Mr Martinez has been not only my attorney, but my friend and confidant for the last 11 years. Although we have not always agreed on decisions, his advice has ALWAYS been right. He has been the absolute most well-prepared and capable attorney I have ever met or have had represent me. He, Mr Hsu and their staff have been with me in the ride of a lifetime and they have never given anything less than 110%. I ve said this to friends: you get what you pay for and Martínez Hsu is the absolute best attorney you could hire for just about any type of case. In law, sometimes there are no second chances. When you are faced with a legal matter, it can be daunting, intimidating and frankly, scary. In fact, that was my husband and I, after filing a roof replacement claim that was abruptly denied by our homeowners insurer - without explanation. Thankfully, we were referred to the law offices of Martinez Hsu, P.C. Under the reassuring and clear guidance of Pete Cawthon, we shared the facts of our experience, and were able to define a path forward, during an exceptionally busy year-end holiday season. In a month s time, our insurer retracted the denial of our claim and agreed to fully cover our roof replacement. After breathing a collective sigh of relief, my husband and I can now move forward, knowing that our home will no longer be subject to the often brutally windy, hail-stricken storm season of North Texas with a failing roof over our heads. I was sued by a large Fort Worth real estate company. After contacting their legal representative, I was told We have done our research on you and your wife s assets . What followed was a list of items that had either mine or my wife s name on a public registration/deed. To include a partial of a family s farm. They threatened to place liens on all properties, accounts and even auction off vehicles, if hundreds of thousands of dollars were not paid soon. My family and I were not familiar with the legal capabilities of such threats and were emotionally terrified of the unimaginable future. At the advice of a close friend I reached out to Matinez Hsu. Who at NO charge, quickly met with us (with in days) and calmed our fears by explaining a much less doom and gloom picture of our future. In the end, we did have some legal obligations to the real estate company but Martinez Hsu neigotiated a much more realistic & reasonable sum. While the whole process was stressful, someone from the office of Matinez Hsu routinely contacted me and updated us on the progress. I would advice any one to hire Martinez Hsu for legal guidance. They understand the emotional strain that legal issues put on those who are not accustom to this arena.

Not a professional group of attornies. Michael Martinez tents to threaten people thinking he will get his needs based on his title . This complaint has been sent to the Better Business Bureau based on the fact that he used his title to help family members with civil matters to intimidate other business. Not professional at all .

An Lee and Anita Garcia helped me on an eviction I had to move forward with. Bought a property at the Court steps, after that we listened to An Lee and followed all his indication and advice. In a little over than 3 months we had the property in our possession. It could have been sooner but we waited a bit to make sure we were safe. Anita was my point of contact for all our emails. An Lee was our main attorney representing us. It was a great, smooth, and fun experience. Will contact them if I have any more real estate matters that would be in their scope.
