The service was good and they brought everything to the venue on time and set it up so beautifully. The snacks that we got were delicious and it was a great value.

Very annoying I spoke to ask if it would be open today because yesterday I passed by and it was closed and they told me that yes they opened at 12:30 I came at 12:42 and it was closed and now Ive already lost my half hour lunch. Why tell me yes, if not its going to be open and waste my time

Its a good place to get snacks, but they always disappoint me with the lack of professionalism. They are only open when they want and never follow what the time sign says. I have gone 5 times wanting some snaks and they are closed.. always saying they have an event . I would suggest hire more staff to keep clients happy and have them return for more.

Was told it was closed because of an event which was fine but then was asked what I was ordering ( was my first time here) but I ordered fresas con crema waited for the lady which seemed nice and desserts for event looked good but was handed literally a cup of just strawberries with whip cream on top I couldnt have been more shocked most likely wont be returning I usually dont write reviews like this but if youre closed put a sign up instead of giving a low rating item

Very disappointed....walked in to enjoy a good snack but as soon as I opened the door they said we are closed...then the lady hesitated and asked what are you getting...so we were going to order and then she said ...you cant eat here Im leaving bc we hv an event.....well I had no choice but to walk out with my kids.....maybe the hours on your website and door should change to.....opened only when available and not until 9pm.
