Return here is a disaster. They don t know what a third party shopping app is and they return things as non receipted, that mess up your app account AND gets you banned from returning IF YOU EVER REALLY LOSE A RECEIPT. Manager, high as a kite - but seeing as it is bacliff, it s not surprising. So whole process is methed up

I purchased a pair of bolt cutters from the Bacliff store. Turns out I didnt need them and returned them unused 30 minute later. The kid, named Dee, that checked me out and subsequently processed the return were one and the same. He seemed like he was put out to help me with my purchase and the return. He accused me, in a very derogatory manner, of using the cutters which I most certainly did not. Then proceed to argue with me. Someone needs to teach that boy some manners. Ill never again shop at this or any other Tractor Supply store. The store manager and corporate should spend more money on customer service training and that boy should be looking for another job.

I ve made 4 or 5 trips to this location to get propane refilled and they haven t one time been able to fill them. This is the only location that I ve been to that has this problem. They should really hire someone that can fill tanks.

Went to buy tool box for my truck and saw a price on the top of the product. Brought the tag to the front to pay, price came up $200 higher than the tag. Manager asked to see the product and then peeled the sticker off and said that s the wrong price and just walked away. They wouldn t honor the price listed and walked away without even an apology or solution.

Lovely customer service, and store is consistent to all TSCs. But one of the main reasons we came to this location was to use the self serve dog wash, and although first time at a TSC self wash, its the most under-equipped and maintained self-wash Ive ever been to. Hair all over and in everything, unclean or broken/rusty tools, lack of leads, no coat hooks, and only 2 shampoo options (which were just open gallon jugs. Really pittiful if there is a regular cleaning schedule, doesnt seem like its enforced

Was disappointed that an item wasnt there for me to purchase. I was told theyd pick it up from another store so I could purchase. The in stock amounts of other locations (Santa fe, tx) are also off so will waste a customers time. Management needs to get these simple issues fixed if wanna compete with similar companies.

I love tractor supply. I shop there for my parents gifts for every occasion and some dog things, they have a vet and dog wash station ( i havent used either but plan to soon). But one of the ladies was so sweet on Mothers day that she gave me a single rose as I stood in line to check out. Ill definitely be back.

Well I went in a few weeks prior to look at chicks. Minimum 4 so I got 4. The next week I bought 4 more. And then 4 more. They are all alive due to good care and are all adorable. Just be warned if you get chicks, you will want more of the feathery serotonin. Only complaint, and I understand why but dont like it, the chicks are not vaccinated for Mareks disease. Mareks will kill your entire flock and is extremely painful.

This location is one of the smallest in the company. They can assist in ordering what you may not find in the more limited local inventory, but the company can provide far more than meets the eye online. The staff is attentive, friendly, informative, and interested in what brings you to the type of store they are. Try the website and know the merchandise changes with the farming seasons. Buy when you see your conditions are met. I caught a few great sales over the years, but the products were not to be seen again. The Baytown and Santa Fe locations have more selection.

This is the third time Ive tried to fill propane at this location. They dont seem to have anyone who is certified to fill propane ever. Every manager Ive spoken to isnt certified and gives me the runaround about it. I was told to come in on a weekday in the morning to get service, I work Monday through Friday 6 to 430, so that definitely wont work. I need propane to run my fridges in my rv that in full time in. Tractor supply stepup your game with the propane or just get rid of your filling service.

Only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because one staff member thought my stutter was worth mocking as soon as I turned to leave after asking a question. When I snapped back with say that to my face, he walked away beet red Id called him out. Just was a bummer this is the type of people they tolerate on their staff. The rest of the staff was kind, polite and helped me find anything I needed for a project Im doing.

I was looking for pet supplies for my dog and bird and I found almost everything I needed and so much more. This store is awesome. I cannot let my husband go there alone. We would have to take out a loan because we could spend a fortune in there. Love it.
