After reading reviews before selecting Kocian Law Firm for my estate planning needs, I was convinced that this would work for us. I was right. Greg Kocian explained things to us via a zoom call at first meeting and then we met in person where he explained more thoroughly in laymans terms instead of lawyer talk. His staff kept us informed along the way as to what to expect and what actions we needed to take. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. You wont be disappointed.

I havent had to deal with lawyers very much in my life, but if I have to do so in the future, I can only hope they would be as congenial, competent, and knowledgeable as Mr. Kocian. The entire estate planning process was efficient, and more importantly, educational. I highly recommend Mr. Kocian and his firm. You dont say this about lawyers a lot, but they were awesome!

I needed to update my current Estate planning documents. I spoke to Beverly. She was patient and listened carefully to what I needed to do. She was quick to respond to all my questions via e-mail before the documents were completed. On the day of signing Sara went over , at my speed ,all the forms while answering all my questions along the way. The presentation was beautiful. Everything was in a very nice, neat 3 ring binder. Very organized. I met Beth when I picked everything up when they were finished. She, also , was very professional and caring. She made me feel like I was a valued customer.
