First time and the last time coming to this place. This place is DIRTY, hot and it smells as it hasnt been cleaned in months. The restrooms are as dirty as a night club, no toilet paper in any stall no soap. My wife and I have only been here 20 minutes and are ready to run out. We paid for the 2 hours. I went up to the front desk and asked for a refund on the last hour. The lady in the front said sorry we dont do refunds. But we can give you a coupon for an extra hour. I told her, Sorry. We wont be coming back. This place needs to be zero stars and closed untill they get it cleaned up.

Held a party on June 1, 2024. Party room was filthy dirty. From floor to walls, the tables...everything was filthy. I have emailed customer service and have called as well and I have yet to hear from anyone...5 days and counting. Never again will I go and I will make sure to voice my opinion to others about this place.

Just came in to get information to book a party and before leaving I went to the restroom and they were all filthy! 2 toilets clogged up , trash cans full of trash , floor dirty and sticky and no soap. How do they open at 10am and it s 10:15am when I walked in. According to the female worker , they cleaned last night. I can only imagine how dirty their kitchen is.

My nephew had his birthday there , I was not satisfied at all with the place of service or the environment . You have to order the pizza and it s comes from an outside source (domino s ) . Waiting for delivery really backs you you. My kids take medication , and had to double dose them since the medication only helps for an hour . ZENPEP (pancrelipase) is a prescription medicine for people who cannot digest food normally because their pancreas does not make enough enzymes . When purchasing extra 2L drink, we weren t allowed to buy cokes because they only had 2 left for the rest of the day or other parties . They really need to restock on there refrigerator. Honestly a waste of money for a party celebration and negative vibe from the employees.

We are big fans of get air and used to have yearly passes back before our home location closed during COVID. So my kids were really excited to see a get air where we are stationed in Texas. However, once we got in, their disappointment quickly set in. This location is extremely dirty. It doesn t have many of the fun extra features of normal get airs- there is no surfboard, no zip line, no climbing structure for the little ones etc. The ninja course was unmonitored, poorly lit and lacking the features of most get air locations. Several of the activities present are broken or missing. There were no balls for the basketball jumps, and only one ball for all dodgeball areas. The slackline area had no foam cushioning. There was also an alarming lack of staff. There was only one person at the desk and one person rotating around the jump area occasionally. Typically in a get air the ninja area, the swing, dodgeball and the main trampoline area would have some sort of monitoring but that is not the case at this location. It s basically a free for all and a matter of time until someone gets hurt. At one point a kid peed in the slackline area and it just sat there with multiple kids falling into it because there was no staff to notice.

This place is in need of many, many repairs. It hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Ive gone 2 times in the past six months and its rough. Seats are pealing, kid areas are falling apart. Bumper protectors are really filthy

This trampoline park is very run down. We hosted a birthday party here recently and were blown away with the terrible service and run down park/party room. We purchased a more expensive package but received terrible results. We had to tell the employees what the packaged entailed. There were dirty table clothes, destroyed walls, and disgustingly dirty trampoline park. The most frustrating part was were we ignored the whole time. We were than told we would get a partial refund but it never happened. I will never return or recommend

This used to be a great place to take the kids but lately it is so disgusting. From the foam cubes smelling like drool to sugar ants crawling on the edges of the trampoline. It seems that they havent sanitized in a while because the seating blocks are stained with spilled liquids and sticky. They clearly havent vacuumed or wiped down in a while. Additionally some of the trampolines are loose, springs are exposed, lots of creakiness made me uneasy, andthings just not being replaced like basketballs or dodge balls. Not taking my kids here anymore.

Not horrible but not great. The main issue I had was with the main entrance to the trampoline area. The steps are falling apart and my kids tripped over the loose parts multiple times. If they wont fix that obvious issue it makes me wonder what else is left that we cannot see.

