I visited the center to attend a baby shower. What a jewel. The old school has been converted into a multi-room meeting venue. The old classrooms had huge windows that let in natural light, plenty of space with comfortable chairs and tables provided. Despite being 100° plus outside, it was cool inside. Theres also a splash pad with covered picnic tables across from the parking lot of the center. Very nice use of space.

Had a party here and was told because they seen a tack on the table they had to keep $50 of the deposit even after letting them know we did not use tacks.. do not recommend having a party here..

recently had a party here and would not recommend. they blamed us for something we didn t do . took money from our deposit after waiting 3 weeks to get our deposit back. had a receptionist out of town n let someone who i guess isn t trained fully tell us wrong information and didn t care to fix there wrongs. was told we couldn t extend time because a party was going on after ours just to find out today she said it was no other parties in that room that day at all. just overall horrible experience.

I highly recommend not using this facility. My daughter had my granddaughters birthday party there. I was told that we defaced the property with thumb tacks which we never used because I personally helped to decorate. We were told that we should not have put anything on the wall with the tape we used also. So they charged us 50.00 we will definitely not be using this in the future.

Just had my sons 16th Bday Party there and it was great!!! Venue was so clean and presentable including the restrooms. It was a great amount of space for the group we had, price was very reasonable also.

Clean. Restrooms clean, too, plenty of soap, paper towels, too. Hallways and rooms clean. Easy to reserve, and the locks on the doors to the rooms are codes that allow you to enter the code and opens only during the reserved time slot, PERFECT!! Plenty of parking in lot and on street for the size of the building/rooms. Well-ventilated and easy to open/shut the shades to help with lighting when using the screens to show slides

Just hosted our wedding here and the place was great! Fit everyone perfectly. I do recommend if you are going to have 200 people or more rent out the whole place its a much better experience. It has good area for pictures. And the front desk people are very friendly and easy to communicate with. They help you out in whatever you need.

The Harris Community Center has multiple rooms of various sizes available for reservation. The large meeting room has two large screens for projecting presentations and a large dance floor. It easily held 30 people doing the Cupid Shuffle. I did not note the maximum occupancy, but I imagine it would be between 150 and 200. The kitchen had ovens, a sink, refrigerator and lots of counter space. Everything looked clean, new, and up to date. An enjoyable space for an event!

Had a wedding shower for our spiritual daughter and her awesome future husband from England. The staff and especially Matt Bates really had some great recommendations when it came time for setting up for this venue. The full kitchen right down the hall is a plus. We had about 90 guests and the space accommodated them very comfortably. I would highly recommend the Harris Community Center for your next event.
