Always have good service every time I go. The food is always tasty. I think my favorite is the mozzarella & tomato salad, its very light & flavorful. Also the ahi poke is not bad too if you want just a light meal. I also recommend the tips with salad wedge.

Food and drinks were great!! There was around a 20 minute wait after we were seated till we got our drinks in hand.. They were understaffed as two people were no shows as told to us by our waiter.. And there was a whole spilt milkshake that sat by someone s table for 4-5 minutes. (1 less atmosphere) Is it worth the wait? Meh. If you like BJs and have nothing better to do (like me) I guess. Overall 4 stars!

I will never go back! I placed a takeout order 45 minutes prior to arriving to the restaurant just to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food. The staff was very unconcerned. When the food was ready, it was back and sat on the counter without anyone notifying me. Good aervice is rare these days.

Arrived to watch Astros play/win and had to clean bar before we could sit as previous customer spilled their drinks and bartender, Isaac too overwhelmed to assist.. After eating my over peppered chicken with mashed potatoes Isaac stated I should state Please if I need H2O and went further to state I needed to say Thank you. Isaac needs to realize that he is waiting on customers and we owe Isaac NOTHING.... We also ordered chicken wings that arrived COLD. H2O May have assisted.

I arrived at the establishment at approximately 11:30 p.m. after traveling from out of town. Although the restaurant was not particularly busy, I was promptly seated. The server who greeted me was friendly and took my drink order. Unfortunately, the avocado egg rolls that I requested were unavailable, so I opted for cheesesticks instead. After the cheesesticks were delivered to my table, I placed my food order. Regrettably, I did not see my server again after that. Approximately 30 minutes passed, and I was compelled to flag down another server to inquire about the status of my meal. Miraculously, my food arrived within the next minute. However, it was only lukewarm, indicating that it had likely been sitting there forgotten. It appeared that my server had become occupied with a larger table and had completely neglected our table of two. Furthermore, I observed several other servers standing around and conversing with each other instead of assisting in the kitchen or delivering food. This lack of attention was inexcusable, especially considering the fact that the restaurant was not busy. The manager eventually intervened and addressed the situation, but the extended wait time was unacceptable. I was also required to locate the manager again in order to obtain my bill and a to-go box. As a result, I did not depart the establishment until close to 1:00 a.m. Overall, I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at this particular location.

Restaurant was hot and stuffy. Waitress couldnt be bothered to take the full tables appetizer order before she walked off. Brought the wrong beer. Charged me for a salad I never recieved. Then wanted to know if she could bring it as table was playing the checks. Avoid at all cost unless you like to sweat as you eat indoors and horrible service. Took 20min to get a beer after it was ordered.

Placed a huge $150+ order for my family for delivery, and after waiting over an hour for the food, they canceled the entire order last minute simply because one item (kids pizza) was no longer available. When I called them, their employee Dej (Deb idk) told me I need to place another order without the kids pizza then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Terrible customer service.

Ive been a long time regular of the BJs franchise at multiple locations and multiple regions of the US for over 10 years. Its been going downhill recently. This location in particular has a very toxic work environment and theres so much turnover. We get to know someone and then they quit to go somewhere else. Then they raised prices. Then I just found out they took the burgers off their Wednesday special. They also cut their happy hour from 7pm to 6pm, and now the managers allegedly dont have the ability to adjust a price like they used to. Guess Ill no longer be a regular.

Terrible service. Servant forgot spoons. We waited 20 min over a cold chowder to get it. We waited for a brownie sinse we got there and we never got it at the end. We asked for split check but lady never showed up. This is very careless. I end up paying from bar code for things I didnt get. Moreover it didnt let refuse to tip. I was charged for this brownie and 11$ tips. For what? Nuh. Never again. I had bad experience.

My mother in-law, son and I arrived for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The manager on duty was in the front talking to the hostess. It took a while for the hostess to turn around and acknowledge us. Finally we were seated on the far right side of the restaurant. Upon walking I noticed how slippery the floors were. We sat down and after 10 minutes of no one coming by the table, I had to Flagg down someone to grab our server. Quality of food was not the best. Lemonade tasted sour. My chicken was under cook and so was my son s pizza. The server didn t check on us to see how the food turned out. The ceiling was leaking. We kindly warned the big party next to us about it as they were walking in so they wouldn t slip. Prior to that the manager was cleaning the floor so he was aware of the issue. I expected a wet sign to atleast be there. Overall unfortunately did not have a great time.

