early afternoon breakfast @ iHop. A bunch of older people were eating breakfast for lunch. Larry our host/waiter took great care of us while waiting on four other tables. Even made sure the cook knew we were on a salt-free diet. Dietary restrictions: Sodium free (no salt) breakfast for lunch.

I have to change my review I was really disappointed in my last visit; theyre normally pretty good but the omlettes have been getting smaller and smaller (about half the size of the one I originally posted below). Story time yaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!! So, when youre up 3:30 in the morning, doing music getting stuff ready for your first singing lessons. All of a sudden you have, what I call a brain fart. You have no clue why until your stomach growls! Then you figure it out. Im hungry, but its 3:30 in the morning and it hits you, IHOP! I go up to IHOP kind of worried, because of all of these one and two star reviews, which yeah, yall are crazy. I get there not only is it amazing because Tim the cook, cooked our food to perfection. Sarah and Tori, the wait staff welcomed me as soon as I came in not only make sure that I got everything I needed while I was there, but made sure I had every side item I needed, any drinks I wanted to take, and made sure to ask me to come back any time, all in a timely matter. Even miss Tara, the manager popped her head in and had a conversation with me. It was a great experience.I will be going back and I applaud this ihop.

Rudest people EVER!! Walked in and it was not busy. Didnt see any signs saying wait to be seated so we just walked on in. After about 10 minutes a rude lady came up and said you are supposed to wait to be seated, but since you helped yourself you can just stay here Waited another 5 minutes for somebody to take our drink order. After yet another 10 minutes of not getting our drinks we got up and walked out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLOW PLACE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES!!

I wish I could give a zero review. Our family had a big party of people. We were greeted with an incredibly rude attitude by a woman named Tanera. They had a large room available with tables and chairs that would have easily accommodated our group but instead chose to seat us at 4 separate booths. We sat there for over 30 minutes just waiting to order. The restaurant was not that busy and there was plenty of waitstaff. The waitress we had was about 12 and seemed like it was her first day on the job. We were there for over two hours for breakfast. The food was cold, pancakes were tough, poor food quality and worse service. I can not recommend strongly enough to NOT EAT HERE. We eat at IHOP restaurants fairly often , but never at this one again. Very poor management.

We love I HOP but we have been to this one twice and it takes forever to get your food. They let to-go meals take precedent over in restaurant customers. Why do they make waiters go by memory? Came here for national pancake day. It ends at 7 so I came with my 2 kids at 610. They had so many tables open but didn t seat us. I waited so long and then at 7 they told us they cannot serve us the free pancakes anymore. Very upset at this and will not come back here. My kids were also upset and hungry at that point.

Met a friend for brunch on a Wednesday around eleven oclock. We didnt have to wait to be seated and our waitress came right over. She greeted us and took our drink order right away. Once we placed our order it only took a few minutes to get our food which was prepared as ordered. I of course had to have a couple of pancakes as my dessert. Love those pancakes. UPDATE - October 2023 My friend and I met again for a Thursday brunch and support group meeting. We didnt have to wait to be seated and our friendly, attentive waitress came right over. We ordered eggs, extra crispy bacon and pancakes. The atmosphere was perfect for visiting. One thing to note, the music in the bathroom is upbeat and rather loud.

It was a pleasant afternoon.... me and a great friend of mine were looking for sustenance in our local house of pancakes. We sat down, coffees in hand, appetizers on the way. Our server was on the ball, making sure all of our needs were met... and more. However, in the midst of our delightful dining experience from the kitchen we heard a low roar. You see terror in the eyes of anyone who left the kitchen. Downtrodden and beaten, these waiters were being berated by a monster by the name of Marcy... The manager of all people. Her horrific outbursts were heard from all corners of the establishment and brought fear to all who heard it. Something must be done. Down with the witch. Save our local iHop. I was very disappointed! I stopped by hoping to enjoy lunch with my family, walked in and waited for 12 minutes at the front to never be acknowledged! A waitress walked to the front to deliver a to-go order looked at us and quickly walked off. They must do better bringing out the food as it is ready instead of letting the food sit there until the whole order is complete. This ihop has truly went down to the bottom. We went in about 7:30 to 8 pm. We were the first two in there, other tables came in with 2 people each right behind us. Food took a little bit to get out . The table that came in after us got served before us and the people who came in after that got their food at the same time. Our pancakes were not even hot enough to melt the butter. Waitress checked on us one time. Yelling at us across from another table. Floors were dirty. They shouldnt have been since nobody had been in there and it was 8 PM at night. They should have been cleaned and ready. Very disappointing since it was practically empty.

