Jessica was my lawyer in 2023. I prayed for God to send me a lawyer and he sent Jessica. I felt all odds were against me by the way I was made to look by opposing attorneys. My case was difficult and almost unheard of. The fact that she believes in God was enough for me. God used this woman to bring my daughter back and he strengthened my relationshipwith him at the same time. Not only did I get my daughter back but I have a testimony, repaired relationships and a whole new faith in there actually being lawyers who do care. Jessica and her team will always be a part of life because God made her a part of my testimony.

Jessica and her team, from my experience, were nothing short of a God ordained, Divinely orchestrated blessing from Heaven....desperately needed. At the time when i was referred to her all i can say is that much prayer had covered the adoption situation i was going through and needed help with from day one mrs. Kroscher was led by God on exactly what to do and how to do it. God Himself used this firm to help me secure the much needed and sought after adoption of a precious little boy who had radically changed my life. she put up with me and my long drawn out talks of worries and concerns and always gave me the best advice and reassurance on the case after a year and a half of carefully handling the case and doing things by the book and as smart as possible, oh what a glorius day it was when the adoption was finalized and set in stone! i cant thank God enough for how He used mrs kroscher and her firm to bring the miracle from Heaven needed to legally secure this precious little boy now 2 1/2 years old who means the world to me !!! praise God for Jessica and her team !!!team jessica is awesome

I was being divorced after 25yrs of marriage, something I never dreamed would happen was happening. I was heartbroken, and so in denial that at first I tried to go without legal counsel, as I couldn t imagine hiring someone to defend myself against someone I still had feelings for. I was so lost and broken I met my spouses lawyer and signed things and just made bad decisions. I wasn t well emotionally and certainly needed legal help. I met with Jessica Kroscher and just getting her and her great paralegal and all the team working on my behalf meant all the difference! In those days of uncertainty covid, courts shutting down, church and divorce support group shutdown, losing so much so quickly, losing my job, my place to stay. My whole life seemed to vanish like dust blown away. The one constant of consistency that never wavered in the most difficult year of my life was the care given me at Kroscher & Kroscher that goes far beyond legal. I will never forget what God did in my life thru them! Their compassion and having their steadying influence . Invaluable! Jessica is smart about legal matters and her advice was spot on. My son paid upfront for a divorce and she never served his wife..after two years of trying to get paper work served she had a judge to say she could back out without returning a dime of his money..time wasted and she also consulted with the woman involved..automatically decided to put her wants first..an unprofessional way to work..if she didnt want the case should have said so upfront without taking his money...was not cheap by any means.never consulted with who he hired..always someone else..

As I set down to write this, I start to think and replay the events that have unfolded this past year and half. I hired Jessica Kroscher as a defense attorney in an awful custody battle to keep custody of my son. I am completely overwhelmed by how genuine, loving and supportive Jessica and her entire team was towards me and my family during this time. When all I could see was devastation, Jessica seen restoration. When all I could feel was pain, Jessica reminded me of Jesuss sacrifice. When all I could do was cry tears of defeat, Jessica reminded me that there is victory in the sweet name of Jesus. Kroscher & Kroscher made My burdens their burdens. They shared in my hurt and was my strength when I couldnt be. Jessicas assistant, Susan, came to the court house on her day off to be my support, so I didnt have to go alone. Susan did not have to go, but she did! What I loved about Susan so much is that she was REAL. She didnt sugar coat anything. She told me that if things didnt go the way we wanted them to... then it just meant we werent finished yet. That it wasnt the end. Jessicas fight never stops! She is smart and strong. She fought and made a way for my son to attend church camp when the opposing party would not cooperate. Even when she went out of town, she still kept in touch with me and checked in on my son and I. Jessica prayed with me and for me. She spoke Gods promises in to mine and my childrens lives. Kroscher & Kroscher is a genuine, honest, loyal and dedicated family law firm. I honestly believe you will not find another law firm who will fight for you the way Kroscher & Kroscher helped me fight for my son. What they did for my family, I know they will do for you. Jessica and Susan were both amazing in the court room. I will continue to use Kroscher & Kroscher for any legal assistance in the future. There is no other team I would want to represent and defend my family. I am happy to say WE won our case! I highly encourage anyone who is going through any type of family court to allow Kroscher & Kroscher to fight for you!

#1 Lawyer for family in Longview! She and her husband will fight for a child with all their knowledge and heart. My first lawyer sold me out, which is normal for a small town for lawyers to settle cases according to who they know. Not the Kroschers. My grandson was ripped out of our arms after his only active parent, my son, was killed. If it hadnt been for the Kroschers we would have lost my grandson for good. He would have been left at the mercy of a parent who - well, his only saving grace was us and his Dad. If you love a child and want a lawyer that will truly fight for them and not cut a deal under the table these are the people for you Our family is forever indebted to this family. Mr. and Mrs. Kroscher are such God driven people.I was a witness of how they never gave up because they firmly believed in what they were fighting for. I Have never seen such determination in a couple. Im not saying this to make them look well, but Im saying this because I firmly believe that this is the truth. Honestly, these were lawyers,both of them, were people who knew the law and never gave up and most importantly, fought for my case. Such beautiful people inside and out.
