Overall, our stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally cool, which was a huge plus during the hot weather. The beds were also quite comfortable. The staff members we interacted with were generally friendly and helpful. We did have a minor issue with a broken toilet seat in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we think it would be beneficial to have a microwave available in the breakfast area to warm up items that had gotten cold. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Bottom line: This is a quality alternative - when youre looking for a clean, comfortable room with a competent, friendly staff in this area of town! We were in Burleson to visit with family friends - Hampton Inn was exceptionally well located - so we elected to stay here because it was more convenient than being up the road in Ft Worth. The positives: 1) Friendly staff during check-in - Dallas seemed new - but competent and polite 2) The ROOMS - In my/our opinion, this is a value star hotel, we dont expect 4 or 5 star hotel experience. But the rooms are new, clean, comfortable. As Hilton has begun reviving the Hampton Inn brand - this is an example of what they are doing right. 3) As Diamond members, we appreciate the ability/flexibility to check out late - we both had late meetings - and the team was kind enough to allow a late check out as we requested. The negatives: 1) No upgrade - but, that said, we werent expecting one - its just a nice touch when it is possible. We will 100% strongly consider this property the next time we are in the area.

Stayed one night during long road trip. Clean room, very friendly staff. Had an issue with room I was given-very noisy fan constantly running in the bathroom and unable to turn off. Staff were able to change rooms for me quickly, and the second room was good. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We are a rewards member and decided to try this hotel. The service from the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean. However, our room had a pet smell. The breakfast gets a 1 star. The so-called turkey sausage was cold, and the taste was less to be desired. All the Hampton Inn have French vanilla for your coffee. This one doesnt carry it because they kept running out of it. How does that make sense. They also dont carry Splenda. They do carry the pink packet that causes cancer. People want to start the day with a good cup of coffee. Do better, Hampton Inn.

We choose this hotel for our guest traveling to attend our wedding in Burleson. Sam the sales coordinator was great. She is has wonderful communication and very personal throughout the entire process. At our check in she left us a personalize hand written note with snacks and they had a sign at the entrance welcoming our wedding party. Hotel very clean, peaceful, and modern. We love the lobby and rooms. Although Fort Worth is close there are plenty of good restaurants and things to do just one exist away north or south. We recommend the area where Old Texas brewing company was located. We also stayed the wedding night here, it was very relaxing.

We stayed the weekend and had a very good time. I would have given the place 5 stars on the room except the AC unit rattled like all get out, making it hard to sleep the first night. The next morning I did get the unit to quiet down some. When we first entered the room, it had a slight pet smell to me. We carry air freshener, so after a good spray down and dinner out, it was fine. Hampton Inn has a new breakfast menu with different items on each day that we really enjoyed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we had questions. We will most likely stay here again and hope the room outcome earns a 5 next time as we understand that not every room will be perfect.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms could have been cleaner, some hair in the corners of the bathroom and such. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not restocked until almost completely empty, making timing with my fellow guests difficult, if you wanted fresh. It is near a small airport, as in the fence is against the parking lot. However, we did not hear any noise and we were on that side of the building. The facility needs quite a few repairs, but the pool and exercise rooms were great. Rooms: Decent but could be cleaner. Food and drinks: Breakfast wasnt great, but its continental. Noteworthy details: Pool was warm and wonderful.

Hampton Inn, more like Hampton WIN! My goodness! I don t even know where to start! This hotel was by far the most accommodating and most thoughtful hotel I have ever worked with! I ve worked in the industry for 12 years now and have never worked with a team that has had so much heart and so much dedication to ensure that my family had the best experience when staying with them. I got married this month and needed a hotel block set up in Burleson. That was when I was connected with my friend Sam! Not only does she have THE BEST name ever, but she was THE BEST at what she does. Every time I emailed her, she was quick to make any changes needed and did it with ease and with so much love. Sam also checked in with me, let me know when the deadline was coming, how many rooms had picked up, asked if I needed anything- I truly could not have asked for a more amazing person to work with. My family had nothing but kind words to say about their experience with the staff. From the front desk team, to management, to housekeeping, EVERYONE was so incredibly kind to them! And let me tell you, they were BUSY that weekend. The rooms are brand new, extremely clean, and spacious. I didn t get to lay on the beds, but my cousin told me her baby slept through the entire night, so I d say they must be doing something right, lol. I cannot THANK all of you enough for your attention to detail, your true hospitality, and the genuine love and compassion you had for myself and my family. Truly, I will never be able to thank you all enough for making this the easiest choice I made for my entire wedding. Thank you Sam and THANK YOU Hampton Inn! We had been using another chain that is a bit less expensive but their locations have been slipping. After discovering that I already had a Hilton Honors account we decided to try a Hampton Inn. This Hampton is so modern, clean and well appointed. What we were surprised is how almost all the staff seemed so concerned that our stay was going well. As we were leaving we were even greeted by Gisela from housekeeping and she asked to make sure our room was clean when we got it and that our stay was good. Breakfast isnt perfect, its a buffet that they keep open for several hours so its hard to make and keep hot food just right, but they definitely had a lot of choices between the hot food, waffles and other items. Our one disappointment was the lack of luggage carts. They seem to have only one working and available and it was just our luck to need it right after someone else took it. We will definitely use this hotel if we ever need one in Burleson again.

