Walked in to get 2 windows which online it listed that they had 13 on hand, i asked 4 different employees for help, they told me no the window guy left at 6 so I went to the customer service desk and asked for help. Two persons from the service desk came back to the window department to help me. They had to unload the windows off of a top shelf. While they were doing so they said that I must have been a big wig at A&M because of the way I was acting, I was not happy because I had to search the store and ask 6 people in total, of which 4 flat out told me no, for help with something that should have been on the shelf. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous first you cant find help then when you do they talk about you when they think you cant hear them. And no I dont work for A&M even though its a fine institution with fine people.

This may be the worst Lowe s store on the planet. This is no exaggeration: every single time I go there they are out of what I need. It s not just the things I need, I just end up having to go to Home Depot anyway because they don t have what I m looking for. Today it was drip flashing. They had every single style except the one I needed. The bins in any given aisle are in disarray. There s no pricing on half the lumber. The last time I went they only had 16 foot 5/4 deck boards nothing else in stock. The self check out absolutely sucks. And good luck trying to scan your drivers license to get your military ID. Has not worked one single time that I ve been there. Heaven forbid you try to get anywhere near the lumber entrance at certain times of the day. It s pandemonium, no organization, and no employees saying anything to anybody parked in front of the doors. When I went in there tonight, some Joker had actually backed his truck all the way into the bay door, as it was his own personal loading dock I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place is so poorly managed that I just can t help it. I m finally finished with this store, I will always go to the Home Depot a mile farther down the road first and I will only step foot in this Lowe s. If it is the absolute last resort as I don t have enough gas to drive to the other side of town to the other Lowe s. Absolutely, mind-boggling, management just doesn t give a shit awful.

I went u to lowes to return the a tankless waterheater and being disabled and treated as if I was trying to scam them. Their employees disnt know how to look up a record and werent professional at all. They even at one point said they didnt sell that brand until I told them it was on their website. They then offered to give me a $400 gift card in replace of my $900 waterheater. They spoke with the manufacturer and everything. I ended up leaving with my broken waterheater and in a lot of pain. I have done a lot of business with them and was very disappointed. I then get a call a week later and I still was offered the gift card for the broken waterheater I threw away. Why would I keep it if they wouldnt honor the warranty. I never had such a hard time dealing with a return

I wasnt very pleased with my favorite Lowes today. We went in for some plumbing supplies, and they didnt have what we needed. Then we went to check out, and we had to do cash and card, and wouldnt you know it the register jammed up. They had us sitting there at the self scan for nearly half an hour. And the whole entire time we were standing there, the associate was staring at us as if we had stolen something. I couldnt believe it. We werent even allowed to move. I was so disappointed in my Lowes store.

Purchase a storm door to be installed and their process of the installation is very convoluted. If you decide to go to their website to order the door and they have an install option that you can select, what happens is that no communications occurs to the customer and or between the employees from the store to the installation department of Lowe s for scheduling measurements and the installation. They keep rescheduling the installation while your door is in the pick up area for the installer to pick up the materials and bring them to your phone for the installation. This took one month since the date I purchased the storm door online to install the door I would not, use Lowe s for the installation because they do not know who s doing what the product that you bought. they need to change the process on the website by pressing the installation option. There should be a number to call for that storm door purchase to be installed and if you try to call the store for information, You usually cannot get in touch with them.

Sometimes I just dont understand the give it/us a review, ranking, etc,etc. Its Lowes. A lumplumblecteria. Find everything except what you really want, including any knowledgeable workers in the various and varied departments. Addendum: recently my visits have been later in the day. Im tired of having to walk either to the garden center or the commercial desk to check out. I REFUSE to use a self check out. I have walked out, leaving my potential purchases in the cart when a live person could not be found at any check out counter.

Beware I bought a refrigerator on a Friday. They delivered it on a Sunday. The ice machine didn t work. I thought perhaps it was because the freezer needed more time to cool for the ice maker to work correctly. Water leaking out the ice dispenser onto the floor, water leaking into the bottom of the refrigerator. I called Lowes in Bryan and the customer service said Lowes is only responsible for fixing or replacing in the first 48 hours from purchase. It took nearly 48 hours to deliver it. A stand up business would have made it right. Buy from a local business that cares about local people.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have tried for 6 days to reach the customer service desk about an installation I am supposed to have done. Lowes is a good store. Most employees are willing to help or get someone who can. My Aunts bathroom developed a leak and her floor rotted. We have been able to get everything we needed including the out dated CPVC plumbing. I used to do this for a living so not a novice but definitely not a pro anymore either. Progress so far.

