I drove for my second time. Asked if they made Chile Relleno burritos, cheese, no meat. (My personal favorite!) The person said yes they could. (Not on thier regular menu!) When I got it, it was hot, soft n fluffy, tasted as good as it looked! Will definitely be back for more!

I really love this place and hadnt been here in a bout year. Today I made a trip from killeen and the wait was long. I ordered the number 6 espadas. I wanted half al pastor and the other 2 Extra crispy tripas with no onion. I left there at about 545 ans traffic was wild. By the time I made it home it was 630. And to my dismay I had a completely different order. I was given mini barbarcoa tacos with LOTS of onions and 2 quesadillas and beans. All of which I did not want at all in any way. I tried to give them a call but they werent accepting calls or voicemails. Now we have wasted food , time and money.

Everything here is amazing. I hope this place gets some recognition. As good as any tacos I ve had anywhere in Texas. Al pastor and Asada Tacos were fantastic. Their breakfast tacos were all amazing as well

Great place, amazing service. We showed up after 4th of July parade and ordered the 30 Taco Heart platter and they had it done in about 10 minutes and the tacos were amazing! Love this hidden gem!

Big flavor in a small package! The building is small, but do not let that dissuade you from stopping at Taqueria El Taco, there is ample reasons found on their menu to make your visit worthwhile. I rated the atmosphere right down the middle because it was clean and tidy, and venues with outdoor patio or deck seating would generate more stars. Service has been consistently good to great, and the flavor is a worthy competitor to larger vendors. I picked up a standard order of 30 barbacoa street tacos. Order came with plenty of sauce and garnishes. Locals in the know make the effort to visit, because it is worth the trip.

Been here twice, and both times, I was blown away. Like I immediately wanted to go back and get some more. From the Tortas to the tacos to the enchiladas, to the rice and beans! I havent had anything that wasn t good! This is definitely the go to spot if you want some bomb Mexican food Food

Tacos Birria, Gorditas Al Pastor, Asada taco, were all great. Service was top notch. I really never had a waitress at a taqueria before. Very nice. Highly recommend. I would add a photo but we ate it all before I had a chance lol.