So..I saw a little girl threw up on the walkway of the trampolines the parents cleaned up a bit but i made 3 employees aware so they can clean or disinfect the area. No one ever showed up to clean it. Kids and adults were walking on the spot. Its disgusting! Literally every person that was aware of problem was just trying to pass the problem on to someone else and nothing got done. Also if you think your going to feel comfortable while your kids play think again. It is so incredibly hot in here. There isnt any ventilation what so ever. Super uncomfortable...no air! It literally is better being outside and that says alot!!!! Oh and as far as management reaching out its just a automated response. No one live contacts you.

Let them sign waivers, so we dont have to worry about fixing up the place. This is what the owner probably thinks. Fun for kids, but the kids cant see the dangers and potential injuries they can receive if they have an accident. We only stayed one hour after seeing how torn apart the place was. According to the response from two weeks ago, they were already looking at the issues but as of today, the place looks really bad. If they arent even fixing up the issues that are visible, do you think they are inspecting the trampolines for damage? Or at least doing general inspections? Nope

My daughter loves coming here, but it has become a safety issue. The floors, the benches, ripped up safety net. At the front, the floors are dirty and the machines have no prizes. We ve been here several times before and this go round in July of 2023 just felt like the place needs some better upkeep/maintenance and customer service. There were no balls freely available to play in the basketball area. One of the workers was playing with a ball while monitoring an area nearby and when asked about this, he simply provided the one ball he was bouncing himself. Then when asked about there not being any balls available for the dodgeball, he indicated they now only make balled available during dodgeball games they facilitate every hour or 30 minutes. My husband and I then sat in a pair of massage chairs and paid $10 at each, but one ended up not working. And apparently the workers there knew but didn t have a sign on it. They said they d posted one there but people take it down. We basically lost the $10. Then we realized the music being played were explicit versions of songs, which we thought inappropriate given the cliente are kids.

This place need to be maintenance. They need to make sure the equipment is properly. My granddaughter got hurt today because an area was not closed advising people that their equipment is torn. That area has two board with not cushion on it. And my granddaughter got hurt. I understand we signed a waiver but its their responsibility to make sure their equipment is secured too.

It s a decent place to take your kids to have some fun jumping but over all this place needs to be cleaned. There was a bandaid on the floor where other kids are running around and playing, there are some foam blocks that are just way to torn and filthy, one had what appeared to be blood. The women s restroom has 6 stalls with one 3 working, it smelled so bad. Trash cans where overflowing, there was no cleaning log in the restroom to know when it was the last time someone went in there to clean it. It was super slow, less than 5 kids were there when we went and about 3/4 workers and none of them cleaning. Also NO balls in the dodgeball area. It really needs improvement.

While the trampoline areas are immaculate and well taken care of, the restrooms are neglected beyond belief. We ve been here for numerous parties and the restrooms stink. The floors are disgustingly sticky and there aren t any hand towels. An employee simply apologized and said, We re completely out of paper towels. While people might enjoy jumping, it s the lack of cleanliness that brings this place down to 2 stars. I would much rather spend time in a place that is cleaner. We had booked a party . When we went in the room was very dirty. No one Gad cleaned from the night before. Tables were dirty, you could see the trash cans right from the window. The bucket of water was Very dirty right in the entrance. I had payed for 15 guests and they charged one of my guests for three kids after I told the guy they were my guests. They did not refund me. This is one of the fun get away for kids but looks like poor management as there are some areas where the cushions are fallen apart and torn ( which is not safe for kids at all) which I had complained last time of my visit(but no action taken) also the bathroom door lock do not work and no water in some of the sink please DO fix the things as part of safety concerns take a walk and save your business.. This place was not like this when we first went about a year ago, we just went last week and I was appalled at how gross the trampoline park was. When you enter it smells like feet and pickles. The floor was dirty like no one was cleaning or sanitizing anything. There are large pieces of foam, there s only 3 balls for dodgeball. I will not be visiting again til this place has been cleaned.