If you eat here, ask for sunny! Shes was perfect! Awesome persomality, friendly, super knowledgable on the beers! She gave great recommendations and just seemed happy. She was great and checking in with us even when she had a party of 8 to herself! She still came over and took care of us. It was very pleasant. The waitress who drop our food off was a 0 star. She didnt even say anything and walked off. We didnt get a chance to ask her for ketchup. I waites a few min and then went over to a dirtt table and took the ketchup from it. My family and I went in for a birthday dinner and had a decent experience. The wait for our table setup wasn t long(party of 15) but the food took forever. The food was OKAY. I understand the wait for the amount of food(mainly kids meals) but it was an unexpected amount of time, especially since the restaurant wasn t busy. If celebrating an event with more than 6 people, I would suggest going anywhere but here. I came for my birthday dinner with a total of 10 guests today. To start off, we were sat extremely close to another big party. There was limited space on one side of the table, and their waiter kept pushing against our chairs. Our waitress took our orders and everything seemed fine up until everyone who ordered a sandwich or burger (4 of the guests) received their food 10 minutes before anyone else. Then three more guests received their food, and then by the time the last three people received their food the ones who got their burgers were more than halfway done! It was ridiculous, we were left just staring at the ones who had already gotten their food. It took so long for me to receive my deep dish ziti, and then the pasta was terribly dry. I had to ask for a side of marinara sauce. The waitress brought out my cake that my family bought me, and she brought to-go boxes with it! She did not even bother to bring plates and forks, she was making it extremely obvious that she wanted us out of there! To make matters worse, she brings out the checks and then says something about having to make an adjustment. All the checks were voided, and she brought new checks with an even higher amount! She had forgotten to include gratuity, even after the terrible service we received! I would NOT recommend coming here with a big party, they cannot handle it. Such a mess! We ended up not even eating the cake there since she made it so obvious she wanted us out of there! I will no longer be coming back to this BJs, it was absolutely terrible!

While having dinner last night, my daughter became ill (no, it wasnt the food). I immediately removed myself and my daughter from the table. While away, Makayla came to clean and disinfect the table. It was as if it never happened. Millen then came with some hot tea and water for my daughter. The staff was very supportive, friendly, kind, and compassionate. The food was superb as always. We had a great afternoon talking and eating American food. The avocado spring rolls were ok. Maybe a bit more crunchier from the outside. Personally I dont like salads floating on dressing. So there were a bunch of those in the list of salads that werent my taste. Two of the best dishes are: back ribs and filet mignon. You should try them. Also the beer and cider is pretty good . The service was very busy and slow. We spent 15 min on a order of ice cream as dessert. The only thing I can say to the waiters is: please make sure to ask to the customers if anyone has problems with allergies. Just to be sure that later we will not have any problems. And if in case you notice it, please make a replacement. I would like to say also the distribution of the tables is just not wide enough. We were just too close to each other, so we almost can hear the conversation from other tables.

Enjoyed my dining experience only one critical thing. I ordered cinnamon rolls and a strawberry shortcake pizookie. Planned on eating it dining in but it was brought to-go. No big deal , but as I was eating the cinnamon roll, I almost ate a piece of plastic that the Icing could have possibly came out of. Pictures enclosed. Ruined my whole night. The bartenders Eyden and Josh were phenomenal. However, the cooks were the only reason why the stars were low. Our mozzarella sticks came out very cold at first and then the bartenders were able to help out with getting fresh ones. When ordering food, my partner and I both ordered loaded baked potato s but one of us was given a loaded baked potato and the other was given loaded mashed potatoes because they ran out of potatoes at 8pm on a Saturday. The loaded baked potato was very cold and I was highly annoyed that this was the second dish that came out cold. I chose not to send it back due to the fear of a cook spitting in my food. I ve never had this experience out of the years of coming here and truly saddened that this was a bad experience.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich with Sriracha sauce with a gluten free bun, the coleslaw was sooo good (I am picky when it comes to coleslaw) the bread fell apart on me but was still tasty. My husband had the Tri-Tip Combo (meat was medium and was cooked to perfection) the rice pilaf was good, but the grilled chicken he had, said it was really dry. My stepdaughter had mini burgers and happy face fries (she loved the bread/bun/roll, she said it was tasty) My mom in law had Mediterranean chicken pita tacos with a seasonal salad, she says it was very fresh tasting, loved the seasonal salad more than the tacos but still great!!!

I had the best experience at Bjs tonight. My waiter Robin May I was so attentive to everything we needed at the table. She also sympathized with us when our appetizer wasn t as good as we thought it would be. She got it fixed right away. My wife and I had this delivered. It was good food! The ceaser salad had a lot of bitter core from the lettuce, but it was edible. The Hot Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries were great! Sals Brewhouse Chicken was excellent! The Chicken Sauce and White Chedsar Potatoes were perfect with it! The asparagus could have been trimmed better because the ends were too stalky to eat. We visited BJs Brewhouse in Pearland Town Center after a long time. We arrived around 445pm on a weekday and were seated right away. We perused the redesigned menu and decided to order some items off the Happy Hour menu. The food portions were larger than expected and very enjoyable. The highlight of our evening was our waitress, Elaina, who was so cheerful and attentive. She came by to check on us every few minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. We were celebrating my son finishing his final exams for the semester and she helped make our time here memorable. Thank you BJs! Keep Elaina! Shes a gem!!

