They were very prompt with replies, explained everything in detail, and went the extra mile to do what they could to assist my husband in his case. This firm deserves 5 stars. From the get go, they have been on top of things and very supportive. Although I retained Ms. McIntyre, on two different interviews, she was out of town however her partner Ms. Nayyar filled in and did a fabulous job. This law firm helped us a lot all the way through getting my green card from F1 to Getting my physical card. They were also very good in communication and tried their best to satisfy our needs. For example, I needed my papers to be submitted and done as soon as possible and they got it together more/less than a month. I also wanted to thank the legal Assistant, Ashley and the others that was constantly communicating with me through email and phone to get all the things ready. I also liked how they have a free consultation at the very beginning which helped me decide whether they are the right people for my case. Nayar was also very good in answering all my inquiries. They will stay with you until you get what you needed. They also offered a payment plan which helped us a lot. They were very patient and understanding. Highly recommended!

Ms. Nayar and Ashly helped me get my first green card and then a couple years after that with the removal of conditions. They have always been thorough, professional and have always kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. They did everything possible to make the whole process as easy and as stress free as possible and the process couldnt have gone any more smoothly. I am a South African who married a US citizen, and Lakshmi handled my sponsored green card case. The entire process took about a year (2019-2020) which is quite fast. Without her we would have had a harder time getting this done as it is is difficult to get the correct information and navigate the process if you have never done it before. She was always available to answer questions and explained every step of the process clearly well in advance. She was present at the interview and this made the experience far less intimidating then it might otherwise have been. We never felt that any cost or requirement was sprung on us unexpectedly. I can recommend Lakshmi without any reservations, you will be hard pressed to find someone who will provide such a thorough sense of competence and calm throughout what would otherwise be a nerve-wracking experience.

Our experience with Mrs Nayar was amazing! When we first consulted with her, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing and were really frustrated trying to navigate the immigration process on our own. Nayar & McIntyre just lost on thousands of dollars due to not being honest and having horrible customer service. After calling to set up and appointment not once was I notify that there would be a consultation fee. Once I show up for my appointment they notify that I would have to pay a fee. I inform them that if they wanted to charge me a fee they should of notify me before I set up the appointment. That is horrible practice to pull a switch at the last minute.

Never go here.all these are fake reviews or they ask them to put the reviews, These people are so bad. Worst attorneys that you can go to,especially McIntyre. I dont know how is that you all gave the best review. Very unprofessional people. They wont communicate with you anything. Office staff so so horrible , they take the message and will never pass it on to the attorney.I wish if i can give less than 1. Well am not talking about your integrity. IDC about your reputation. I almost have tears in my eyes writing this review. Maria is an Angel. She is very attentive and understanding. She takes pride in what she does and will calm you down even if your life is on fire.. I had gone to different lawyers but my story changed when i met her. All my cases were approved on time and what was said to be impossible by other lawyers became possible.. Ms.Nayar is the best lawyer in Dallas. She is very patient and makes sure she answers all of your questions. She responds to calls and emails very quickly. We started with another law office and had a horrible experience until we found Ms.Nayars office. I would say she saved our life. Immigration can be a long and tough process, but I would do it over again with this office. She is with you until the very end of your process, which is what people need for peach of mind and you will get that with Ms.Nayars office. I recommend this office 100%.

I HIGHLY reccomend Maria McIntyre! Your consultation is free and she will let you know if there is hope or not for your case right away. Best of all you always speak to your actual attorney not assistants and all. You will talk to her assistant once in a while but its rare. She gives you that one on one attention for your case which is great. I went for help to become a citizen and the proccess went so smooth. I recommended her to my sisters and we are all citizens now.

I am writing this letter with immense joy and heartfelt gratitude toward Ms. Lakshmi Nayar and her firm. In 2011, I first came to the United States on a five-day visit visa. Four years later, I found myself holding a PR card and calling America, home. I thought back to the numerous times I had woken up from nightmares involving deportation proceedings. I initially came to the United States accompanying a critically-ill patient (my aunt) with her husband. Although I was their nephew, my uncle and aunt considered me to be their own precious son they never had. The feeling was very mutual as I considered them to be my parents, too. My visit visa entailed staying in the United States for five days and then returning to India. The tragic incident that happened to my aunt broke my uncle emotionally and financially. After staying in India for one year, my aunt s medical expenses accumulated exponentially. When my uncle came to the United States with me and his wife, we were financially nowhere near hiring an attorney for my case. Ms. Nayar heard our story and showed compassion toward our misfortunate state. She courageously took over my case even though many lawyers had disappointed us. When I discussed my case in further detail with Lakshmi Nayar, she was open and honest about the possibilities I had to face when my case progressed which included the potential options, risk, and deportation proceedings. The time my deferral action was rejected, me and my uncle felt hopeless and felt that all doors had closed around us. However, Ms. Nayar gave us the courage and confidence to keep hoping.
