Was referred by my family physician because of issues regulating my blood pressure. On the day of the appt, my blood pressure was high enough to require hospitalization. Instead Dr Alfayoumi proceeded to yell I dont see why you are even here. He then went on to argue that my past medications could not cause allergic reactions or liver damage. He failed to check my medical records before making an incorrect diagnosis.

Appointment was at 9:15. Finally got to see the Dr. At 10:30. This is unusual. Most of the time wait time is +/- 10 mins. Dr. Fadi is sensible and not quick to put you on a medication if you are willing to take action to improve your health.

I never give anyone more than four stars because, I believe no one is that deserving. Today 2/13/24 I had my first appointment with a cardiologist which was a sobering awakening for me because this sodifies the fact that Im old. With this said, I had a good experience with Dr. office staff and Dr.. This my personal opinion, Dr. Alfayoumi is super hot. HOT MAN!. So I dont have no negative opinions at all. Just one thing the Hospital needs to build a multistory parking lot with a underground walkway or a elevated walkway attached to the hospital and buildings.

Dr. Fadi has not taken the time to listen to my concerns or review my history. He said my heart function and blood work is great and IF I want to follow up its up to me but Im fine. He sarcastically told me to lose weight and find a good primary care doctor. Yes, Im overweight now but my issue has been ongoing for over 15 years. Ive been hospitalized and have had other providers express true concern because they cannot pin point the problem. He simply laughed at me! I told him I must be crazy then amd he laughed too. He is a knowledgeable man but he will not dig deeper nor will he listen to your concerns.

This doctor put in a pacemaker and didn t administer any pain relief and he didn t get the wires placed correctly do he had to do it again. The wait to see the doctor can be up to 2 hours, staff is very rude and the doctor is always in a hurry. He takes no responsibility for his actions. I complained so he dropped me as a patient.

As far as Dr. Fadi he knows his business when it comes to matters of the heart. His staff are friendly, professional and courteous. Wish I could say the same for his office manager. At first we thought OMG theres a lot of people. Then we walked in the girls up front were very helpful and friendly. We sat down and people were going in to the back and coming out quickly. The girl who tooks us back was very friendly smiling and very pleasant she made us feel like she knew us. She answered our questions and made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before she did everything. Compared to the other offices we have been to lately in the past couple of months this is our favorite one. The Dr was so interested in what we had to say without rushing us out of the office like others. He knew exactly what we needed done and answered our questions. Very happy with this visit.

Dr Fadi did not listen to me and my history. Therefore I had a needless pacemaker put in my heart that resolved nothing. I required a two lead replacement and had to go through process twice. I now have two pacemakers, one turned off. If he doesn t listen, walk out. Thank you Dr. Silva

Dr Fadi is the worst dr I have ever had he placed a pasemaker in my chest.The first one he never numbed my chest during the first one he implanted I cried screened and begged that I felt every incision as he shoved the pacemaker under my skin and I thought I was in a nightmare he just kept telling the other people in the room to give me more pain medication I kept telling him I could feel every thing he was doing it was the worst experience I ve ever had in my life I believe now I have ptsd and wake up in a sweat and I have really bad dreams it was the worst experience in my life.Then the next day they tell me I have to do it again because one of the wires was to long and I had 2 wires in the lower chamber of my hart he never mentioned or apologize for what he put me through and the hospital never said anything.It was the man from Medtronic that informed me about the situation. I. Am in the process of filing a complaint with the medical board and speaking to attorney about the worst experience in my life.

We waited 2 hours to get into see the doctor and never got in, because we finally left the office. About 5 people went in before us who s appointments were at least an hour after our scheduled time. We asked at the reception desk twice and they kept saying we were really close or next. This issue today was after Our first appointment was canceled 2 weeks ago last minute after we were already at the office because of some kind of technical computer problems. I have heard Dr. Fadi is really good, but his office staff and scheduling needs to be fixed. My time is just as valuable as the doctors time is. I feel the staff was very rude and could care less about my time!!!!!!!!!!

I ve been seeing Dr Fadi for some time now. I have never gone to him and felt like it was A wast of my time. I m getting older and Sometime I forget to do what I was instructed To do. This experience has been very unsettling as a patient. I ve been dealing with this office for a year now and multiple problems persist. Consistently given no information/ vague consultation during appointments from Dr. Fadi per patient. The staff has never once called me back when needing questions answered about prescribed medications or appointment overviews. Whenever trying to get someone to listen to anything of concern all your ever told is he s a specialist . Also I constantly have a emergency refill situation on prescriptions because they never fill the prescriptions or get in touch with the pharmacy to fill/approve prescriptions. Its always been a frantic game of questions to try to get your health information WHEN someone will speak with you. This experience has been very disheartening and given us much anxiety about this particular healthcare system and medical provider in South Texas and I would recommend if you are fortunate enough to have options to go elsewhere, I urge you please do. Do it for you and your families piece of mind.

However d lobby accomodations was beyond unacceptable too pack w patients despite of d high increased COVID Levels in d County. Great cardiologist does have a lot of patients so wait time will be quite a while but what else would you expect for the best cardiologist around. He knows what he s talking about and has many credentials and accolades to show for his hard work. You cannot discredit him for his staff it s not easy to find MAs or RNs nowadays because of how lazy this generation has gotten but the ones that do work for him, do their very best to accommodate the patients. My only concerned and sometimes IS overwhelmed the amount of patients in the front lobby (waiting area). I truly believe whom the person(s) does the schedule needs to meet with the doctor and go over plan B. It s a Priority! I would definitely recommend 30 - 35 patients per day. Allows for some walk ins. Gives every staff employee room to breathe, including Our doctor . He s human too!! I think there s going to be less stress for everyone including the patients!! I had a 99% blocked main heart artery and Dr. FADI did a fantastic job with stenting the deficit. He actually saved my life, he said I was a walking time bomb to go off at any second. Very busy place but the wait wasnt bad. First time meeting Dr. Fadi, I was very impressed with him. Hes very knowledgable, took his time and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to friends and family.

When I walked in the place was packed. When the nurse finished triaging me and an ekg a lot of people were already gone. I waited like about 10 minutes and I was called into the room, talked to the Doctor about how I was feeling. Then he told me what he was suggesting for me and told me about my next appointment. Excellent services! Thank you!