I must say, Im very surprised that I received the BEST SERVICE of any of my travel Hiltons. Sherri was amazing and kind! I didnt make it in on my first night for missed travel. Sherri had thought I was there because I usually digitally check in using the app to pick my own room. Well, Sherri text me to welcome me. When I mentioned I wouldnt actually be there that evening, she and Tracie, were very kind and efficient to take care of my situation and make everything fair for me. Hate to leave a bad review. Legitimately, the worst bed I can remember, just way too hard with no support. Both the wife and I woke up with horrible back pain (area between the shoulder blades). A sleeping bag on padded carpet would have worked out better. Going to have to avoid Hampton in the future if they use the same supplier in all of their hotels. Which is very unfortunate because the amenities are amazing. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. We werent a fan of the breakfast but everyone has different preferences. It got the job done. Rooms: Rooms are well designed and will maintained, The beds were entirely too hard for us but if youre into that maybe itll work for you. Nearby activities: restaurant row (Or as we used to call it back in the day when the other side of the highway was all field still) is just right there walking distance. Spring Creek BBQ has always been good. Safety: We didnt have any issues but I didnt see a security guard on the premises. Walkability: Several restaurants within walking distance. Be very careful of trying to cross the street to McDonalds. Food and drinks: 24/7 concession area next to the check-in, More options than most hotels. Noteworthy details: The pool and gym are pretty nice.

Very disappointed in Hampton Inn during my recent 6 night stay. It is already costly to stay at Hampton (generally due to the high quality they provide). My room wasn t room serviced once even when I requested it in person to front desk and specifically to the housekeeper. Toilet clogged easily, room phone wasn t working (notified front desk with no resolution). The bed and the decor was very nice as you would expect at a Hampton, but for some reason this time, Hampton was not on their game. Maybe this was a once off, but I believe I gave staff the chance to resolve the issue. Being fully booked over weekend is not an excuse to not fix issues or housekeep as requested. I will continue with Hampton in the future, but this was a big disappointment.

We stayed here a few times for a week each time from January to April for my husbands job. Our stay was good. We had one of the suites because its the only way to have a fridge. The room was spacious and nice. The bed was hard as a rock though, unfortunately. Customer service there was always really good... The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to housekeeping to maintenance. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at a few Hampton Inns in the area, and that was actually the only one that still seemed to be making an effort to be good, so props to them for that!

People are great. They are super friendly and do their best to accommodate! However... We reserved a king studio, but my son was feeling sick when we arrived, so I asked for an equivalent room with two queen beds (to avoid getting his bug). We got a tiny room with two queen beds instead of the studio. We were too tired from traveling to ask for something different, so we just settled in and made it work. It was definitely the smallest room Ive ever had at a Hilton property though! Also, there was no luggage stand, so I had to put my suitcase on the bed, the desk chair was missing, so I had to ask for one, and the windows do not open, so the room gets very stuffy/stale. Finally, breakfast was definitely not what I have come to expect from Hamptons. I will most likely choose a different Hotel the next time I come to the area.

Very over rated hotel, nothing different than the other eight hotels on the same street. Construction was being done on the third floor, so you could hear that going on during the day. One elevator was off so waiting on one was a bit frustrating. Shower temperature never got hot no matter how long you ran it for. Breakfast was not good, had very few choices. Very disappointed in our stay at the Hampton Inn, Burleson .

When we arrived we waited about 15 minutes for someone to help us. Found out he was in the breakfast area watching TV and didnt see us come in. We checked in we charged $25 more than the reservation stated. The gentleman said he didnt know why but there was nothing he could do about it so offered to cancel it and we could find another hotel. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We stayed on 10-21-22 . Husband and I were so tired from driving so we got a room at this Burleson location . But didn t get 1 hour of sleep due to the noise above us . We called the desk over and over and they did NOTHING !!! Beds were hard , not like other Hampton beds we have stayed at .. The breakfast was stale bagels and muffins . Awful !!! Don t waste your time at this Hampton , Not worth it . My husband and I are members and will never stay at that location again Mind you , we are not picky people . While traveling with our pet we inquired on line if pets were permitted and was told yes. We paid for room in advance once arriving we placed a card on file for incidentals. Once we was home we was charged an additional 86.00 for having the pet. We was never advised of the additional charge up front. Was a shock to pay as much for the pet as for the room. Place is an older building. The ladies at the front desk greeted us and were polite. The hotel is pet friendly. The room where we stayed the bathroom needs some work done the sliding door kept coming off when we closed it or opened it. The shower head had very low pressure. The pool was not very clean. Not a good place to stay if you have small children because they will want to get in the pool.