Ive always had alright experiences thus far, which is the only reason this is a two star review. I had a Lowes delivery that wasnt delivered. I wasnt too upset and figured it would be easy to call and get a replacement or refund. It was not... The person I spoke to was very rude on the phone and insisted that it said it was delivered. I understand that the failed delivery is not Lowes fault, but bad customer service is their fault. Finally, after half an hour on hold, they tell me I can just come in and pick up a replacement. The replacement I receive is then the wrong color from what I ordered (I even checked my receipt to ensure it wasnt my mistake). Im not saying not to shop at this Lowes, but dont ever do delivery and be prepared for horrible customer service.

I went online to see if this Lowe s had what I was looking for in stock. They did not so I ordered it to be delivered and was given a promised date. On that date that it was supposed to be delivered I received a message saying it was delivered was on its way. The items never came and then I checked online. It was actually gonna be delivered four days later. I tried chatting with someone on their online chat. It was the worst chat experience in the world. I m not even sure the computers are working right they can t deliver on time so don t bother trying to order stuff online from them. Just go to Amazon instead unless you find something in the store.

Just got out of Lowes after waiting in the pickup line for over 20 minutes. The two ladies working worked on the same two customers for the entire time and were as slow as sloths. While two managers stood in the background and watched the poor customer service happen. They watched a line form and never said a single word to anyone for over 20 minutes. I even pushed a button that started an alert going off over the loudspeakers that someone needed help at the pickup desk and all four employees that were standing up front did not say a word to me. Finally, an employee came from the back to help. Time to start shopping at home Depot!

Went to buy bags of sand, and every single bag on the pallet was open and had some type of hole in it. Ask the guy how much they were, and he said 50% off. Just to make sure I had him tell me again, they were indeed 50% off. Just to go to the register and only get 2 or 3 bags, 50% out of the 21 bags that I bought after being told they had to honor the 50% off since thats what I was told. Lowes employee literally lied to my face and told the cashier to ring up something totally different. I will never spend money there again. Cannot respect liars.

Leo is the best. We had a lot of lumber being loaded very slowly (like over an hour slow) until he came over and put everyone to shame. We ve had him for curbside pickups too, he s very efficient. Went to Lowes, Bryan purchased several items totaling 173.80 dollars. Had to beg employees to help find anything Then ask for help to pull 45 concrete pavers. No one came so my 71 yr old wife and I loaded them on a cart. Checked out and ask for help to load my truck, sure they are out there. Again no one showed up, my wife and I loaded the truck. I am 71 years old and have a heart condition and your service sucks. I literally hate to show at you company.

I received a 1/4 impact driver called customer service in Bryan & they told me it was a Dewalt mistake on the add well called Dewalt & they said Lowes did their own ads. Service is hit-or-miss. Ive found just as many associates who didnt know what a ball-peen hammer is, as those who knew everything I needed to know about why the pressure relief valve on my tankless water heater might have been installed incorrectly. Product availability is a similar mixed-bag. Additionally, I can look up an items location on my phone just as easily as an associate can, so unless the associate already knows, then looking it up on their phone is not much help to me. Still, my #1 place for anything home-repair related, though.

I purchased a gas range from the Bryan Lowes in 2022. A few months later a part of the range started to come apart, it was under warranty, and I filed a claim. When this claim was filed, I was given a depreciated amount of the range and had to pay to have Lowes come and reinstall the range. I was out of money and a range for a few weeks, an addition of a few hundred dollars to install and pay for another range. Unfortunately, I have had to file another claim on the new range. I contacted Lowes Warranty Department on April 29th. The company they contracted to come and repair my range STILL has not come to repair the item...they have only given me grief over the repair and when I contacted Lowes Warranty Department, I was not able to speak with a supervisor. I have an inoperable $600 gas range sitting in my kitchen and no plans from Lowes to repair it. This will be the LAST major appliance I purchase from Lowes because of this foolishness. This has been too much money, too much time and too many disappointments. Lowes please do better!!!!

