Great location and amenities. Easy to access right off Interstate 20. The facility is clean. The courtyard is so Zen with a tranquil pond and, a beautiful gazebo. Great place for intimate parties or outdoor weddings.

Arbor Event Center was a great venue for our sons Wedding Open House. To plan our open house, we arranged times to see the venue and communicating with the facility was positive. The staff let us know what was included in the price. Using the centers tables, chairs and tablecloths was convenient. We used the audio/visual equipment to share a large slideshow. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we could use our own caterer. The foyer is beautiful! The restrooms are clean and there was plenty of parking. You can customize the spacious venue to your event. We loved celebrating such a special occasion with our friends right here in Arlington.

As a designer and event planner I ve worked with ARBOR Event on multiple occasions. The venue itself is a win, WIN!! Whether you rent for your wedding inside or out, you ll be very pleased! Also the bridal suite is everything!! The customer service, price point and overall experience has always been great!!

This place offers event rentals, but should honestly stop. This was the worst experience I ve had as an event planner with a venue. For starters, the door was locked and lights out at the time when we were told to arrive. The staff member, Gloria was beyond rude to myself, vendors & additional guests. She (Gloria) said I m only here so the building won t burn down and there is nothing I have to do with your event. The staff here is unprofessional and it s very telling that they don t like having black people in their facility. When I asked to have tables moved, I was met with attitude and told well Jordyn said this was your layout. There was no help from staff with needs of microphone, unloading/loading guidance. Basically if you want to have an event at this place! Don t I can only imagine what a wedding would be like if this was the experience for just a simple baby shower.

Two stars only because everything leading up to the day was great. However, unfortunately our experience the day of the event was not great at all. I had great communication with the event staff via email and the time I toured in person, but the employee on site the day of the event was extremely rude and not helpful. Her tone of voice was very condescending and she clearly did not want to provide any day of support if needed. She stated that she was just there so the building wouldn t burn down and she had nothing to do with my event. I would have preferred the person I communicated with about the event be there since they had more details of the event. I know we discussed that if anything needed to be adjusted after setting up the tables, we could move some stuff around, but apparently that was an issue for the woman on site. I had several questions to ask and needed assistance, but simply didn t because she locked her door and it felt like we were bothering her. I ve never experienced that level of discomfort from an event venue. I understand she s not part of the event staff, but as a representative of ARBOR, it was disappointing.
