Walk in Pizza place. Great food and competent service. Very little room to sit down and eat. Definitely a pick up and go kind of pizza place. Parking: 3 spots in front of the store. Multiple spots in the parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spots and a loading zone with a ramp onto the sidewalk.

First time I have not enjoyed anything I ordered. Thin crust pizza was flavorless, canned mushrooms were used, dry, and sauce ordered not delivered. Chef salads were not cut up, meats and cheese were simply a slice tossed on top. Not sure Ill ever order from here again with so many consistent choices.

I love Marcos pizza!!! Hands down the best chain out there. None of the other big guys hold a candle to them! Try the old world pepperoni. Its smaller pieces do you get more pepperoni flavor in every bite! The new magnifico pizzas are GREAT!

Pizza is always on point and the wings as well. Making sure you get your sides however not always great. Ive ordered from this location more than once and it always seems they miss the side of Pizza. No joke, every order where Ive asked for a side or pizza sauce is missing. If an order is supposed to come with and I dont ask for pizza it comes with it. If I ask for an extra, I get zero pizza sauce. Either way, the pizza is still great, wings are awesome, and do is the cheese bread.

Some of the best pizza and wings Ive had in a while. Very reasonable prices and the customer service is well beyond 5 stars! The toppings were large and perfect amount. The cust was full and soft. It was perfectly cooked. Pieces of sausage were huge not the crumbles most places offer. We had an issue with our order. The staff and mngr John were just fantastic about how they chose to handle the situation. This staff and restaurant certainly deserve better than a 5 star rating. Great job everyone please continue what youre doing I will be ordering again.

This is a take out place. No Wi-Fi is available. There are stools for waiting for carry orders, but no tables. The staff was helpful. The chicken BBQ regular crust was superbly delicious. The crisp thin Supreme beef was Chicago cut and a treat. It was 50usd for 2 small soda drinks, 2 large specialty pizzas, and tax. Ill eat here again when cycling in the area. I will try the cauliflower crust when doing tough workouts. Vegetarian options: You may order meat free pizzas such as all vegetable with no meat or cheese depending on your pickiness. They have cauliflower crust available . I eat meat but try to eat many kinds of foods and more vegetables and less bread.

The worker today did not wash her hands one time. She came from working on the line with raw products. She cashed me out for my order and then went right back to touching dough without washing her hands or using gloves . Show proceeded to cash out another customer with cash and again did not wash her hands before going back to build the customers pizza. This is just completely unsanitary. She looked to be the only one working. No manager was available to speak with. I will never order from this location again.

I just moved from Las Vegas to Richardson and was not in the mood to cook. My kids found a Marcos Pizza close to us so we decided that would be dinner. The Marcos in Las Vegas that we ordered from was awesome so we were expecting the same food quality and service. Boy, were we disappointed. I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up. Here is where things went wrong. First, the pizzas were dry and burned, second, we ordered wings but then had to wait for a second batch to be cooked. The reason; a delivery driver came in and proceeded to help out but, the problem was, he did not wash his hands nor did he put on gloves before putting our wings into the takeout box. I mentioned it to the lady behind the counter and informed her that I did not want those wings he was handling but wanted new ones. She spoke to him about it and she redid my order but I noticed she did not discard those wings. I may try them again but I for sure will place my order in person from now on.

I ordered a pizza just moments ago. I was happy with the process. Gave me an estimate of my pizza delivering at 706 p.m. here it is. 7:25 p.m. I contacted the store and it said its a carry out. I received confirmation when my pizza left their restaurant. I tracked it. It shared its on their way. It never showed. My first time ever experiencing with this diner and it will be my last. Toppings on toppings! We get double garlic, Parmesan and Roma crust toppings and it is delicious!!! Try it, trust me, you will not see any crusts go to waste. Plus the pizza toppings, cheese and crusts always taste fresh, nothing like the other chains in the area. I tried the Chicken Caesar salad today and loved it! Lettuce was cold and crisp, chicken was seasoned, moist and tender, shaved Parmesan and the croutons were like little cut up breadsticks. Everything we ve had from here is so good and the staff so far has been cool, kind and consistent which really makes a difference.

Marcos Pizza in Garland is our go-to pizza spot. The staff is excellent, and they are extremely fast!! I order for the family usually on Friday nights! We really like that they have the gluten-friendly cauliflower crust, whereas our autistic son has allergies and is on the list of one of the seven things he will eat at all. :-) I only wish that the cauliflower pizza came in a bigger size. I stopped going here for a couple years, mainly because GAPCO opened in Richardson. I tried Marcos Cauliflower crust for the first time last night since they put it on the menu and was shocked at how delicious it was!! Way better than their GF crust.... Usually I love Marcos. Not this location though. I had purchased enough food to last me for my last few days in Dallas. Well, I thought so anyway. Ordered the Greek salad and two pizza bowls. Way more than enough for just me. I put the two pizza bowls straight into the fridge. Boy was I surprised when I pulled them out the next day! I could see the bottom of the bowls, and there were no jalapenos as I had requested. Partly my fault that I didnt check them when I picked them up. They mess up my order nearly 50% of the time. I order triple cheese cheesybreads with garlic sauces. They often forget the triple cheese or the garlic sauces or both. I pay extra for these. The night manager was rude about it so I switched to ordering during the day, and now they ve started messing it up too. I ll change this review if they fix the problem and don t keep messing it up. When you get their pizza and its good, its Really good. When you get their pizza and its bad, its Really bad. The delivery can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half. Ive had a pizza so bad it had to get remade because it was just inedible. I recommend if youre going to eat from this specific Marcos, that you just go there, order it, and wait for it to get cooked so you can put eyes on it when it comes out of the oven, then take it home yourself.

