Chicken Fried Steak is not tenderized steak. It was more processed than hamburger. Asked for a baked potato no sour cream. The potato was obviously cooked 12 hours before but they added and charged for extras, guess they just made them all the same. A really disappointing evening for a chicken fried steak lover. They ruined my brothers birthday. We requested the party room to celebrate his birthday a week in advance and call through the week to confirm. When we arrived with our entire party, they informed us they were not allowing anyone to use the room. We spoke with management and they said that they were not letting anyone use the room on the weekends. So they made a table and we were stuck celebrating in a corner. But then! An hour later they start letting people in the room when they told us we couldn t. We had 25 people at a table and we couldn t celebrate his 51st birthday the way we planned. The workers apparently lied to us. This is beyond poor service and unfair.

Rating on the conditions of the building only. I m not sure if this place flooded recently but it smelled of mold. It was so pungent we ended up leaving because the smell was making us nauseous. Management- please check for leaks in the ceiling etc. this is not healthy.

I get the No. 8 chicken tenders platter. I guess the no 8 is from Nascar idk dont watch Nascar but anyways at $11.79 its a steal for the amount of food you get Ive been stopping here and getting it to go before I go to the Movie theater so I dont spend 40 bucks on snacks I recommend the honey mustard on the side and not tossing them with sauce but to each there own. Oh, and one more thing they throw in a buttery croissant thats so dang good that it make you slap yo mama.

We had lunch at the Cheddars location here in Beaumont this past Sunday. We normally have a good experience here, but Sunday is experience with a little different. I ordered the salmon and unfortunately it was overcooked and lacking flavor and tastefulness. My daughters boyfriend ordered the bone-in ribeye and he found it to be tough and not nearly meeting expectation (As and ex employee of the chain at another location, I suppose he had reason to have certain expectations.) Things were just a little off this time. The atmosphere was good as was the service. However: My wife s pain killer was as usual made to perfection .

Got the Monte Cristo and this time the crust was undercooked and goopy on the inside and a bit burnt on the outside. There was very little cheese and the meat seemed to be of lower quality than the last time I ordered it. Portions are smaller now too, definitely less fries and less cheese and bacon on them with the Cheddars cheese fries. Not planning on going back again. Service was alright, it wasnt our waiters fault but the Monte Cristo was only edible after bringing it home and putting it in the air fryer to finish cooking it. The bad part is that the outside was even more burnt but at least it didnt have the disgusting texture anymore. I thought more of Cheddars than this.

Both of our dishes-my Key Lime Chicken & Shrimp(& sides coleslaw &green beans) and my wifes Grilled Chicken & Pecan Salad with Honey Lime dressing were excellent! Not to mention the Margarita and Pain Killer(sans the Nutmeg) were both very good. And last but not least, the fresh from the oven croissants drizzled with butter that we were given before the meal were to die for. *written by wife Vegetarian options: They offer the option of an all vegetable plate plus some appetizers, salads and many vegetables to choose from. Dietary restrictions: Several dishes qualified as low calorie and all options had the calories listed per portion. Kid-friendliness: Weve been visiting Cheddars since our 24 year old daughter was in her infant carrier. She was always entertained by the the colors & kids menu, the huge fan in their main dining rooms or the extra large, colorful aquarium in a common area. We just went for our first time. I had the grilled salmon, and it was delicious. My husband had the grilled white fish blackened, and it also was delicious. I was very impressed by how they let you pick your own sides. We were both able to get a full meal and stay keto. I think no matter what your lifestyle, they are designed to accommodate you and make you happy. Our servicer was so fun and full of jokes. We were visiting with friends we hadnt seen in a while. Even after we paid our bill, our server happily brought us drink refills and more jokes. It was a great time!!!! Dietary restrictions: Too many options to list. They are very accommodating.

We had steak,shrimp,ribs and chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The sides were also great! We had an appetizer as well. The service was on point and the entire experience was excellent. I have to add we went to a popular steak house the week prior and it didnt get close to the quality of food here. We will definitely make Cheddars our go to. If you havent tried them out stop by the Beaumont, Tx location. It will not disappoint.

BUGS IN FOOD!!!!!! Rustic style Restaurant where all the food is made from Scratch. My dad and I visited before heading back home. Service was amazing. Went for a late lunch at 2:00. The food was old and gross. The 3 day old looking chicken tenders from the appetizer trio sent my boyfriend to the bathroom in the middle of his meal so needless to say he didnt finish eating. The past several times here were just horrible experiences. I do believe in giving places multiple chances in case of just being an off day but that isnt the case with Cheddars. Poorly trained staff, very poor food quality (my burger was very burnt last time), and long wait times for anything to happen. Despite the hype around this place I just cant recommend it to anyone.

We have eaten at various locations of Cheddars a few times, and have always been delighted. We shared a steak which was cooked to perfection, and very tasty. Ashley was very attentive, and gave great service. They have a nice patio for outdoor dining.

A while ago I wrote an opinion where they did not treat us well, today I write one that is the opposite, the treatment is super good. I have already been here several times after that thanks to Mrs. Sharon T. I will continue to come, have a good time, a pleasant time and the food is super delicious, I hope there are many people like her

This is an excellent choice for dining. The wait staff is top notch, providing great service. The food is consistently delicious, prepared and served quickly. I highly recommend you give it a try.
