Great sandwich. Will never eat Subway again. However, remember there are customers who would like to sweeten their iced tea with artificial sweetener because they have diabetes or just wish to avoid sugar for whatever reason. Perhaps you could provide artificial sweetener to those customers.

I went into jersey mikes last week and there was mix up and I was given the wrong order..I didn t realize u til I got all the way to work about 8 min away so I called the guy said I could come back in later well later wouldn t be until I got off that evening. So I called back spoke to the GM Ashley she was so kind and said she would bring my Sandwich to me since she had originally put the wrong one in my bag on accident. She was so kind and brought me my sandwich plus a Pepsis, chips and a cookie!! I had only got food because I forgot my lunch at home ..I am currently pregnant and once I got back to work and realize my sandwich was wrong I was crying because obviously it wasn t what I ordered and I had no other food plus my 30 min lunch was now over and I couldn t save work to go get the right one! Ashley was so kind!!! I definitely appreciate it!!! I will be going back!!

The other day we recieved a discount coupon on our Kroger store recipt. So today we decided to meet up with some friends for lunch at the Mesquite location. As we stood in line to place our order I took out my coupon and had it in my hand when the person slicing the meat said to me your not really going to use a coupon on give back day a take cancer money away from kids are you in front of 10 other people in line! First off I had no Idea what he was talking about but I did respond and tell him Im retired and my wife is handicapped and the coupon makes it possible to eat here. What a total passive aggesive jerk! It ruined our whole meal.

Employees need to be trained and taught that when you handle the cash register, credit cards, or money, you must wash your hands and change your gloves before you handle food. Money is dirty and has germs and bacteria on it. Cross contamination is real. It s Not Funny nor should be taken lightly. Employees here found humor in using dirty gloves and touching food customers intend to eat.

I go to the Mesquite location regularly. I love their sandwiches and they have a great crew BUT I can never enjoy my food in their dinning area because the air is artic cold all the time. Ive brought this up and the employees say they are cold to. So I eat my lunch in my car.

WoW!!! Kudos to this location for making a Promotional deal with doordash a success! The manager was amazing, the crew was awesome. Service was phenomenal and they kept going until all the bread was gone! I was so appreciative that my food was good, no drama with all the customers waiting. Finally the customers did awesome as well. A long wait but it was worth it. Thank you Jersey Mikes Mesquite TX you ROCK!

The watermelon tea is awesome and staff better than some other locations in ritz like areas for it being the average city of mesquite! I applaud you!

The food was good but the man that took my order and sliced the meat was not polite he was in too big a hurry and didnt let me finish giving my order and kept interrupting me with questions before i could finish giving my complete order. then he was mouthy like it was my fault that he didnt get the full order. there was only one person in line behind me. All of the other staff members were very polite but they seemed not very happy as he gave the store a cloudy atmosphere. He did not reflect the friendly service that I had in previous visits.

They def could ve done better, i seen the way one person made the sub for the other employee, vs, for me he didn t ask me if i that was all for my sandwich or not and than he tried to double charge me . They didn t seem like they were wanting to work. If I was cutting into someone lunch time they should ve just closed to eat. Sandwiches were not as good either, take tips from the one in Arlington they know how to make a sandwich.

I have been ordering 5 regular size turkey sandwiches EVERY Friday for the last year for my family from the app. This evening was extremely disappointing. 3 out of 5 sandwiches did not have tomatoes, which I ordered. I also paid extra for avocado on two sandwiches and there was not any on either sandwich. My sandwich was suppose to be made on wheat bread but it was not. I called the store to tell them about their error and was given the excuse that they were busy when making my sandwiches. Im very upset that I spent $48 on sandwiches and had to correct them at home. Add tomatoes, pickles, avocado and change my bread. Very disappointing how the manager didnt attempt to correct their mistakes.

This has always been one of my favorite Jersey Mikes places to visit. My last two experiences weren t the best that I ve previously received at this location.First one was the employees cutting the lights off at 8:20 while people were in the dining area still eating. No common courtesy. My family and I were still ordering but, this was not customer service. Then tonight, Train employees that are wearing gloves not to play with their face and then prepare to fix a sandwich. He was kind enough to go and take them off after I asked him to change his gloves. Made a remark to the guy on the hot grill. And seemed to be bothered that I even said something about it. The female that prepared my food was pleasant.

My husband and I visited today (6/13/2022) around 2:45pm. All four of the staff members were very friendly and their customer service was EXCELLENT! I was super happy when I was informed that I had the option to make any sandwich into a salad (at no extra charge). They asked me how much (or how little) of the salad items (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) that I would like....as I said, EXCELLENT customer service!!! (BTW, my salad was wonderful!)

We went to get a sandwich on Saturday 21st while waiting on my Philly cheese steak to be ready and noticed that the girl who is cutting the sandwiches and wrapping them uses a dirty rug to clean the knife after she cleaned the surface ..so I quietly ask her to change the knife or clean it before cutting mine .. she went to the back and get an Asian girl name Eria .. Eria was upset and start fighting me loudly saying that the only knife we have and turned her back on me and raised her hand like I m fine with u . this is why I got super upset what ru kidding me ??? This is all about hygiene and sickness. U want me to shut up while I m paying money . U should just went and cleaned it and said yes I m sorry, things will have not escalated like that and all customers have heard us . I will be calling health department on them comes Monday ..

4/9/22 2/45 I get sandwiches often but TODAY IS THE 1st TIME THAT IM SO DISAPPOINTED STAFF SEEMED CLUELESS AND VERY SLOW, Customer telling staff is not right bread, repeating more than once s that didn t want some items because staff either not listening or just slow or don t care. I had the wrong number put in my bag even after one of the staff just ask what it was. USUALLY STAFF IS VERY ORGANIZED, FRIENDLY, FAST AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT TODAY WAS TERRIBLE. We were craving a sub and ended up here! It was delicious! The team was all awesome and you could tell they enjoy and do great at their jobs. The place was clean, restrooms were spotless, food was excellent and fresh. 5/5 place! We will come back again. Thank you!

Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery and didnt get ANY toppings I asked for. I received a completely plain tasteless meal (Literally just Turkey and lettuce) this was the worst sub I ever had and thats so disappointing as I was looking forward to my first good meal after having covid and not eating much. Ill spend my money elsewhere next time!

I would like to give a 5 but I cant. Due to fact they didnt put my second meat on my sandwich! My order was a #7 & #8 and as you know the #8 has turkey, bacon and ham. Guess what the ham never made the party!

My husband and I ordered from this Town East Location last night. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:28 but it wasn t and I had to wait once inside. This girl making my order was so loud and unprofessional while there were other customers dining in, but I m assuming while she was making my order she didn t know I was inside and told another employee in regards to my order, they get what they get, and they don t throw a fit? And I m now wondering if that s people think I m regards to someone spending there money. If my order was 52.77, I don t get what I get. I get what I asked/paid for.

Never talk on the phone while someone makes your sandwich. This sandwich was awful! Too much vinegar oil and mustard! My sandwich was a soggy mess by the time I got home!

Manager wanted to charge me extra for a chicken portabello cheesesteak sandwich. At first they did not have it, then I could get a portabello sandwich without the chicken, then after I showed him on internet I could order the sandwich and price of it, he said he would not honor the posted price and would make it for $1.23 extra. I told him he was crazy and left his store. I will never go there again and I am more then happy to tell people why. Some other customers stopped me on the way out find out what we debating and I explained it them. They said they had issues in past at the store. I told them good luck and left.
