Sadly My first and last time at this Texas Roadhouse DUE TO THE SERVER: joined the waitlist online, for a party of two , arrived and was immediately seated:) our server Brittnay quickly greeted us with a stale, rude attitude, seemed to treat us immediately as if they re not going to tip me I asked her a simple question about the steak sizes, she pointed at the menu and said so no starters like I said she also seemed bothered that we didn t get any soda or appetizers She not only once but multiple times cut me off, ignored my question and was simply disrespectful towards me Throughout our entire dining experience Brittnay expressed a passive aggressive, uninviting, and extremely rude personality. After she noticed the tip was short (after being disrespected my entire visit) she added a smart remark we are working off tips as she walked away! I ve never been more disappointed, disrespected in an establishment I paid good money to enjoy myself at! The food was fresh, hot and delicious, but the service was unacceptable and I m still waiting to further discuss the issue with management.

Been going here for years and I always get great service. They re great at accommodating dietary restrictions and able to changes plate on a need basis. I accidentally ordered something I could eat and they swapped it for something else. Steaks are always cooked just right :)

We were sat down at our table and it took 20 mins for a manager to notice us and finally take our drink order, meanwhile others all around us were served. Manager Leilani was not helpful and just happened to look and notice that we had not received our drinks and took those. The place was not crowded either. We were patient and understanding. I dropped in for an afternoon snack on the last half of a 4-hr DFW freeway traffic drive. The place was totally full and there was a wait list, but open seating at the bar. I pulled up a stool and had grilled shrimp appetizer, which was great. Multiple screens with football, racing, and music kept me entertained. But the BEST thing was Eric, the bartender. Ive NEVER in my 81 years seen anyone move so fast and serve so many people very effectively -- all with a great smile! If we lived nearby, I would visit often during his shifts. ;-)

Food was good like always but we were sat right next to a huge group when there was many other open spots. Our server was always technical with her words like sounded like robot. No personality. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she would hear us but second she left the table it already left her head. She was nice but god she was so loud like seriously. The service was ok. Had to ask waiter if he was ok because attitude was at a high level. We came at 830, so we get it you had a long day and ready to go home but get this, I dont get a discount because it is 830pm. The food was not the best, both orders of ribs were dry and chewy. Ill say this...the bread was awesome and my beer was cold. I had given the place a break because it just had not been on point for a bit, now decided will stay away for a while. We love this place and have always had fabulous food! However, on Thursday, September 5 at 3 PM both of our steaks were terrible. My chicken fried steak was so burned and my husband steak was rare even though he ordered medium well. No, we did not say anything because my husband is that kind of person who does not want to make a scene and I respect that. Please check Cook from Thursday, September 5 at 3 PM because he needs new training. Of course we will return.

We been going there for special occasions every now and then. But this time was the worst Ribeye steak ever! very, very thin and dried out. I asked for medium but because it was so thin, it was like beef jerky. I like my Ribeye a lot thicker than that thin piece of meat we both were served. Not juicy whatsoever. Our baked potatoes were very dry aswell. It was late, so we didnt say anything to the server. The sever was very friendly. We just left very disappointed. Hard earned money wasted.

We ordered here several times a week and today the steak tasted like rubber and was cooked totally wrong. We noticed it after getting home and cutting the steak. We called and were willing to drive back to exchange it. They declined and said if we don t like it we can come back, wait and they will cook the cut up steak for us which is in my opinion a totally unreasonable request. You mess up an order and instead of replacing it you want people to bring back the messed up food so you can take it back, make people wait again and try to fix it wow, just wow. Never again unless they fix this and go above and beyond to make up for ruining my spouse s dinner.

I would express overall my fiancé and I had a nice time, and he checked on us when he needed to. I was there at your restaurant on August 12 celebrating my sister-in-laws birthday with my family. The waitress was very inefficient. She forgot my dressing for my salad and we asked for refills on drinks and it took her a long time to come back. I asked for a Tabasco sauce for my food and He also forgot it and apart from that the area where they sat us was in a corner of the restaurant and the floor was very dirty. I told him twice to clean the place and they didnt do it. I would come back but for another occasion I would ask for a change of waiter instantly.

