Not the same anymore every time we go now our tenders are dull and rubbery like so it makes it very unpleasant to eat to the point we just don t eat them and the wings itself are so dry now I am not sure if the cook is new or what but their not doing a good job at making the food anymore and since this has been going for months already we are just not coming back to this location anymore. Safe your money and buy else where

This place is my favorite in terms of price and food in general but, recently, since I bought wings especially, they are displayed in an unsatisfactory way. All the time after eating I get a strong stomach ache. The wings at this place were always good and appetizing. I dont know if they have changed suppliers but the quality has gone down. Buffalo bites had bone fragments in them, ate one and almost choked, called and talk to Crystal and even sent a picture of the bone fragments through email but she didnt believe me still, and she wanted me to drive all the way back after I sent her the picture just so I can show them the bone fragment that was in their buffalo bites. I mean all I wanted was to get the order remade but at a later time because I couldnt make it there today or tomorrow bad customer service in my opinion. Be careful eating those buffalo bites you might choke off some bone fragments

Admittedly we came in on a game day, and it was packed. However our experience was confusing and frustrating. We came in, found an open table, and went to order. I got in line and the cashier asked if it was for there or to go. When I said dine in, he asked if I had a table, I said yes and he started to take my order. Then the other cashier said something incoherent to him and he seemed irritated but then continued to take our order, then the manager came over and told me that even though I had a table I couldnt order because there were other folks waiting for a table. I tried to explain that we had a table but was told I could only order it to go. Still not understanding how the process worked nor getting any real explanation from the manager we just chose to leave and probably wont be back to the Express version of WnM again. ################# Thanks for your reply. We found an empty table with no number tent on it. That was not me or my family. I was polite and courteous to the manager and employee and simply said okay thank you, please cancel the order. and we then left.

This was my first time here and ordered the boneless medium flavor. I cannot handle spicy to well and these were just to spicy for me. One of the staff saw me struggling and asked if I wanted some mild ones so I could enjoy the rest of my meal. I personally was going to chalk it up to a learning experience since every wing place is different, but the way the staff went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed my meal was refreshing and very much appreciated. Aside from that the food is great and for how busy they were it came out really fast. Highly recommend.

This is our usual spot for fried chicken strips. We enjoy the curly fries, the fried chicken breading, and the house made blue cheese. Our last visit wasn t typical but I can t reasonably expect perfection every time. The breathing for the fried chicken was noticeably heavier on the cornmeal. It didn t ruin the meal for me; though I did have a small glimmer of buyer s remorse. The silver lining of this cloudy experience was the manner I spoke to over the phone, Nick. Nick immediately expressed empathetic regards concerning my experience; moreover, I appreciated his intuition regarding the texture of the batter. I can t express enough my gratitude that this location has a manager that exudes genuine concern for the guests and their experience. The gold standard when it comes to what guests need when it comes to customer service. Dietary restrictions: While recovering from a bad bout of COVID everything my household ate tasted intensely over salted. They provided me my food made to my order, unseasoned and it was the most amazing hot meal we had eaten in nearly a month. It was almost embarrassing how much Noise made between bites of our food.

I loved this place. Mostly for the OUTSTANDING customer service! These people were amazing. There was a line all the way out to the road in the drive-through, and there were at least 2 employees out there taking orders in the heat. 6 PM on a Friday, and we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out. Im still in shock at how good these people are at their jobs! I got the Chipotle honey mustard boneless wings, and they were great! The cheese curds were delicious as well. Very, very impressed with this place overall and will ABSOLUTELY be back soon.

My coworkers always steal my food. So I order 10 of the hottest Boneless wings I believe they were extra Caliente. I set them in the break room and went back to work. Not even 5 minutes later I heard people saying oh my God and I need milk From the break room. I walked in to see 2 CO workers Fighting to get their head under the sink at the same time and looking rough. I think my food is going to be safe in the break room from now on. Went thru the drive thru. The lady taking the order was confused and as if she was rushing me is that all, is that all. Then she messed up the drinks. We got our food and went home only to find we had paid for a 6 piece chicken strip and only got 4. They were mostly breading, very little chicken. The wings were overcooked and crunchy all the way to the bone. The cheese curds were 1/2 hollow and 1/2 chewy like gum. And to top it off they didnt snap the lid on the ranch so everything in my condiment bag was covered in ranch. I called and the response was..Im so sorry. Save the food so we can do quality check on it and then we will remake the part that was messed up. I was not driving back into town. After all the money I had spent. She said well sorry you wont have supper tonight save it and bring it in another time. Perhaps that is their way of fixing the problem at hand however I felt as if she were calling me a liar so I threw the food to the dogs and chalked it up as a lesson not to go there again
