I travel for work and this hotel is perfect. For the price the value is the best. The staff is nice and always helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. I 100 percent recommend. Rooms: I travel for work. Perfect for my stays. Nice and clean cold AC. Safety: Feels safe. Well lit parking at night.

Awesome place to stay, work odd hours while working here so the manager worked with me. Room was clean everyday, the parking is good and dont have to worry about alot of noise. Will definitely be staying here in the future for work or whatever.......

Stayed here on our way to view the eclipse in Wimberly, TX. Harry greeted us and gave us great advice on where to eat and tips on dealing with the traffic. The room was very clean and seemed to be new or recently remodeled. Harry was great in tending to all our needs.

After a long days drive, we were greeted warmly by Harry, though it was late evening. We got a good nights sleep despite the closeness to the interstate. There was a guest laundry area available although we didnt use it this time. Would stay again if we are in the area again.

I spent a full month here working a shutdown at E.M. I worked nights and the owner was very accomidating to that. When i left in the evening they would come take out the trash daily. They put new linens, vaccumed and made the bed every couple of days. Very clean room. Never saw any bugs and everything worked as it should. Its right next to I-10 so traffic noise is there but I always had the air conditioner fan on high and i usually sleep with soft ear plugs in anyways so it never bothered me at all. Their parking lot is high fenced and super well lit and they have lots of security cameras around the property so I didnt worry about my box in my truck. There were no peddlers or loitering like at some of the other ones down the road. Id definately stay here again!

I stay here every time I work in Beaumont the price is unbeatable for the quality, it s located right off the interstate and close to downtown . the rooms are ALWAYS clean. Harry at the front desk remembered me tonight even though it s been a year since I was last in Beaumont! I messed up by booking directly thru the hotel a month ago, lost my confirmation email, then double booked 3rd party a few hours ago in a panic (should ve called to double check but I was up at 4am and had a very long day). Harry informed me of the double booking as soon as I arrived, gave me the direct number for the third party booking agency s customer service & even told me what to say; he had that confirmation number ready and waited while they emailed him a special cancellation request so as to waive all fees despite it being nonrefundable. Harry was determined to make sure that I didn t pay twice. It s this sort of kindness and personal touch that sets this hotel apart and ensures a customer for life.

Traveling for work I go for cheaper hotels. Gotta say this is probably one of the best ones I have been to. I stayed for a month. The room was clean. Fresh towels every day. Fresh sheets every 3 days. Customer service was excellent and the people are all very friendly. Wish I had found it sooner since I was out here working for almost 3 months.

Stayed here for a night because I was making a delivery next door. Honestly, its one of the best 2-star motels Ive stayed at by far. Its clean, the location is great, and the guy at the check in was very friendly and accommodating. It looks like the rooms were slightly renovated recently. The furniture looked new. Basically, if I will need a room in this town again, Ill definitely consider them! Rooms: Clean rooms, new furniture

I have stayed here several times in the last year and I really like this place. The desk personnel is friendly and always remembers me when I come in. The rooms are large and always clean and smell nice. The bed is firm which I like. It is clean and comfortable and I sleep really good. The TV is great (but I wish there was a channel list in the room, just sayin). The WiFi works well. It has a refrigerator and a microwave, and most motels in this price range do not. This is the best motel for the price in Southeast Texas. I will definitely be back.

Im from las Cruces NM and travel a lot for work at the refineries and every time they tell me Im going for a job at Beaumont thats the place I choose to stay, I have stayed there 4 times already in 3 years and continue to do so for the next years coming very affordable prices too.. and friendly costumer service!! We have stayed here regularly for a contract job. After multiple trial and errors, this place has been the BEST and most consistent. Always clean, safe, well lit parking lot, comfortable, and it was always easy to get a hold of the front desk. Harry is awesome and has maintained this place wonderfully. If you re looking for a straightforward, no frills, clean, and convenient place to stay in Beaumont this is THE ONE.

Fake advertisement no breakfast. Owners wont let you sleep they are just calling everyday. Housekeeper threw away important documents thinking that they were trash. Beds are super hard not comfortable at all!!!