Dont order any appliances unless you get a true delivery date to the store. The oven I ordered was damaged and returned with issues, I ordered another one, and since it was a special order, which didnt say on the app, it took almost a month to get it! The whole process was a nightmare and will never order an appliance online from Lowes. I will try to find something from a local merchant. They dont carry everyday ovens onsite, only ovens that are $699 and above in price. I just wanted a plain Jane oven, not some fancy overpriced one. Need it today, not a month later!!

Update As directed I called the given number to Lowes customer service. They informed me that the claim was closed and they had this location open another claim. I was supposed to get a call within 72hrs, didnt. I gave them 2 weeks to call or sort the situation out. No outcome. I called both Lowes customer service and this location to figure out what is going on. Lowes customer service told me that the only people who can do anything is local store. Local store has no solution. I have now spent over 2 hours on the phone this go round without a solution or even a path to a solution. Incompetence. This is mostly in regards to deliveries. Placed an order for a vanity that was about 2500. The 3rd party that lowes hired to deliver the vanity damaged the vanity beyond use. After damaging the vanity, they had to pick it up in order to complete the return. During this process, they damaged about 5k in brand new flooring along with damaging walls. I am now at 6 months from this incident and the answer from this Lowes is that they are not at all involved and that the 3rd party they hired shows the issue as resolved. I have called and left about 20 voicemails over the last 6 months. No return call, nothing. Lowes employees continue to have no solution other than to attempt to interact with the 3rd party. Insane

Every time I come here I wait over an hour if I need a forklift operator and rarely if ever do they have a pickup order ready when it says it s supposed to be. It seems she didnt want to go and find a Ladder to get the Paint for me. Well I talked with someone else (Mr. Craig from Tools Department) he found the Ladder nd got the Paints for me! I am hoping for a response and resolution to my issue. In July a Lowes delivery truck drove through my neighborhood. In the process some electrical wires were ripped down and my roof was damaged. I have tried calling several time to the distribution center to get the damages repaired. However, I continue to get the same response that I will get a call back. It is the end of September and I still have not received a call. The damages are getting worst due to the rain.

The ongoing problem here is that they have 4 handicapped motor shopping carts and their always taken a total of 4 that is not enough every time I go there taken so frankly today I sent in my Lowes payment in full and today was my last day I took of to HD and they have a total of 10 motor carts so Ill be doing my home improvement shopping there.

As someone who has been to Lowes literally all over the country, this one is one of my favorites. Its not new but has a great inventory and awesome employees. 2 Direct access entrances from the frontage road and two entrances on Freedom Blvd. From a truck drivers perspective, there is easy access just off the frontage road and Freedom Blvd behind the store and Receiving work fast!

I went in local Lowes several days ago in a hurry, and on my own got a metal pipe with thread that didnt work for what I needed. Today I approached an employee, in my age range, for assistance (forgot to get his name). I was not in his department. However, he asked another employee close by, who WAS head of department, where to find the plumbing part. The nice employee then took me to the proper area and proceeded to help me get the correct threaded part.

Pretty sad that the company missed out on $600 or more for carpet installation because no one in their store actually puts forth any effort. I called trying to get a carpet install scheduled and after 10 minitutes of no one in that department answering, I gave up. Home depot will get your business from now on.

This week I have spent almost $10,000 in this store and the only reason I did was because of the prices. If the prices werent good, I would have never been back. There is no communication at this store. I was sent to each end of the store MULTIPLE times because no one knew the right place for me to go. After 2+ hrs of that I was finally done and was waiting outside by lawn an garden for my order in the 105° heat with my 5yr old son just for them to tell me I needed to go back to customers service to sign more paperwork. Change is needed or you definitely lose customers.

We were there on July 11th to buy pool chlorine tablets. The price was not correct when paying and the cashier clerk needed a managers approval. The female manager that assisted us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Ill make sure we or anyone we know never goes to lowes again. I will not be talked down to some want to be manager. Home Depot from now on.

Visit this location often and their stock is always full. Very well maintained Lowes. Update 7/16/23: Over the years Ive had nothing but good experiences here. And anytime something hasnt gone exactly right the staff always work to make it so. With the orange competition only one exit further, I still have preferred this Lowes for my diy needs.
