Your search is over! Looking for a venue like nothing the valley has to offer? This is your place! Owner Felicia Fruia has commissioned this building to be lovingly restored. The wow factor when we first walked in was off the charts!! It was being set up for a communion celebration when I first saw it, and it was amazing! She quickly showed us beautiful objects that were going to be installed to hang from the ceiling just for our event! We were looking to host a bridal shower with a Día de Los Muertos theme, and boy did she and her crew deliver. Her impeccable taste elevated our vision to one of unimaginable heights! Truly when we walked in on the day of our event we were amazed and transported to an hacienda, with art installations created just for our event that gave a nod to our heritage in a way I hadn t even imagined. She and her staff worked seamlessly with the caterer to deliver an event those who attended will not soon forget. The decor was a complete 180 from what I had seen them setting up for a communion celebration. If you have a vision, share it with her and she will more than deliver. Book this venue, you will not regret it! Oh and the parking?? They ve got that covered too.

Great coffee and service, I have visited this establishment twice in the past week. Saturday they had vendors with unique items and gift ideas. The staff at the coffee bar was very friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and drop in sometime ...

This is another historic building in downtown Brownsville being restored beautifully. The own we has recently acquired another adjoining building and it is exciting to see the progress and improvement to our historic district. Currently, the building will be rented out for events and possibly an Air B&B. In the near future. Well done.
