I was very pleased with this attorney. He was receptive to listen to my specific requests and details; the medical, financial, and living wills were written up perfectly to my satisfaction. He and his staff were very professional and efficient. And his legal assistant responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and emails. This place is very professionally run and organized. And they graciously gave me a nice labeled binder to hold all and made copies for named persons in my will. I was very pleased at how easy they made all this for me. We started with different attorney who never returned calls or emails nor even met with us, just his unqualified staff. THANKFULLY, we then went to Mr. French and met with him and his staff the first meeting. I unfortunately made the decision to file for bankruptcy and a friend referred me to Mark. After my ex husband left me and my boys high and dry I couldnt keep up with the payment on my own and everything was under my name (Lesson learned) they went through the process with me and gave me time to pay before doing the work which was great and when that time came they would keep me updated and was so patient with me as I had gotten a second job in overnight and knew I would be sleeping during the day they still made sure I was doing my part as well. I would strongly recommend setting an appointment and giving Mark French an opportunity. As a business owner for 15 years, I never thought I would be put in the position of facing bankruptcy or considering it. After visiting an attorney in downtown Fort Worth before being referred to Mark French I was very uneasy about how this was going to go. My case was extensive with a lot of moving parts, which made me nervous. For that reason, I decided to get a second opinion and schedule an appointment with Mark. I was very reluctant about having to file for bankruptcy but, Mr. French, Jaqueline, and Sophia made the process so much easier to bear. They not only explained, in great detail, every step of the process, they were with me throughout the entire thing.
