Didnt call to confirm my appointment (made 3 weeks prior) and charged me $100 to cancel. I told them Id forgotten about the appointment and asked why they didnt bother to confirm it. They said they dont confirm appointments. I told them its customary to call the day before and I reminded them that they were supposed to come out to give a quote 3 weeks prior, and didnt call to cancel in advance. Id had to call them instead, 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. I wasnt compensated for my time then, but they expect me to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment they didnt bother to confirm.

Molly Maid was easy to schedule and was able to get to our property the next day. Rose and Manuela did an incredible job. I was a little concerned sending them to our townhouse where my son and 3 roommates have lived for a year now. 4 college age boys are not necessarily the cleanest, but Rose and Manuela definitely exceeded our expectations. That townhouse is the cleanest its ever been as they were meticulous and very detailed in making sure everything was perfectly clean. (Now how long the boys keep it in that condition, thats yet to be seen, but I may have to call Rose and Manuela back in)

I don t enjoy doing this, but I feel our experience should be shared. Molly Maid of BCS was not a good company to work with, did NOT do a job well done, and was not honest when trying to remedy to situation. Please do not hire them. Full story: My husband hired Molly Maid of BCS to clean our house for Mother s Day! We ve never had anyone professionally clean our house, and it needed a good clean desperately. They came Friday, May 10 at 1pm, and left at 4:30pm. This cleaning was $470 + tip. I walked through the doors, and I was immediately upset. I went and put my finger across the countertops, and dust and crumbs came up. There were spit up stains all over our floors still, and 2 parts of our walls in our bedroom still had dust all over the base boards. They did not touch the dining room. That s just some of it. We tried getting ahold of someone there, but they were closed for the weekend. I cried a lot Friday night, it was a lot of work to get ready for cleaners (if you have small kids, you get it). Saturday morning, we decided to make lemonade out of lemons, and we did it ourselves! We scrubbed and cleaned baseboards, windows and our shower. By Mother s Day, the house looked mostly like I wanted it to! This morning we contacted the company asking to remedy the situation since it was $470, and the work was not $470 work. We asked for a refund, hoping for even a partial one, considering that $470 is A LOT of money. We were met with them saying they could send someone out to fix it. We had already cleaned ourselves, as the whole point was to have a clean home by Mother s Day. We said we would like a refund instead. They said no, and said we could have cleaners now, or schedule a clean in the future for a discount someone working there also told us that their owner was out for the next 2 weeks. My husband showed up in person, and lo and behold the owner was IN OFFICE. All this to say, Molly Maid BCS is NOT a reputable company. Please do not make the same mistake we did and hire them for any services. We are out almost $500 and had to redo their work for them.

Our move out clean was originally not done well at all. Closets, cabinets, windows, ceiling fans, the stove top, some baseboards, etc. were untouched. We did appreciate the admin reaching out for feedback and ultimately the team being sent back to clean the areas that were not up to par. After the 2nd clean the house was better but still not to the level I would expect from a professional cleaning service. Unfortunately our experience added stress to our move out experience instead of simplifying the process. I would have a hard time recommending it to others.

This review is about the office staff. They hardly ever answer the phone. If you leave a message regarding a cancellation, they claim they never got it. Even though the manager admits they saw the caller ID and know when you called and that you left a message but nothing came through on their end! Then says they WILL be charging the 97.00 cancellation fee even though you gave more than enough notice. They say its because I never received a confirmation call back but nothing in their paperwork OR online says that you will receive one! She refused to give adequate contact for her boss when asked. She claims she is the site manager but refused to give information that a manager would know they are responsible for giving if requested. She only said she would give an email address. How do I know they will actually get an email? I would not recommend using a company that treats people this way. *This absolutely is an accurate description of what our call was. She did in fact admit to seeing I had called and even gave the day I had called! She did in fact say that I had left a message and she saw there was a voicemail but that nothing came through on her end. IF an owner can listen to a call then why cant they get my phone number and call me back? Yes, by the end of my conversation with the manager, I was absolutely irate. She was not helpful and was refusing to give me anything other than an email address. She also kept telling me that they would absolutely be charging my card!

Im extremely unsatisfied with the cleaning quality they provided. As I moved into my new place, which had been cleaned by this company, I couldnt help but notice that the floors were still quite dirty and grimy. There were clearly overlooked areas, like the floors inside several closets that still had dust and bugs. The windows had dried slobber on them from the inside, this showed the effort they put in to clean. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. P.s. Molly Maid of BCS was contracted by the landlord, the deserve their money back

