Walmart and food options are right down the road. We will be going back 100% we really liked that they had cabins on site since all our Aggie friends don t have RVS yet we informed them they could stay at the cabins.

My family and I stayed here for two weekends in a row. Their staff is phenomenal. We didn t get in the first weekend until 8:45pm. There was a staff member ready to take us to our site as we pulled in. The Hangout room is really nice, too. Two big screen TV s inside and TV outside. We watched the Astros and Aggie game. Very kid friendly! I m excited to see the rest of the park open up. Great experience and we will be back!

Its nice, its new. Its overpriced, the booking fee was a new fee for me to see, I am not fond of it. Its just another way to get money. The shower floor doesnt have a drain and is slippery. Check in took a bit for her to figure out and really since I showed up like 5 minutes before they closed I would have thought it would have been ready but it was not. If youre looking for a resort type of place it could be your thing. I just wanted to be able to plug in so I found it way overpriced and I doubt I will return.

My experience here was five stars!! Although the entire resort is not open, the staff treated me like royalty. HUGE shout out to the General Manager, Craig for his southern hospitality, his assistant Carmen who made me feel like I was home, and Nancy at the front desk who made check in a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff went over and beyond to ensure our stay was fun and relaxing! We are looking forward to coming back soon when the entire resort is open. They have made a returning customer out of me and my 11 friends who attended.
