Service was extremely slow last night 6:45 ish 09.26.2024 we sat outside party of 5. Because the first table they offered had a vent blowing too much directly at us. I think they also need to diffuse the wind direction of that system. Pizza was good. Service unprofessional my son had to go look for the waitress to get back his debit card. Atmosphere was typical of a sport bar and grill.

First time visit (for late lunch/early dinner-Sunday afternoon) and not very busy. Physically is not the best location, as its tucked away on the Southside of the mall (old Sears garage), with plenty of parking. Good atmosphere inside the restaurant, with an industrial modern look. Upon entering, we were not greeted by the 2 staff members congregating at the hostess station; they made no eye contact or acknowledge our presence. They waited for the hostess to tend to us and seated us quickly (also, the first thing I noticed was trash on the matt by the entrance). Unfortunately, the booth we were assigned has not been throughly clean as there was food debris on the table and dead bugs/old food remnants on the window sill. Additionally, the lighting fixture over the table had not been dusted in a while, by the apparent layer of dust that has built up on it. We had to ask for plates to consume the pizza we ordered, again; unfortunately, both sets were not clean (old food stuck to plates). The food was ok, the dressing on the salad was overwhelming, but the pizza was very good. Service by our server was good, and the overall atmosphere of the place is lively, plenty of TV monitors and volume of music just right. I personally would not recommend in-house dining, but would definitely order to go/pick-up.

Husband and I went to a late dinner at 9pm on a Thursday. No crowd and no wait to be seated and seen. Waitress was so nice and food came out right away. Atmosphere is great. You have that sports feel. TVs mounted on the walls. There is outside space for your fur babies which I loved.

Fun place with TV s all around to watch your favorite sports. The best thing is it is a great sport s bar and actually has delicious food. The knickerbocker bread is fantastic, it is an appetizer but could be ordered as an entree, it is large enough. The hamburger & Parmesan fries are really yummy. Great service.

Super chill place and food is really great. Service was good, however, would like more attentive staff. We got our food and the lady didnt know we didnt had silverware for a little while so we had to tell her, twice. Its not her fault, but she couldve used more help. Our food got a little cold. It was delicious though. My husband got the spicy Alfredo and I wish I couldve ordered it.

It was my first time trying Parrys, and I dont know why I waited so long. Everything was really good and our waiter was very helpful in making a decision. I had the calzone, and it was one of the best I have ever had. It was stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. My wife had wings, and they were really good also. My only complaint is that I ordered dessert to go. It was a giant cookie with ice cream. When I got home, I realized the cookie was burnt on the bottom.

Service was great. The food was not as good as I thought it would be. Had the large pepperoni pizza but for me it lacked sauce and flavor.. Especially for the price. Prefer the pizza from Pizza Hut or Pizza Patron. Also tried the chicken Parm. It was good just a little salty and the pasta that came with it was not hot. The meatball appetizer and sandwich were ok but again iny opinion needed more size and flavor to justify the price.

My nephew recommended we try this restaurant. Our waiter was a young man named Adam. He was very sweet and answered all our questions. First time to Parrys, and it was not a good experience. The pizza is not the best and very pricey. It is doughy, and you get more crust than toppings per slice. Our appetizer was a pretzel with beer cheese sauce they seem this to use the normal pizza dough and shape it like a pretzel served with some bland, oily and very thin cheese sauce that does not even coat your pretzel when dipping. We had a bowl of bolognese pasta that was dry and cold when it arrived at our table. The service was extremely slow and lacking. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and was not attentive at all. The best part about this place is the beer selection. They have quite a variety of draft beers to select from. I will definitely not be back! Parking: This is located at a mall, so you will not have any issue locating parking.

Our server was great and the food was tasty. However, we made it there early to catch the end of happy hour and they didnt have any of the Parry beers I ordered...I tried to get four different ones before giving up and getting something full price. I guess its true that they only advertise having the taps....not the beer. Other than that, our pizzas were tasty as were our friends sandwich and calzone. As a tip, check pizza pricing...my wifes build your own 3 topping pizza was cheaper than my 2 topping specialty. We would go back.

This place was amazing! It s hard to find a restaurant these days where the food matches the service and vice versa. At Perry s, the food was top notch as well as the service! As i walked through the door, Danny C greeted me and welcomed me. I felt like i was at home. Such a beautiful man. Bobby Jo then came to me and asked me if everything was okay and talked to me about me. I vented to her about my problems and pretty much turned from a sever to a therapist. She brings out a whole 14 pizza instead & didn t let us know she d be charging us for that until we paid & noticed the extra $21 charge for a pizza she didnt think to run by us. had she asked if we were okay with the charge then we would ve changed our minds but the lack of transparency was disappointing.

And a to go order on 12/3/23. Togo staff just wasn t in the mood to do the job that day. Stuff was missing in my order and when I brought up the issue to the employee, she just ignored what I asked her. I showed them what I ordered online via the app and she just didn t seem to care. It took a gentleman by the name of Orlando to step in and do what the girl at the counter didn t. They promise to refund the money and didn t. Even have the voicemail to prove it. Double check your order when pickup to go.

Parry s Manager - Tino Vallejo provided the best customer service when we took in our team to celebrate. The atmosphere was great, our food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. Highly recommend their large seating area for groups and holiday parties.

I love this place, food, atmosphere and the location. Very spacious. The only this I hate is to be waiting 25 to 30 minutes when there were over 6 booths and several tables available. Owner, manage, do something about this please. And 25 minutes into our wait the power went out. Luckily it came back up because the server was already telling us to leave and were not sitting customers anymore.

Moved here from San Antonio, not easy finding a good pizza, sport bar/Tap house/atmosphere.I do alot of traveling in the US/International. 1st time here. From beginning had a great greeting, place was VERY clean, great VIBE and atmosphere. Menu had alot of choices and a 3 page Tap beer list. Plenty of TV view to watch any game. THE appetizer is freshly baked/made there (on 1st bite you could tell), Teriyaki chicken wings (extra crispy) and the jalapeno cream cheese pizza was to die for (OMG the crust, the flavor) added pineapple to mine I never eat the end/crust but this one I did. The Jalapeno margarita was perfect. Meet with Eric manager, very professional, courteous and provided me alittle history about Parrys. Staff was just as friendly amd courteous as well. I now have a place to not only enjoy a 3 page beer and jalapeno margarita but as well watch FOOTBALL and baseball. Price is very reasonable. Plenty of parking, next to Main Event and mall.

wow such disappointment we drove from edinburg to try parry s out to say it wasn t worth it is an understatement. only good thing was the ranch! pizza lacked flavor and talk about being stingy with the toppings(we had the i love meats and regular pepperoni) wings mediocre at best. they also charged us for 30 wings but we only received 20?!? never again

Ordered take out pizza to enjoy Halloween night and watch some great movies. We get home waiting to devour the pizza. Well, we were beyond DISAPPOINTED, we ordered the four meat pizza, there was very few and I mean very few pieces of each of the meats and even cheese. Never again. And they specialize in pizzas??
