This is a very professional office. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is very calming. Dr. Ortiz is honest and takes his time to ask questions about your situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire office visit as there arent any doctors in Brownsville with a five-star rating. I was very happy with my visit.

From the moment you are greeted by the receptionist to the moment you see the Doctor, you are treated with the upmost respect and care possible. The receptionist are very professional, nice, and accommodating. The care the nurses and Doctor provide is top tier. I am so glad I changed my PCP and came here. I feel very welcomed!

Very thankful to Dr. Ortiz and his exceptional staff for making my first visit such a great experience. Even before my appointment, the front office personnel went above and beyond to assist with questions and concerns. I have been going to Dr. Ortizs office for about 3 or so months now and every time I have gone in both him and his staff have been extremely helpful and very friendly. Luis at the front desk went above and beyond when helping me when I first went in and has always been very helpful. Dr. Ortiz himself has been very attentive and helpful with my issues even we other doctors have failed me. Since his opening at this location, I changed my mother, mother in-law and son primary care provider to him, Dr Netter Ortiz. I really feel I hit the jackpot with making this change. I am extremely happy with the treatment my family gets from Dr Ortiz and his wonderful staff. Dr. Ortiz is a great listener and is patient to explain your diagnosis and recommendations. He listens to your concerns and talks to you in a way you can understand. Most highly recommended and appreciated.

I have been to this office twice, each being pleasant and fulfilling. Dr. Ortizs waiting lobby is polished and pleasing to the eye. I must say that although its tolerable, I wish it was larger so there would be more seating space. The administrative clerks/coordinators are approachable and patient, giving a good impression as they are the first point of contact for patients walking into the office. Dr. Ortiz and the medical staff around him always ask probing questions and let you answer fully; they do not interrupt and are not dismissive/condescending (Ive observed some doctors are in other facilities). I want to add that I like the warmth I get from Dr. Ortiz right when he walks into the room. He greets you and asks how you are doing, like any doctor. With Dr. Ortiz, however, it doesnt feel forced. You leave feeling like you cannot wait to return for your follow-up visit. My sole constructive feedback is the waiting music. It can be described as pop song covers with an easy listening, elevator music take on them. If it were up to me, I would love to hear original radio songs in any genre or even Dr. Ortizs favorite music (whatever it may be) to give the facility another personal touch of his. Maybe some Selena? To Dr. Ortiz and his staff: Keep up the friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Thank you for caring.

Very professional and full of ethics! Felt very comfortable with meeting Doctor Netter Ortiz. Super clean environment, relaxing and safe. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, nice, understanding and finds the solution to the problem or patients issues or symptoms.