I would rate the food, but in the hour we waited, we never ordered. We were told We were short staffed. I understand that. What I saw though, many people standing around and a manager that was not willing to help out. Our party was never acknowledged by our waitress, and drink order was never taken. (We had been sitting at our table for about 30 mins). The 8 people who left while we were waiting for a table should have been an indication of what we could look forward to. I hope corporate IHOP sees this, and wonders why this IHOP underperforming. If staff and management dont want to be there, why should a paying customer.

Walked in had to wait about 5 minutes to have somebody acknowledge we were up front (I have a 2 year old making noise) and they had 2 tables at the time, a few servers looked up but they just kept cleaning. When we finally got seated and got our drinks I had to ask for straws for my kids drinks after I got my food ordered the server didn t once come back to see if we needed refills or anything at all she instead decided to start cleaning the windows and when we tried to get her attention she would turn around and do something else when we decided we were going to pay my wife had to go up to the server kiosk and flag down a different server to pay. I have been here before but on my last visit the waitress had an attitude and was rude. I saw people coming in, eating and heading out for 45 min and my food never came. When I asked the waitress what was going on, she said that It was my fault because I ordered something that takes 14 minutes to cook and the other customers ordered simple meals. Then when we were tired to wait, we asked for the check of the drinks and She said that one of the meals was ready and when we said no, she said that we were treating my child bad because I did not let her have her meal and she would pay for it if that was the problem... We ate here on Wednesday. They should be ashamed of the prices they are charging for such horrible food. Our meals werent even worth half of what we paid. Omelet was thrown together. Chicken tenders the size of my finger and over cooked. Fries were so bad the kids didnt even eat them. Cokes were flat and tasted funny. Will not be back here. Absolutely no follow up and didnt hear a word from anyone about this visit.

I have been here before but on my last trip the waitress had an attitude and was rude, we ordered three meals and each was sent back three times before the y got it right and then somebody from the kitchen maid a loud statement ( complaing ) about the order so we could here it in the dining area at the end of the meal I asked to speak to the manager after being the manager was to busy I was told somebody else would come I saw the waitress tell a man by the kitchen entrance about us and it took him 15 minutes before he moved towards us he just stood looking around there was only one other customer there when he finally he came over he wouldnt look at me when I told my complaint SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The place was dirty and our tables were sticky. The waitress was doe-eyed blank staring at me when I was ordering and didnt even listen to half the things I said. She was mumbling and rude as well. Almost seemed like she was on some sort of substance. The food was good but took too long. Waitress never gave us refills or checked on us. Terrible service, will not be back because of this waitress

Very, very poor customer service. We were told 15 min wait for our party of 6. A new lady came to work the front and said we still had other parties in front of us after 20 minutes of waiting, referring to the larger parties that arrived after us. Once she called us, she said party of 3. We stood up and she said woah I cant seat party of 6, it said party of 3. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere. The 2nd lady working the front was very rude, snippy, and rolled her eyes at us during the exchange.

Our waitress (Dee) was exceptional and we will ask for again the next time we visit. However, the manager on duty was rude. She didnt greet us and she was yelling at stuff in the kitchen loud enough for us (everyone) to hear. Very inappropriate.

This restaurant is horribly ran and the GM rules with a iron fist and is disrespectful to employees. She yells at them and uses curse words to get her point across which a true professional should never have to do. I felt low sometimes due to her bad management skills and beneath her. Her treatment made me so angry I completely walked off the job. She is very unprofessional and and should not be managing a restaurant by I hop cause their whole brand looks terrible with people like her running these stores. I am reporting to H&R about these practices surely. No human should be talked to crazy or yelled at under any circumstance at the workplace. We are not kids or slaves or dogs. A hostile work environment should be unacceptable. She allows her lead servers to get away with everything and talk to us crazy as well. No wonder she cant keep employees and has a high turnover rate. Its sad IHOP let her skip through the cracks. Jake is a much better manager then Marcy and should run the entire store. Anyways taking the rest of my complaints to corporate. Hopefully I can make a difference.

Waited 45 minutes for our food and the place wasnt even half full. At any given time there were 12 tables seated or less. Food wasnt hot. Waitress offered refills once while we were still waiting on food. Never came back to check on us once food was given. We sat 10 minutes waiting for ticket before getting up which finally got her attention and prompted her to give us bill. Still offered no refills. Didnt ask how our food/experience was probably because she knew she would get negative feedback. There were several servers, but all seemed to be in lala land with customers getting up to come to them or having to make big commotion to get attention when they needed something. The prices are too high to get mediocre food with bad service.
