The employees are always friendly, honest and helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. I have visitied this location several times and they always greet you and are ready to serve you once you walk in. Once someone dropped a $10 bill and the employee who found it asked everyone there if it belonged to them. She could have easily put it in her pocket but that shows her honesty. Keep up the great work!

This location is a vibe. All of their employees are super friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh. They dont mind the swarms of highschoolers that visit daily, which is awesome. I usually only grab drive thru but we went in today to celebrate my twin niece and nephews birthday. The crew had food for 15 people out in less than 10 minutes and the all joined in on the Happy Birthday song. Keep doing what yall do. And give those employees a raise, theyre worth it.

I came here through the drive through and got the box combo with a sweet tea. My food was fresh and good as well as my tea. My only complaint is that the cashier that took my order asked if Id like ketchup and I told her yes but they forgot to give it to me so I had to park and walk back inside to get some.

Ill hand it to Canes theyre fast service is really great and the food is excellent. The toast is always toasty. The fresh sweet tea and lemonade are really good too and lets not forget the cane sauce cant forget about that. Overall really great experience that these restaurants I havent found a bad canes have been in yet.

Food is good, but overpriced. Drivethru is tiny with tight curve and huge concrete retaining wall which you cant see until you have nowhere else to go. Chicken pieces vary in size. Some tenders are tiny while others are expected size and you never know what you are going to get. Crinkle cut fries are just like those found at grocery store. Sauce sets it all off, but they charge if you want extra when you can buy an entire bottle of Walmarts version now for a few bucks. No options for those trying to eat/drink healthy. Decent place, but lots to improve on.

A little disappointing....I didnt mind too much paying $48 for two six piece dinners and one four piece dinner. The chicken was tender, and my children enjoyed their food. What I minded is paying that amount and having the bag rudely handed to me and the window slammed closed without much of a thank you or a chance to ask for ketchup. And of course there wasnt any included even though I asked when I ordered. I am happy to pay for good food, but I still believe a smile and a thank you is what makes you want to come back-Not sure I will.

This Raising Canes was able to deliver over 100 box combos to Merrill Green Stadium to feed my team after their game. Absolutely one of the best Raising Cane s I ve been to. From the moment we got in, it was a very clean and welcoming environment. Beth the cashier took our order and communicated effectively with her coworkers. Our food came out before we could even sit down from grabbing drinks, napkins, etc. The food tasted great and fresh. While eating we Beth asked us if we need anything. In fact, she asked every guest in the establishment if they needed anything. She goes above and beyond and provides amazing service with no complaints. Her attitude of service was a joy to be around. The manager Paul also checked in on our group and said good bye to us as we walked out. Overall, great experience.

every time I have came here, I always ask for extra cane sauce. Now each extra sauce is 40 cents. I reach the window and the young man asks if I ordered this I said yes. He proceeds to give me my drink and takes a bit with my food. I asked if the extra sauce was there? He said it should be ma am. I stop and check, realize there are 4 cars behind me and the young man is staring in a problematic way. I told him i m going to trust y all this time and he said well ma am have a great day (with an attitude) and when I get home, there s no extra sauce. All im saying is 40 cents is 40 cents. Why am I going to pay extra for something that I can never get. It s stupid.

It depends on the time of day you go there. Closer to meal time you get hot fresh yummy fries and chicken fingers!! But 1 day I arrived at 3:30. It was not good at all. I got chicken and fries that you can tell its been sitting for a while. Very disappointing!! Employees are very friendly and the restaurant super clean. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming. You feel like part of the family.
