Extremely rude and inconsiderate especially the receptionist. If your black I strongly recommend you don t go to them. Very disrespectful. Been given the run around for 2 months now I have court coming with no lawyer after I was told by Lane that he would look into it and let me know something. Now I can t get in contact with him and his receptionist just keeps telling me she will return my call and never does then hangs up in my face while I m talking.

I didnt use him due to certain circumstances but he did return a call from me and he was a straight shooter when I called and spoke with him regarding my nephews case. He didnt try to rush me off the phone, he was honest and talked with me as if we knew each other. I truly appreciated that.

A free lawyer could have done more than he did. I paid him over 14grand just to as he said kick the can down the road. Never ever use him again for anything. Dont let him do any appeals because like he said he is only a defense attorney does not care about civil rights at all. No no no

Mr Thibodeaux did a excellent job, he went out and fought the DA for me . We could not get the District attorney to offer a suitable plea agreement because of my past so I went to open plea in front of the judge and Mr Thibodeaux got me deferred probation so I could keep my drivers license and keep working. Mr Thibodeaux will fight for you!

Extremely unprofessional law firm starting with the receptionist. Extremely immature woman with no manners. The paralegal thinks she is a big shot lawyer or something and even she is arrogant and a pain, not to mention how unprofessional it is to never answer questions left for her in messages since she is NEVER in the office. What do you when shes gone? talk to the rude receptionist. Did I ever get to talk to Layne Thibodeux? NO. never got to talk to anyone. Just had to deal with rude and unprofessional women for 2 months, getting nowhere with my case to top it off.