Nice size and clean rooms, but our air conditioner knobs were broken. It is a great location but front desk staff could use some more customer service training. The staff was dismissive, didnt allow upgrades even though they were available and my membership tier called for it. Im uncertain if she just wasnt sure how to do it without charging me more or simply didnt want to. She was a bit short and abrasive, perhaps having a bad day. Nonetheless, I was disappointed as this was a first and not the norm for the Hilton brand. Not sure we will return.

The beds hurt me so much I could barely sleep or move the next day. When I asked the front desk person for assistance they announced that they will be replacing the mattresses soon and there is nothing they can do about it. The icing on the cake is they were sold out of most of their inventory and did not have tylonol.... I walked to the next hotel over for the meds. Breakfast was just OK. We wanted to stay close to family for the Easter holiday, so we chose the Hampton Inn in Burleson. We have had great experiences at other Hampton Inns in Austin and Miami, but this one not so much. So, first the good things. The beds were very comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, greeting us when we walked by. The breakfast was what you would expect, nothing special, but enough choices to find something you could eat. Now for the not so good. The chair by the desk had a nasty looking stain on the seat, but our bathroom was the real hot mess. The spigot in the tub would slide in and out of the wall, it didnt seem to be attached behind the tile. The metal disk that goes up against the tile wall for the shower spigot was hanging loose with caulk showing on it. Every surface of the tub and sink area were covered with massive amounts of caulk. Our room, which could conceivably sleep 4, only had 2 wash rags available for a two-night stay. Fortunately, we were able to get an additional wash rag from the housekeeper, who was very nice. But the very worst part, is when I stood barefoot in front of the sink and lifted my foot up, a 4-inch piece of grout stuck to the bottom of my foot. Almost all the grout was crumbled and posed a hazard to your feet if you did not have shoes on. Who ever did their tile work did not know what they were doing or just cut corners. The bathroom really needed some attention.

Booked 2 rooms when we arrived to check in only one room ready they said the other room would be ready later and we said ok. When we got back to get the other keys to the other room they said they didnt have it for us after we already paid for it!!!! So the other couple had to go to another Hotel which they paid for, but still not right!!! Very unhappy with this place.

Jessica, our event coordinator, provided the McGee Law Firm with extraordinary service. We were scheduled to have a two-day event at the end of January. Unfortunately, due to HVAC issues, we could not have our event at the Hampton Inn. We were very disappointed, but Jessica stepped in and offered to call other hotels nearby to find us a location. And she did. We were so thankful for help finding a hotel for our event that agreed to the contract we had with the Hampton Inn. On the day of the event, we arrived at the other hotel to find it not set up correctly, no one there was able to help us, our event coordinator at that hotel was not answering her phone, text, or email. As time was ticking away, we called Jessica for help, asking if she had a way to contact the other hotel event coordinator and explained the situation. Jessica, without hesitation, stepped up and tried calling all her contacts with no luck. So she went to the other hotel to assess the situation and realized that the room and everything were not set up per the contract they had agreed to honor. After some discussion with hotel staff, it became apparent that the hotel may not have all the necessary tables, chairs, and table cloths to accommodate our event. Jessica went back to her hotel and readied her supplies to bring to the other hotel to ensure we had a successful event. Finally, our event coordinator showed and begrudgingly helped get the room set up for our event. I would love to say Jessica went above and beyond to help us with our event, but that would be an understatement. At the time of our event, we were no longer her clients, yet she stepped in and provided a level of customer service that was spectacular and certainly outside the norm. We look forward to having an event at the Hampton Inn and working with Jessica and encourage anyone having an event in Burleson to contact Jessica. She will take care of you.

Clean, excellent customer service, safe, good location. We would definitely stay here again. Sherri checked us in and was full of helpful information. Since we were heading south we liked the fact that we drove through Fort Worth and were on the south side of town. Sherri even recommended a good time for us to leave so we would miss most of the business traffic. Breakfast good. Nice selection of tea also. Thank you!

Pleasant young ladies up front. We got in late from Vegas and my wife has keys before I got back from parking. Breakfast was tiny but theres two great options within Texas walking distance (1/4mi). They were totally booked too. Good for the economy in my old city.
