This place has horrible service and even worse food!!!! I had to honk at the people to take my order because no one was there. I ordered sweet potatoes and they were literally rotten!! They were blue green and black and looked as as if they were growing fungus. Avoid at all cost lol.

About a month ago I received very bad service from the employees and it was a shame because I love going there, however, and despite everything I returned a week ago and the customer service improved 100% and the employees who helped me are no longer there. Those who are there were treated badly. Now they are very friendly, they greet you with a good morning. Today with my breakfast they left me this detail in my drink. Now I go to have breakfast there every day

Ive never had a negative customer service experience at this location, and Ive gone MANY times. I love the Sunrise Sunset with the Spinach and Kale Super Pack, its my go-to. They recently had a season special that was Red Sangria, which was incredible! Every Sunday morning they have discounted smoothies from 9am to 11am. I look forward to it every week!

I really enjoyed the peanut butter & banana smoothie. However, it did take a while to recieve my order, the quesadillas I order were cold when I got them and only contained 3 in total. The salsa just flat out was not good either. No chile, spice none of that was in their. Overall, I am just going to stick to the smoothies in the future. 6/10

Sadly disappointed too many times. It depends who is working if the food/customer service is good. Sad because I loved tropical smoothie and was excited for this location. They ve given me the wrong chips in drive through, left things out of my order completely, and put old brownish lettuce on my sandwich before gross! On top of this I asked for a side of mangos and have been charged extra for them before. A .50 charge and mangos on my receipt with no problem. But there is a manager who won t let me and says the system won t let them but they did it the day before. I explain they could actually make a profit by up charging them and they say they can t. Sad, I guess then I can t go to them and will be going to a local competitor instead.

Go to the Boca Chica location, they are consistent and give good service. At the Pablo Kisel one, I asked the guy (at night) that took my order to not put any sugar like 3x and they still put it in, I can taste the granules. The workers seem unmotivated/unfeeling. If you dont like your job, just quit my dude. They were fast at least but thats probably because they make the drinks however they want. If a zombie guy takes your order in the evening, just go somewhere else.

I ordered the chicken capresse which is usually a big rectangle ciabatta bread (like it s shown in a picture on their website and on their Instagram) and they gave me a square ciabatta bread instead, which is usually for the turkey bacon sandwiches and so on. They said this is how they make it there??? Which is confusing, because I remember it being like the one on the website and insta. So disappointed.

I don t know why but every time I come to this exact tropical smoothie I always expect something different- and by that I mean a better experience than the last. Today I went DT and waited in the long line and the lady repeated my order correctly, but for some reason the guy at the window didn t receive that I guess? So he had to put it in the system, asked for my order again, and then made it so that when my boyfriend paid, he HAD to leave a tip? I have never seen that happen at any Tropical Smoothie so I find that rude. Might I add, he also didn t give me my printed receipt. So we leave the DT once I get my order, and as I m ready to devour my food, I come to see they added ranch in my order. I m vegan so I don t eat anything that s dairy or meat. So unfortunately I have to drive back and get it remade. I go inside, and the energy here is awful. I get the vibe is messing around when the boss isn t around, and unprofessionalism and impoliteness. They did the bare minimum by getting my order correct- the second time. They handed my food back to me no thank you, sorry about that nothing just a blank stare. And I say blank stare because the guy had his mask lowered so that I can see his entire face. I checked my order in the store before I walked out and I said thank you with no response back. The amount of effort as a customer it took to get a positive experience and a correct order was way too much apparently and I hope you can understand how upsetting and annoying this made me feel. I expect friendliness, positive attitude, and a correct order. None of this mumbo jumbo of lazy work, apathetic attitude, and stealing money. Once again I didn t intend to leave a tip I couldn t consent to giving in the first place.

The staff was sweet and helpful but it s pretty irritating when things aren t the same across. I usually go to tropical smoothie cafe and order the detox island green. I ask for no fruit (banana, pineapple, and mango) and ask for apple instead I ve never had issue before. The manager said they would have to charge me for a side of an apple even though I wouldn t use any of the fruit when supposedly everything is fresh.

Tried this place out today and was impressed!! The guy taking the orders was polite, patient, and had great recommendations! He hooked me up with kiwi smoothie along with a Caribbean Jerk wrap and jalapeño corn. Then the cute girls at the drive through window had perfect customer service too! Usually the flavor of the smoothies in this location is pretty good... not today. It is totally flavorless. I noticed the girl kept going back to the water dispenser to pump more and more water. Also, sadly I walked in to pick it up based on the apps timing... well, none of the 3 employees visible there had noticed the order. This one girl started making it right there and then.