Until Fri, Oct. 22, 2021, Marcos had prepared one of the tastiest and best cooked pizzas around. That fateful evening, I ordered a reg. large supreme pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green and black olives, expecting great results again. I was terribly disappointed by what Uber delivered. The most accurate way to describe it is that it seemed to be OLD, rubbery and tasteless. Hardly any tomato sauce, few pieces of pepperoni, less than five little slices of black or green olives. The pizza dough was thick and rubbery with hardly any cheese. Very disappointing.

The price is very affordable, staff was great! The best part is... its the ONLY place I have found that serves PIZZA BOWLS... or crustless pizza! About $8 and its about 2 servings... i got full off of half... ate the other half later!

Last time we ordered it was a disaster. They totally took care of the mess. We decided to give them a 2nd chance and it was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the all meat pizza bowl. So delicious. Everything was perfect and hot and got here in under 30min Update: the last 2 times we have ordered from this location they didnt send the salads we ordered and once they forgot the drinks. Its really sad because we love the pizza but the food doesnt matter if you cant get it from them.

First time ordering from here. We got large thin crust pepperoni and cheesy bread. It was really good! Especially liked they use large and small pepperoni and the little ones crisp up. So good. I didnt care that much for bread but others did. Fresh and hot! Will go back. Update:. Love their Pizza bowl! No crust, Im low carb now, but they get the cheese brown and crusty. So good!

Weve been long time fans of Marcos since they opened their first store in Lewisville, TX. We moved to Garland 4 years ago and its been that long since Ive had it. Nothing beats Old World Pepperoni as a topping, and it was just like coming home. Great service, friendly staff. Cant wait to go back again. $8.99 large 2-topping carry out is an awesome price. If there were a closer location to South Garland High School, it would be better.

Just go somewhere else. They seemed to think jerking customers around was a sport. 40 minutes late with a delivery. When I called, they answered in a fake Asian accent and played dumb. When I went to the store, the guy at the front desk was just eating and didnt acknowledge me other than to say Im on break with his mouthful of brownie. He shouted into the back for Josh, and Josh just shrugged. Another guy walked in the front door and told me itd be 15 mins to make my pizzas. I told them to cancel it. Hopefully, they refund my card.

Ordered from this place and whoever took my order on the phone said it would be almost an hour for delivery because the person who makes the pizzas stepped out . I told her I was okay with picking up and to not worry about the delivery fee since I had already been charged. When my coworker went to pick up my order, all i had her ask for was that I be given ranch. She gave her one single ranch and was being very rude. I called to ask to speak with a manager and she said I m not doing this and hung up on me. I ve tried calling back multiple times and they are ignoring my calls now. Last time I EVER order from this place. Not to mention when my coworker arrived, both of them were just sitting down on their phones ignoring incoming calls. Wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

Only if there were stars with multiple negatives to share my experience about this place from today. When Marco s Pizza came into the neighborhood my family and I were so excited about a different pizza experience. We even had catering from there few times. All was well until we met the employee from hell name Claudia. I was so taken aback about her condescending attitude when we placed in our order to go today around 2pm. When we returned to pickup our order, a nice gentleman name Joshua greeted us. I told him about my concern and asked him that I want to take this up with upper management. Claudia then stepped up and said that this is a franchise business, and she would not give us the name or number of the person in charge of this location. She told us that she is the manager, and she could care less about our business. She told us to go somewhere else, and that she hopes to never see us again. How pitiful!!! One of our family members has a big order from this location at least once a week. Marcos s pizza of Garland, so sorry to say this, but me and my 7 family members that live in your area will never be back to this location. Thanks to Claudia. Extremely poor customer service, not to mention her going the extra miles to talk down to us and tell us to screw our business. Shame!!!

EDIT: Reduced t 1 star. Looks like the employees post 5 star reviews of own company. Thats a breach of Google TOS, not to mention just wrong. EDIT Good food, however only been there twice both have been bad customer experience. Employee Joshua seem to be rude to customer ahead of me. Both orders I placed for pickup. ETA was about 30mins. However when I arrive both times the food wasnt even made yet. No pizza bowl no oven time nothing. I had to wait 30 more mins each time with Im sorry at the end. Both times I witness other customers with same problem. They cant keep up with orders it seems.

I dont EVER do reviews, I normally dont care, but this was a LITTLE out of line. We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. 1 white sauce with pepperoni, and a chicken Florentine no red onion an hour before they closed. When the pizza arrived at 10:50 white sauce and pepperoni was burnt with no sauce, and they didnt even cut the chicken Florentine. I called at 10:53 it rang for 6 minutes 27 seconds (screen shot shows it) , someone picked up, because we heard background noise, and hung it up. Pretty disrespectful if you ask me. All I want is a refund on the burnt pizza and ill never order from this location again.