The most recent team, Nikki and April, do a super job and point out small issues or details that they notice while cleaning. We hired Molly Maid to clean an empty home that we were readying for sale. It had belonged to my mother-in-law, who is recently deceased. They quoted $450-$600, depending upon the conditions of the home. Things started off poorly. We reserved a day, but could not schedule a time. As we live in College Station, and the home is in Hearne, a start time was important. You should call us the day before. But, they didnt. answer. We called them, leaving a message. We called a second time, and were connected to the national customer service team. They were nice, but couldnt help us, nor could they reach the local MM office. They also left a message, which wasnt returned until the day service was to be performed, asking that we meet them there in a few hours. Absolutely no consideration of our plans or schedules. They sent two people, and we left them alone, returning at the scheduled time, to lock the house. Hardly anything was done. NO floors were vacuumed. NO floors were mopped. The kitchen wasnt touched. Basically, they cleaned baseboards in four bedrooms, and they cleaned two bathrooms. MM called to say they wanted another $300, bringing my bill up to $900, to finish. We declined, as theyd been there about five hours, and were less than halfway through, PLUS I didnt want to stay in an empty house for another three hours waiting on something that wasnt going to happen. Their excuse? The baseboards were really dirty. I had cleaned some beforehand, so I know they needed attention, but it was a matter of vacuuming the dust, and wiping them down with a wet cloth afterwards. Even past that, who in their right minds thinks the customer will be happy with clean baseboards but little else? We paid extra for cleaning shelves, and that wasnt done. In their defense, they did stay and vacuum the bedrooms. Took about 15 minutes. Im very unhappy with Molly Maid, and would not recommend them to anyone.

The counter tops were sticky and there was dust everywhere. I had to basically go behind them and clean and I paid them almost $500. Rose and Maryam came to clean our house as a moving clean and it was great! They did a wonderful job. The house wasnt disgusting, but it definitely had some parts that needed a deep cleanse. They left it spotless. Im not going to lie, they left the house cleaner than our landlords left it for us! I received a promotional flyer in the mail and went on line to complete the requested information and book an estimate visit. After filling in my address and details of my home I told they serviced my area and booked a visit a 2wks out. Today is the day and about 30mins prior to their expected arrival I received a voicemail asking me to call them. As I work full time, thus the need for their service, I wasn t able to return the call until I had planned to take a break to meet the representative. It took a few calls to reach the actual office and not the automated system, only to be told they did not service my area and would I like to re-book for a few months from now when they might be willing to come to my location. Completely unacceptable. While I can understand the disconnect between a corporate office and a local franchise, this does not excuse the fact that they had two weeks to notify me and failed to do so until minutes before the scheduled arrival. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my time is appalling and doesn t instill any confidence they would be a reliable service. I am amazed corporate would allow such behavior to be associated with their brand.

I have used the cleaning service for my home over the past month. This was new to me so I was not sure that little things I noticed that were not dusted was within their work scope. I reached out to Emily and she came out the next day to inspect my home and determined that it was not cleaned to Molly Maids standards. She then came out again with a cleaning crew and remedied my issue. It speaks more highly of a company to me to seek first to understand the concerns of their customer through their own investigation instead of diagnosis or pass off of a customers inquiry. Molly Maid was hired to clean my house after major demolition, mold removal, reflooring and reconstruction. The house had not been occupied in nearly 4 months and although the furniture had been returned, everything was very dirty. Melissa and Maryan did an amazing job of dusting and cleaning the floors. I could not stay to oversee their work and did not return until several days later. I was very pleased with the overall appearance of my house.

Melissa and Maryan did a good job on my home today. It s the first time Melissa had been to my house but I think they did a good job and I think these ladies are my favorites so far. The ladies always do a great job communicating with me and are always there when they say they will be. I ve used other services for cleans and Molly Maid is as good as any of the others. I am happy with them. The only thing I wish they could do better would be cleaning under my furniture better but, with that being said, Melissa and Maryan did better at it than others from Molly Maid that have been here.

Molly Maid is a TERRIBLE. I had a clean scheduled and they came in my home and didnt do anything and had the nerve to call me and said the cleaning ladies need more time and more money.. The main fact, my home wasnt even that dirty. I went home and floors was still dirty, beds wasnt made up, kitchen floor had spots still on them, my bathrooms wasnt clean. Everything that was in the cleaning agreement wasnt done. Even the house didnt smell like they used cleaning supplies. THE WORSE EVER... I could go on and on. I called and they came back out and things still wasnt done right. I would never use them again, they are the poorest factors of trusting someone to come clean your home and take your money. If I wouldnt have left cash, I would have disputed he payment. These people or fraud!! I will be reporting them, be very carefully entrusting these people!!!

Two maids cleaned but did not finish the job because they had to go to another cleaning. The main rooms, living and kitchen were partially abandon due to timing. Yes, the house needed a deep cleaning but I did not know they would stop and leave and not communicate why they did not finish. Money was not the issue and they knew that. Another hour of cleaning and this review could possibly be different.

I hired Molly Maids for a nesting clean to prepare for the arrival of my first child. I had never had a cleaning company perform a professional cleaning before, so I wasnt sure what to expect, but I was very impressed with their service. I left a very detailed cleaning list that they had no problem accommodating. While not cheap, they did an exceptionally thorough job and I would certainly hire them again.

Debra and Vanessa called me 40 minutes before appointment time to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they asked for the exact instructions for their cleaning work. As soon as we finished going over my needs, they got to work. Excellent quality cleaners - fast and efficient. I am very pleased. I would like to have these ladies return every two weeks. We had two different contractors working on two different projects and the ladies did a wonderful job in spite of the noise and chaos. I look forward to having this crew again. Very efficient. Today was just our second clean, from Ali and Natilee, and I really appreciate the great job they are doing cleaning and how helpful this is for our family. It is so wonderful walking in to the house after they have been here. It is no small task! And I love the little notes they ve left and how friendly everyone is.
