I never had been to a Lowes store.So I decided to go any see if I could find a dishwasher.My wife chose one but it wasnt in stock,the sales man offered another ,but that one wasnt available either,so we decided to go elsewhere.The salesman offered us one that was on sale.We decided to go ahead and purchase it.The actual salesman was our cashier as well.We took it home and it did not seem to through the complete cycle.So I called the 1-800-Bosch number.I was instructed to go and unplug it and leave it that way for 2 days .After the 2 days it still didnt work .I took it back and was informed that I had only 48 hrs to return it ,and had expired.No one in the store explained that to me .I spoke to the asst. manager and she could not do anything for me .I asked that the GM call me and its been day 3 now no call .I will never purchase anything from Lowes every again .Poor training of management and miss informing consumers of critical info at the time of potential purchase is evident here .I will strongly recommend none purchase anything from there with that type of customer service.Totally disgusted for giving you the opportunity.

The manager Alfredo was incredibly dismissive and did not address our concern appropriately. He lied when we tried to ask him to go see for himself that there was an issue with their pricing and then turned to gossip right in front of us to his co workers. Honestly if you have any concerns or issues with anything at that store talk to someone else because even the cashier was more helpful. I don t know what someone like him is doing managing a store his customer service definitely has room for improvement.

I placed an online order, for next day delivery since it was very important delivery for me and ot had to arrive today (that was yesterday and it was supposed to arrive today by 8 pm), I checked on the app for updates and it said that there was a delay (that was at 6 pm) My items were not delivered today, I called and they put me on hold and never came back to answer. A little bit of communication wouldve been appreciated, but I did not receive anything saying that my order was not going to arrive.

Lowes is like home depot. I usually shop more at Home Depot. However, I found adhesive to put down sheet vinyl and the tool for cutting it at Lowes. They have carpentry items..nails, hammers, kitchen and bathroom faucets, toilets (I purchased at Lowes), sinks to set in vanity or purchase seperately. Go have a look and also check home depot. Stock differs between the two Stores.

Worst experience with the delivery service, took over a week and a half to get half my product delivered. First delivery they only sent half the product and still haven t received the rest. The product is for a remodel for a home I bought. I had workers on standby for the product but since they can t deliver on time they wasted my time and money. The supervisor kept giving me fake times when the delivery driver was coming. Then when I went to the store she tells me the driver was in McAllen and wouldn t get my stuff till 7pm. Don t trust their delivery service.

My experience was excellent and extremely well treated by Gilberto on a HOT day and heavy load in the Curbside delivery lane. Thank you Gilberto! I want to continue just a bit about my experience at Lowe s Curbside Service . I am thankful for the smiles, handshakes and professionalism exhibited by Gilberto, Roxy and Aden. By their example of service I am sure the rest of the crew are just as kind, helpful and extremely friendly, towards customers at the Curbside Parking . Had windows installed and the people from this Lowes have no clue of what theyre doing. They schedule the day and forget to send the windows when the installer showed up he had to go get them himself. I tried calling today because water was coming in through the window and they take forever to answer and when they do answer they leave you on hold for a brief moment they say 30 minutes passed i hung up and i call back only to be transferred to a dept that doesnt answer so i hang up again called back and she says oh they didnt answer so i ask for a manager 10 minutes later i hung up and called service help and they took better care of my situation from long distance i also told them the service in the Brownsville store suck.

Ordered professional measurement and installation for a blind for a skylight. Described project in the information request and even sent photos of skylight and the room to contractor in charge. After agreeing to project, installer arrived to measure without ladder and then reported someone else would schedule another measurement. After multiple messages with different reasons why, was told they dont do that service (even though website promotes service) but agreed to refund the money for measurement and installation. Later got another call reporting they would only offer in store credit even though no one measured or did any work of any kind. Spent time with appointment, phone calls, emails all for nothing. You try to call the store and you sit on hold, no one ever answers. So disappointing and a huge waste of time. Id be leary of any installation service since they agree to things, charge you, then dont do the service.

I walked in I went to the paint department no one was there the button and no one came. I asked the returns cashier if he had anybody in paint. He would not page anyone and he told me know I had to punch the button. I went to the check girl and she paged someone. I returned to the order paint here sign. A man and women came up punched the button, a kid immediately walks up and ask how he could help them. I said Ive been waiting here at least 10 minutes. The kid just stared at me and didnt offer to help me. I left and went else where. All the kid had to ask was who was next. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at Lowes Brownsville since they opened. All the appliances for my home. Over a thousand dollars just to replace light fixtures. I will never spend another dollar

The store and bathrooms are very clean. The bathroom had one broken toilet and faucets do not stay on even for a short time had to hold it down to rinse hands. Youre a hardware store, fix it. There is less in this store in brownsville than the store in harlingen. Harlingen almost has to much in some areas.

Went there the other day, absolutely no customer service. I was shopping a big order, buying ceiling fans and other equipment. Once I got to the customer service checkout, I ask the cashier if he or someone else can help me out, to put all these big boxes in my car, because my car is small. I ended up asking 4 times, no one ever came. I ended up doing it myself. I ended up hurting myself, slash my hand pretty bad. I was bleeding allot, came back into the store to ask for help with the same employee, he told me once again someone coming to help me, I cleaned my cut and went back outside to no surprise, no one ever came. I finished the job and took off. I felt so disrespected. That cashier who apparently help me, needs more training or needs to be let go.

I called to the store in Brownsville, TX. Got the automated attendant. Wanted to speak to the manager. I was waiting for someone to answer the phone. Waited for 35 min. No one ever answered. This is terrible for a store that employees many associates that work the front area and no one can pick up the phone! There are a few hardware stores in Brownsville, but this one has the best customer service and is easily accessible from US 77 on FM 802. Any day, with the exception of Sunday, usually,Is a good day to shop there. I was just there today (3/21/21) and it seems there were many shoppers buying plants, however, it appeared they were short-staffed. Update.5/25/24: Customer service has improved greatly since my last post. This is still the best hardware store in Brownsville and cardholders receive a 5% discount.

Takes forever to get propane, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. They don t make wood cuts as the saw is always broken. Home Depot has better plants.
