We had an amazing stay! The staff was welcoming & helpful. The hotel is extremely well kept & absolutely spotless! Our room was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed from pots & pans to dishwasher soap to clean them! The breakfast was phenomenal & plentiful. There was a wonderful staff member making sure all food options were refilled & area was cleaned up after guests. My little ones had a blast at the pool & the shower was absolutely incredible! I was also able to wash our clothes at my convenience. This is probably my most favorite hotel stay ever! We will be back in a few weeks.

I removed 1 star due to the missing exterior structure (see below). The interior is top-notch and looks brand new, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything in between. Our studio suite room was on the 1st floor toward the back side, and yall, it looked just like the bougie Hyatt we stayed at for an anniversary trip in Naples, FL. This room was fantastic! Gorgeous countertops, tons of space, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a cook top and dishwasher in the kitchen area. These little perks go a long way! They did a great job of separating the living room from the bedroom area, as well as providing functional closet and drawer space between the bathroom and bed. The shower is HUGE. There is a metal strip at the bottom of the shower that sounds like very faint music when the water hits it. The sound was really confusing at first, but it wasnt enough to frustrate me. If you or someone staying with you is sensitive to certain sounds, you can easily put a hand towel on top of the metal to erase the sound. The breakfast (included with stay) was higher end quality food products, and offered a good amount of variety. The gym equipment looked new and well taken care of. There is a filtered water station in the gym that is tall enough to fit large tumblers. I did not use the indoor pool, but it looked clean and didnt have the gross over chlorinated smell. The hotels location is very convenient too, right by the highway. Now, there is one thing about this hotel that is a HUGE con. There is no covered check-in driveway. Its bad enough that there is no noticeable sign telling you where the front door is (we drove around the building twice!), but to not give people a covered area to unload their vehicles is the lightening and pouring down rain is pretty unacceptable. Overall, our first impression of the hotel was very poor- having to haul our items from the car in the pouring down rain with lightning everywhere immediately made us very upset. But the nice and comfortable interior helped ease some tensions. I STRONGLY URGE the owners of this hotel to lower their prices until they install a covered area over the drive way in front of the front door. An open air pole barn or oversized carport would suffice. Soaking wet clothes, suitcases, work gear, etc are useless.

We travel a lot and stayed here for business a couple a days . Room need fixes with certain doors and cracks in the wall but overall not too bad . Service is good when they want to be. They can also choose to be very rude . We are a titanium elite member And we were treated poorly because we had a couple of questions on how the charges work. Front desk guy was completely rude and hung up on us while we were nothing but polite . He was acting completely unprofessional just because we had a few questions . They don t appreciate their high value customers ,so i doubt they appreciate any customer. I won t spend a single penny with them again.

Do not stay here. The room we stayed in (424) was very nice and clean BUT the noise from the highway was so loud. We asked to move rooms but the hotel was full. Management was very aware of our situation and recommended we play white noise. I am not a light sleeper and we are not picky people. You are rolling the dice on a very noisy room by the highway if you stay at this location.

Great location easy to access 121 or 183. Very clean, staff has been excellent. Always enjoy staying at Residents Inn, this is one of the best ones. I like the feel of an apartment and having more room. Place also has an indoor pool. Not that brought one, but this one is also pet friendly. They actually have dog biscuits at front desk. Very cool

Booked a room using points and upgraded to a 2 bed suite using my suite night rewards (Platinum Rewards). I got a confirmation number days prior to my stay. When I arrived they placed me in a room that was not a 2 bedroom suite. Even with proof in hand of my reservation they refused to acknowledge any mistake and insinuate that it was my fault. Vivianna, the manager, changed her story several times. I can only speculate the real reasons. The rooms were sold out so there was no recourse but to accept the imposition. When I returned to my room, my Marriott App notified me that I had been upgraded to a new room, which of course was the front desk correcting their mistake in the system. The hotel is new and everything is nice. The rooms can be loud with lots of nearby road noise. Breakfast was nice. If not for the bad hospitality, I would recommend, however my experience was bad.

YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR FAN IN THE ROOM! Okey dokey. This was a nice little hotel with close proximity to the surgery center I was working at, and to the airport. They do offer shuttle service which is nice. Hotel had a bunch of pumpkins on display you could vote on. A nice little gym(with photos) and photos of my room . I always end up with the handicapped room but Im not complaining. Less things for me to kick when walking around. Had a nice little one night stay. Would come here again.