I had a great time at BJs. The ribeye steak was tender juicy and delicious. Im a fan of brussel sprouts and they did not disappoint. The brussel sprouts were roasted to perfection. The service was friendly and food great. I would definitely recommend.

There was a bug in my dr. Pepper, stuck on the glass. Not only did the server not even comp the drink, he barely apologized. We had the endless fries and burger since it was Wednesday except what? No refills on fries, no offer. My husbands drank sat empty long enough for me to finish a water and a second drink that hopefully had no bugs or remnants Of course we will never know for sure. We got the $67 bill, and husband still tipped though he shouldn t have. Never EVER going back to this location Absolutely pathetic. Wish I had gone to the bathroom before hand because I would ve known what to expect and we would ve left.

I love this place but not for the reason you may think. I have young children & I prefer to eat dinner at a place that gives choices other than nuggets & mac & chz for kids options (they do offer those things but so much more also!) But still, not why I love it here. I love it because even at 5:30 pm on a Friday night, the place is busy without a wait and not loud. I enjoyed dinner without having to yell across the table to anyone. My kids ate ceaser salad, shrimp, and fruit, and they gave garlic knots FREE to hold over the kids while their meal was cooked. They just brought it, we didnt ask for anything! Service is good, food was good, hence the 4 stars. But that feeling like Im dining quietly atmosphere is so hard to find anywhere in this area, so they get a huge 5 star. I think I found my new place

While I enjoy eating here, the service has consistently been a problem for at least a year. The wait time is always lengthy, and while making a reservation ahead of time is always a solution, going here without planning ahead usually means a long wait - especially during dinner. On top of that, once you re seated, the service is typically slow and once your order is placed, you can expect to wait awhile too. The food itself is fine and their menu has a lot of options which is always a plus, but the prices are unreasonable for a lot of the menu items, especially considering the poor service. Lastly, the staff is friendly. I ve always had good encounters so that s a plus.

A week ago my girlfriend brought me here to celebrate my birthday. It s been a couple 9/29:24 since I ve had BJ s as I usually go to the one in sugar land. I noticed the menu looked different so maybe it because it s been such a while. Service was rushed. They forgot to make our appetizer land when we told them, instead of making the food they just took it off the ticket. The food was bland, and flavorless. The complete opposite of anything ever tasted at bjs. The vegetables too fresh as is not cooked all the way; if they were even cooked at all. Then to top it all off the next morning me and my girlfriend both threw up. The whole following week after we both had stomach issues. Safe to say we got food poisoning. Worst BJ s experience ever. No more eating in pearland all together.

The food was excellent. We came in for my birthday with 17 people. Had reservations, and when we arrived, the table was not even set up. Had to wait. Then there was only one server for our whole table. He forgot drinks, many food items, kids meals, adult meals coming out when the desert was too, nothing arrived on time or together. My husbands and sons food came out 1.5 hrs after we ordered and was cold. The waiter cashed us all out before the desert was even served. We all ordered pizzokies and only got three out of 5. When everyone was leaving after being there 2.5 hrs, my birthday desert was finally coming out, and it was too late. I talked to the manager, and he said he should have been called way early on. The waiters excuse was that he had no help and was double sat. Well then, why didnt he ask for help?Why did all the food not come out at the same time? Service was the worst we have ever had. There needed to be 2 people. He definitely didnt deserve the 18% already included tip. Which was over $175 for him... the manager tried to make it up by sending home 2 pizzokies and a free one in the future, but how does that even come close to making it up to the whole table. It wasnt just my meals but everyone that was at the party. Very very disappointed.

I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and it was incredibly delicious. The size was the biggest wow factor since most burger places have a very thin burger patty however that was not the case. The burger was very juicy. I chose a medium rare burger and it didn t disappoint one bit. Also their fries were really good.

Visited here last Saturday around 10:30pm ended up going to the bar and was greeted by Zyaire who was a s cool as can be. Ordered a couple strawberry margaritas that I felt were a bit watered down after two I felt like I had 2 beers. Ordered appetizers and food which took an extremely long time my wings which were amazing btw came out faster than my appetizer I ordered. Overall the food I ended up getting was great, my margaritas not so much. I ll rate 4 stars instead of 2 based purely off Zyaire s service.

Great food, great drinks, and great service! The vibe is very relaxed and casual. I had the avocado egg rolls for an appetizer, and they were absolutely delicious. The pizooki is a must! Vegetarian options: Not sure how many veggie options are available, but they do have pizza, pasta, and salads that can be personalized for a vegetarian. Parking: There is plenty of parking, however it can be a struggle to find during peak time, since the parking lot is nearby some shopping areas. You can also park (limited spaces) on the front side to pick up to go orders. Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly place. There are some good options on the kids meal too.
