In the beginning of my case, I would say that they were great, but after settling I havent talked to anyone on my team without me being the one to call. They dont even bother to shoot me a message with updates or anything for a firm thats getting $30,000 from my case they dont seem to care once they know theyre making some money from you. I havent talked to my actual attorney in at least three months. When I do speak to Scott or Ashley, it seems like I get excuses or the run around. The firm lost a lawyer in the middle of my case so theyve had more of a workload but I dont think that should mean I have to suffer and not be called back even when Im in their calender scheduled for a call back. And when I do get a hold of Ashley she apparently hasnt got an update from Scott in a month so I always end up waiting for a call back I never get or on hold to be told she cant reach Scott and that shell call me back which rarely happens. Now were at the finishing faze, and I cant even get a simple answer on when my check will be printed and a meeting scheduled for me to receive it, and this is the easiest part.

I ve used them along time ago and they made a good penny off me. I brought to them a valid case and my meeting was cut short and they rubbed elbows with the company I worked for. They are a good with insurance but they are not honest and didn t even give me good advice on what to do. They could have had a million dollar lawsuit I was injured on the job all the evidence they needed and I was fired for talkjng about Jesus to another employee that I was training. I would recommend another lawyer for sure.

Great experience. They are all very informative and encouraging you to ask questions. They constantly call and check on you. I loved the app that keeps.track of any messaging back and forth but also lets you know where you are in the process. At any time I felt like all I had to do was pick up the phone if I had a question. I didnt have to do anything extra. They did it all. I was referred to Daniel Stark Law by my brother, I was a passenger in a ride share and was in a car accident. Initially I worked with Miranda and her wonderful paralegal Antonella Ochoa, they were so good at listening, gather the facts and walking me through the process. Antonella called on multiple occasions to see how I was doing and expressed genuine care in my recovery. Miranda was so thorough and respectful of my time. Eventually my case was transfered to Chris Carver and Casey Kelley, I told Miranda my preference was to stay with her and she stated that Chris has the experience I need and I am in good hands. Chris and Casey were very patient, I asked alot of questions, and would send emails and they always responded in a timely manner. They provided all the answers to my questions and any additional information they thought was important. Do you want an attorney who is slow, uncommunicative, and fails to live up to their even basic commitments? If so, Daniel Stark is for you! Bad communication, just left us hanging for a week without an update despite the norm being same day response. Kept committing to getting back to us that day or the next, but no one ever did. The lies got seriously old. By the time they got back to us, we had an attorney, and thankfully we did because it simply wasn t enough money for DS to take on. Why did math take so long? Their reputation seems to be pretty inflated. We ended up having to do paperwork ourselves while we waited, which is far from ideal especially given their whole don t sign anything spiel. The only thing you for sure shouldn t sign is a contract with Daniel Stark. We called a competitor with a lower % rate and they took the case in under 10 minutes - so absolutely no excuse for them taking a week to deliver nothing at all. We had heard good things, but I ll be advising people to go elsewhere in future as unfortunately the hype collapses when they re actually asked to do their jobs.

Well all appeared to be well but things started to get a little shaky. I have lost 2 yrs of wages with pain and suffering. There were a lot of fees that were outrageous though I tried to be very proactive in the process. I was questioning some things that I felt was going to impact the amount of my claim therefore reducing my award. I would disclose figures to give perspective and proof of what it looks like that were unnecessary and what I consider junk fees which includes the 331/2% the attorney get from your settlement is ridiculous. So I did not when but the attorneys and medical and all there affiliates did. Let me give an example if your claim is say hypothetically 500k, and you get 180k. I thought my best interest was top priority. To get a figure afterwards I was in shocked when I saw what was a bunch of unnecessary fees and procedures. So make sure you go deeper into what are the costs before you agree. I called myself being on top of it. I was sold something called a life care plan that I thought was going to cover my injuries after settlement because further treatment I would need only to find out at the end it was no so this added a huge cost that didnt benefit me one bit because now that it is over and everyone got paid I am stuck with possibly getting additional treatments that will still come out of my pocket there is so much more I could say but it will take a while to prove my point.

My family and I got in an accident July 27, 2018, company van a tire coming off the left rear hit our car head on, which injured my family. I wouldnt be here today writing my review. Daniel Stark gave my family the very best ParaLegal Rebecca Hernandez, and I believe the very, very, best accident attorney. Glenn helped my wife and daughter get the medical attention and wellness they need along with a nice settlement. My care was more serious. Glenn sent my wife, daughter, and myself to Proactive Chiropractic in College Station, where Dr. Jason Allen treated all of us, He gave us excellent care. Glenn sent me to Dr. Ben Dudycha for steroid shots for my neck, shoulder, and back to relieve my severe pain I was in (BCS Pain Mgmt. College Station) Great doctor and staff. I still needed more treatment. I was not getting any better falling constantly due to my legs giving out and numbness all in my lower 1/2 of my body and rapidly creeping to my arms and fingers. Glenn sent me to a Neutosurgeon, I believe he is a top 3 Dr in Texas Dr. Sahni ( Capital Brain and Spine) Austin TX. After having the 2nd MRI, Dr. Sahni gave me the surgery and fixed my neck up perfectly. The surgery took extra time than normal due to how severe my neck was. The surgery I had was a Lastioplasty. I believe thats the name. its a new procedure it saved my life. I could hardly walk to the prep room with my wifes help. I came out of the surgery walking out like I was 30. Glenn and his mediator Greg After 4 1/2 long years, my case was settled, and all my bills were paid medically along with my totaled car. Also, a monthly annuity that Glenn helped me get every month for 10 yrs. Would I recommend Daniel Stark? A that is a no Brainer hell, yeah. My experience with Daniel Stark was amazing. It was frustrating at times but, through it all Justin along with his assistant Kayleigh was there to help and assure me that everything would be okay. They made sure that I was 100% before closing my case. When I became frustrated they helped me understand anything that I did not know or was not familiar with. At the end of it all, Justin showed me just how dedicated he was to me, and my case. He had just became a father again. I was told he would be on Zoom with the mediation. When I arrived inside, there Justin sat at his desk, waiting for my arrival. I was very pleased with the outcome. And yes,I would definitely recommend Daniel Stark to my friends and family.