My wife and I stayed here for vacation from Mississippi 5-31-23 to 6-4-23. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Its only 2 years old and everything is super clean and new. The room/kitchen/ bathrooms, etc. were flawless. Our suite attendant Mila was absolutely awesome!!! She washed our dishes, folded clothes that were out, and organized the placement of our things and cleaned the room very well!!! I had to leave her a tip! The breakfast was really good. I wish we could afford to stay here permanently. We will definitely be back. Plus, I won 200 points on my marriott account from a wheel spin at the front desk. I really hope they can keep up the quality long term. The only con is that the entrance wasnt easy to find(They need a sign directing people to the entrance). Other than that, keep up the good work crew!!!

I moved my parents to this hotel after they missed their connection flight with AA and they sent them over to a hotel across the street that has roaches and its not clean. My parents loved the hotel, breakfast was very good and the staff kind and attentive. If you are looking where to stay heres a great option and you get great value for what you are paying! I think this is the first time I ve stayed at a hotel and wasn t disappointed. I m picky with hotels. I usually choose Holiday Inn but the one next door had bad reviews. In most hotels I can walk around the room and see spots here and there where there s been repairs and it s been lazily done and just looks tacky. This place is very nice, clean and the decor is great. The room is very comfortable and inviting. The bathroom was very clean. The towel rack was so clean and polished that I could look in it like a mirror. Cleanliness is a big deal and it can make or break the experience. Hotel rooms should always be spotless. We stayed in room 206 on 5/7/23, so thank you to whomever was the housekeeper for us. However, I think this is a relatively new building so it s obviously going to be easier to keep clean and look nice. The woman at reception was very friendly and welcoming. It s so nice to see that these days. It seems like customer service has gone down the drain the past few years so thank you kind reception lady. I seriously can t say enough about how good our experience was. I will 100% stay here again if I m in the area. It s pretty pricey but it s totally worth it.

It s not often I leave a review for a Hotel, even less one for Residence Inn. However, this one breaks the mold. The hotel is a newer property, and while it s conveniently located, it s in an area that isn t surrounded by much commercial development yet. This is good because it s quiet and not a far drive from food and other options. So many positives about this property. The staff behind the desk was very friendly and accommodating. I had just drove a long distance and was not in the mood for dealing with people, but she was kind and warm. The perfect deposition for what I needed at that moment. When I arrived in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Everything I needed was there. A well apportioned kitchen, comfortable Living Room, I m very comfortable bedrooms. The large bathroom in the master suite was more than I could ve hope for. I could ve easily stayed here for a whole week without any second thoughts. The only improvement I could recommend is that it was difficult from the outside to identify where I should check in. A simple sign that reads welcome would be helpful. I have added this as a favorite property for the next time I m in Dallas.

I was stressed & all over the place trying to get everything together & everyone I encountered from booking - checkout was soooo helpful & professional! Great hotel. I only stayed for two nights while being in town for the Cowboys blowout of the Colts 54-19. I didnt use the pool, gym or outside court, but I did enjoy the delicious free breakfast. The room itself was great. A full kitchen with a full size fridge. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and super clean. There is no room service so the only food provided is the free breakfast and what they have available at their snack bar. Great location near DFW airport.

Rooms are a great size with kitchens that have everything you could possibly need. Recommend this place for proximity to the airport and many restaurants down the road. Had dirty closet he s in my room and was not able to switch rooms or was my room cleaned in my two days staying here. Id like to begin by saying that I spent a lot time in different hotels since Im a commercial pilot, but this hotel in particular which I always use every time I come to training in Dallas is my preferred, the staff are always welcoming and greeting specially the girls at the night shift, I like to point out that during my last stay there had an issue with my company advising me to stay in a different hotel, I refused and I asked Nadia to help me out with the reservation that I had previously that my company canceled, she went above and beyond, not only that she put me in a room where I was not to be disturbed by other gas since I was going to be here for training and a lot studies, thank you Nadia and all the staff at the residence inn by Marriott Dallas DFW.

