With the obvious stresses of needing an attorney aside, we have had the pleasure of having above and beyond, expert and professional assistance from a few of the departments at this firm. We have also had some wonderfully spirited conversations. Which leads me to Robert Lovein. Robert Lovein is a very genuine man who takes his role very seriously and provides a sense of confidence when speaking with him. My interactions have left me feeling he understands that there are people behind the walls of businesses, that it is never just a cut and dry solution, and some occasions require more hand holding than others. We contacted him in a tough situation as a new business and his response was exemplary. I had contacted other firms as well and was very put off with the cavalier attitudes of some, almost disinterested and robotic responses were off-putting. Truth be told, it was an unimpressive search until I came across Lovein and Ribman. Lovein and Ribman make you feel like you are in the right hands immediately. I did not expect to hear from the top rung of attorneys right away when I called. But I was immediately put in exactly that level on my first call. That is an important first impression. I knew immediately that we had found our firm to assist and guide us through the coming years. I look forward to a long relationship with them helping us when it is needed. I contacted this law firm to remove a Mechanics Lien from my homestead property in Texas. The Mechanics Lien was placed by a contractor who had not completed the work on our home, yet wanted to get paid the full amount for the job. I got a call from Nick Messina and he explained my options to me. Nick was very knowledgeable in these types of matters. The price was reasonable and he got to work right away. Within four days, the contractor had his attorney respond with a Release of Mechanics and Materialmens Lien. Nick has truly earned this review and is highly recommended by me.

If you are wondering if you should hire these guys - or if all the reviews are accurate - they are, and you should! I started by relationship with Lovein Ribman by paying for an hour long consultation. I was at my wits end with an entire home remodel gone bad- contractors who did horrible half done work -lying to me and bullying me for money. The call with Robert was great and he gave me some solid advice on collecting information, what to say and next steps. When I decided to hire the firm, my case was assigned to Jacob Hamilton. Jacob is brilliant, I mean BRILLIANT. Not only did he give me the best advice, he supported me though the entire process. I felt like I was finally heard. All of the contractor threats, duplicity, lies - he held my hand through the entire awful ordeal. The letters he wrote on my behalf, and the official demands, were brilliant - truly articulating my voice, my rights - and defending me. Towards the end when the contractors only option was to bully and threaten me - he issued a cease and desist that is a work of art and saved me from a fraudulent and costly lien. I really cannot say enough good things about Jacob Hamilton and Lovein Ribman. I have dealt with many attorneys over the years and the diligence, caring and expertise these guys offer is one of a kind.

I am a little confused about this law firm they claim to sue builders who screw you over but during our consultation they stated they would not be able to help us due to them representing the exact builder who is screwing people over. The only reason for a two star is because the lawyer was super nice.

I was worried when i found out i had a lien on my home a few days ago, found Lovein Ribman on a google search and from the time i inquired to the close of my lien it was a quick painless process. Nick Messina was detailed, answered all my questions and called me almost right away. I had prior excellent service from Robert Lovein and recently was interacting with David Pipal-Attorney at this firm regarding his attempt to help collect an insurance claim on my behalf. The insurance Co. declined my coverage and David subsequently researched Texas Case Law and authored a strong response citing a specific Case law resulting in the Insurance Co agreeing to directly reimburse me. I hired a general contractor who stole tens of thousands of dollars from us, constantly lied, and quit on the job when we questioned how he had spent our money. We built a new home and upon building a pool we discovered significant debris in the ground and under home. We did not know what to do or where to turn. These guys are legit! They were every honest about the possible outcomes of our case. Gave us their plan of attack and then executed it flawlessly. So much so, the opposing parties withdrew and moved on. I was being sued by a previous employer over a non-compete. David was our council and he was a rock star.