I came to this hotel because the price was at least $45 cheaper than the one down the road, which was GOUGING the people who, like myself, were fleeing hurricane Ida. I had bought a gallon of bleach and dish soap, in case the room was as filthy as the last one was. How relieved I was! Parking lot is small-but-accessible. The attendant, Harry, stopped the work he was doing (respect, for that), engaged me and handled business quickly (but with no trace of hurry or panic). Promises were made and kept, regarding when the room would be ready, and the phone call that would let me know. Room was attractive, orderly and CLEAN (YES!!!). Bathroom floor, tub and toilet had been thoroughly sanitized, no hair or debris left behind from previous tenants. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Lighting was bright enough to provide peace of mind for even those rooms at the isolated ends of upstairs hallways. It is my absolute PLEASURE to recommend this place to travellers who dont need a lot of frilly extras, but who do need an affordable place that accomplishes the basic comforts and courtesies. These are the kind of people whose hand I would shake, had it not been for the plexiglass/COVID world that now dominates our lives. GREAT job.

I m a contractor that travels from out of town and this place has everything I need. King bed, big flat screen TV, updated clean rooms, but most importantly this is the only hotel I could find where I don t have to worry about my work truck. Other hotels I have to empty expensive material from the bed of my truck but this hotel is well lit in the parking lot and the entire parking lot is visible from the office lobby window. Owners are friendly and accommodating and always make me feel comfortable.

No stars Ive had two bad experiences here. My first time staying here a while back before Ive had equipment stolen out of my truck. And my most recent was I was getting bit by bugs from the bed in the room I was staying in. I went to office and show them my bites. Then they went up to the room to go check the bed and they also told me that they are professional at finding bugs on beds. I wasnt able to get my refund or get another room because they couldnt find one bug they just told me it is your room so I couldnt get my money back Ive end up driving my car somewheres and sleeping in it for the night. And they was also rude. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy

I spend quite a bit of time in hotels due to work. The Scottish Inn In Beaumont is clean, good water pressure and an air conditioner that actually works. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Many hotels in the area have been flooded the last few years, but this place doesn t have the moldy odor found quite often at other choices.

My husband wanted me to share his experience with his lodging at this facility. He travels for work and stays in one place for some time. He has been here since the end of May. The rooms are clean. The sheets changed, towels ect.. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Even helped with his truck battery issue. We believe, especially in these times, that goodness in a business is rewarded with praise. Thanks for keeping my husband comfy being so far from home.

I stay at this hotel was wonderful. Housekeeping does and excellent job. The owner does everything he can to keep the guest happy. Theres no noise at night nobody hanging around outside. You can even do your laundry here which I like. The overall stay there is great. I rather spend my money there.

This could be a great hotel, but right now Im only going to say it is OK. What makes it not great is that my room ac produced a smell of mold, the shower floor was so close to falling through I was afraid to even use it, the bed was hard as a brick and the continental breakfast was just pre packaged muffins, a very very small selection of fruit then drinks were horrible coffee, warm milk cartons, water to make tea,.. Price was decent. Shouldve been cheaper for the quality.

Google says $65 they say there are no rooms for that you can try booking. So have to pay $75. Check out time is 11:00 posted on back of door. 10:30 they call and beat on your door till you get out even if you are in shower. Paid for another night cause didnt want to rush out with stuff and there rude approach by 2 guys and different guy and girl in office. They team up on you not try to help or make your stay better. Last time Im staying here even though rooms are nice. Im more about the service of the stay.

WiFi is so show it took me 5 min trying to open my page so I use my own AT&T internet. No Breakfast or even Coffee False Avertizing. The beds r hard but durable but on flat so bring extra pillows. You have to lay on the bed to watch TV the couch on other side of room

I drove from Atlanta yesterday. Arrived at the Scottish Inn at 3:am this morning. Paid full price. Got a wake up call at 10:30 telling me to get out in 30mins. I requested a late check-out. No sir, 11:00am. Ill never stay here ever. Boycott this place!!!!