So, I normally stay at Residence Inn for the Suite style rooms at an reasonable price. This Residence Inn meets that need and goes the extra mile. It has the feel and look of a much more expensive hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Clean rooms. Decent location near the airport, a little weird to get in and out of the parking lot, but after a few come and goes you get used to it. Well worth the stay.

We come to Dallas once a month and they raised their rates from last month 123.00 to 159.00 due to the increase in business from all the canceled flights and events going on so they are busy is what the clerk told us and the room wasnt the same so didnt like it as well. They are clean rooms and they do have a hot breakfast so that is a plus. The other thing was I thought it was not good to have the shampoo and body wash in big containers in the shower instead of individual size that you open and use for your own use. I will be looking for a different place to stay.

This is the second time we ve stayed at this hotel. The rooms are roomy and clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and my husband was VERY happy that there are ovens in the rooms and not just stovetops (especially since we sometimes have to stay for months at a time). During our most recent stay, we had some issues with our first room and asked to be moved and the staff was very accommodating and we were in our new room by the next day. The workout room is always clean when I ve used it in the mornings and fully stocked with cleaning wipes for the equipments, headphones, fresh towels and cups for the water fountain. Breakfast has been as expected and there s always someone there making sure the food is stocked and tables get cleaned promptly. Overall, I d recommend staying here to my friends and family.

The staff and accommodations were great. We had a good stay at this hotel. The front desk attendants were pleasant and welcoming. The kitchen staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was options were sufficient and plentiful. The room was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thanks

Stayed at many Residence Inns across the country and at times for months at a time for work. Id wish they were all like this one. Modern updated rooms with good size new Tvs, really nice kitchen to cook in with all the tools needed to make cooking easy. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the room and the friendliness of the staff. If Im back in this area again this would be on the top of my list to stay.

Its my first time not loving my stay at holiday inn. This location didn t represent Holiday inn as it used to be always The carpet looked bad and smelled like mold , The bathroom smelled the same . Will never try this location again.

Was not very happy made reservations more than a month ago and paid for a double bed in advance was driving 10 hours got in to Dallas at 1.40 am and didnt have a bed to sleep my daughter slept in the floor never again will I stay there the front door clerk told us to go find an other hotel at 2 in the morning

The room is great. Kitchenette is perfect for a short weekend trip for making and easy dinner. However, the icing on this stay; we arrived and had requested a pack n play unfortunately, something went wrong and all were being used despite me checking the morning of our trip we were set with a pack n play so we didnt have to bring our own. We changed our plans and figured we could just use the pull out couch for our toddler. So we called down to get linens for it only to have them let us know the manager was currently on their way to a nearby Marriott to borrow one for us to have for our stay. Way to go above and beyond to make it right. Would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in DFW. Side note considering the distance to the airport I have not heard a single plane.

I first checked into the Hilton Garden Inn at the Hurst Convention center, but promptly was given a refund when I discovered bedbugs in my room. Then I checked into this Residence Inn, and found an almost perfectly clean room. Only the shower was dirty. I ended up rechecking two more times due to unexpected changes to planes. Each time everything but the shower was cleaned. So maid staff definitely are not cleaning the showers for some reason. Rooms are large, A/C is a little week, but worked. Has internet TV so you watch Netflix. Noise levels were very low, yes you do here like a mild motor noise from traffic speeding down the highway, but soothing actually if your used to city noise. Location is great if your thier for the mid cities, Irving, or the Airport. Easy on and off for the different highways.

First of all the service is 5 stars. The location is a zero and here is why. First this hotel is in a location and design that you can not escape noise. Highway noise on the two opposite long sides of the building and machinery noise for the row of rooms that might have reduced road noise. Second you can not turn the fan on to try to hide the noise. They have them shut off if the unit is not trying to heat or cool the room to save the 23 cents of electricity it uses to hide the noise.

First real review here since the hotel just opened yesterday. Hotel is immaculate as expected and the staff is friendly and hospitable. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with anything you may need for a long or short stay. Coin op laundry, nice pool and well appointed fitness center. Plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Some small bugs with mobile check in but it s to be expected with a brand new property. Plenty of RV or large vehicle parking as well. Can t wait for them to get settled in and start with real hot breakfasts. With the full kitchen not a must but definitely nice