My experience at this roadhouse was not very good. Please follow along by reading the entire commentary, so you will better understand the rating. For my birthday, my friend and I specifically went to roadhouse for their prime special. We got there in time, because we knew it would sell out, to have a prime rib. However, we wanted to wait for our friends, out of respect, so we did not order immediately. Approximately 15 minutes later, when we were ready to order, they were SOLD OUT of prime rib. I think it would have been better for the server save a piece, knowing that was our intention to order, or encourage us to order early due to the amount of prime rib left. She was quite sure there was a sufficient amount, and then brought us disappointing news. once asked how the service and dinner was by management, I openly and politely expressed this concern. Thinking about professionalism, and the Texas roadhouse name, I was expecting the manager to compensate with a small discount, or at least a coupon gift card of some value for the inconvenience. No such thing was done. Perhaps it was immaturity as the manager was young and or lack of experience. It was just a too bad, so sad type of response. For the four of us we spent approximately $200 in total so it was not a quick lunch. I will be sure to let everybody know about this roadhouse and their service.

I expected more from a Texas roadhouse in Texas. The Texas roadhouse I visit in Nebraska is much better. They take pride in their food as well as their service. The rolls are always fresh and the service is top notch. I will probably never visit this restaurant again. It wasnt the service that turned me off from the restuarant, it was the food. My first time and what a delightful experience it was! I was blown away with bread and sweet cinnamon butter that were complimentary. Really wanted to stuff myself with a lot of bread but resisted so I could eat my main course. We ordered a half rack of Ribs with steak fries and a Chicken Critter salad. Salad was Salad.. like salads should be.. pretty good I mean :) but the Ribs were like OMG honestly the best I ve ever had! Literally tender, juicy, falling off the bone good.. just supremely delicious.. forgot to even take a pic. Finally concluded our evening with a warm brownie. I order to go 2 sides of fries 1 with cheese and the other with cheese and bacon. They put both fries in 1 box. I don t eat meat for religious reason and when I saw it I asked for them to remake and they just separate the fries, still had bacon in the cheese only one. Jada by far is the most compassionate and kindest waitress I ve met in all my years eating out. I took my kiddo who has severe autism and is non verbal out in a really crowded space during Father s Day there for the first time. Usually I make sure it s a quiet setting because of his sensory overloads. My son was very scared and uneasy and Jada really was super patient , kind and even chatting a bit and interacting with my son as I tried to work with him to calm. I got my food to go because I wanted my kiddo to be comfortable and Jada was so nice and understanding even brought us rolls and sodas while we waited for the order. This was only our second time at a Texas Roadhouse (both at this location), and it s been fantastic! The service tonight was exceptionally attentive and caring! It was fairly busy when we arrived around 5:30 on Monday evening, however, the hosts greeted us warmly and were able to seat us immediately. Our server, Brandon, was amazing! He was quick to welcome us, perfectly took our orders, and even suggested some really helpful modifications for our meals. He had a great attention to detail and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Brandon exemplifies an efficient and personable server! Two different managers checked on us at different moments of our dining experience, and I also watched them helping throughout the restaurant with other guests as well (running food, getting high chairs, checking on to-go orders). The food arrived surprisingly fast and hot. I had the southern fried steak and my wife had the fried chicken. She thought hers was overly salty, and I was surprised how overpowering the bbq seasoning/marinade was on the steak (it probably mentioned it in the menu, but just missed that). The food was good enough, and we are blessed that we were able to enjoy such a great dining experience tonight. This is the only Texas Roadhouse I ve been to, and only the second time as well, so I m not sure if this level of excellence is typical at all locations and all times, but it exceeded my expectations of a chain restaurant.

I would just like to share that Gabby and EB were amazing you can find them behind the bar alongside with Wendy they were all very friendly and attentive I ve never been to a Texas Roadhouse more professional than this one I ll definitely be coming back and they all deserve to be recognized I appreciate the customer service since it was definitely outstanding and enjoyed meeting them also the manager did greeted us and was super nice and personable ( definitely go to the bar they were amazing ) all staff is friendly
