Danley Bergia handled my divorce efficiently from start to finish. Lisa is fabulous. She s the perfect mix of cutthroat and compassionate. Incredibly professional. I am extremely happy with the service provided to me. My attorney was very professional and knowledgeable in all matters of my case. My case is definitely not an ordinary one. Its been complex in all matters as far as custody and finances. My lawyer always responds quickly if I have any questions or concerns.

This is the most dishonest law firm in Austin! They have no problem lying and absolutely NOT DOING THEIR JOB while making up fake hours to charge. They lied and passed the buck telling me the AG office was lying to me. They refused to get ANY info on my ex s assets through his company. They would even defend my ex stating he didn t have to provide necessary paperwork or it didn t matter what he was doing! This firm started a FAKE case lying to me stating there was a court date set. I not only had to pay them thousands to prepare for the fake date, they also caused friction between me and a close family member because of their dishonesty! This firm called people on my witness list and lied to me about what they were told. When I would request a conference call with them and the witnesses, they wouldn t respond. This firm forced me to do things I did not want to do just so I WOULD HAVE to pay them more money, they threatened to quit if I didn t comply. This firm forced me to attend mediation when my doctor told me I was not in the right mindset to. I was being treated for CO poison and had lost my son. They 100% did NOT negotiate for me or even pay attention during mediation (she was to busy on her computer). They immediately quit after mediation before completing the job. I am not sure how these people look in the mirror every day knowing they are purposely screwing over innocent people that put trust in them.
