Called in order to be picked up. Went to the bar area and was told it would be a few more minutes. I did notice a To GO bag on the back bar and was told it was not my order. After two more customers picked up their orders and 20 minutes later I am given the same To Go order that I had seen when I first got there. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes while my food was getting cold while I watched! The manager did offer to make another one, but I had already lost so much time and running late due to their incompetency!

This place has yummy food. The place is packed (busy). The service is great. It is pricey. I took my 4 kids this time. Next time, itll just be my husband and I. I wanted to try the Pina Colada mimosa so badly! I got a latte. It was ok. The pulled pork tacos! Yes! The green salsa. Yes!

Everyone is friendly and helpful No less than 8 people checked on us to see if we needed anything and that we were happy. Service was quick and food was fresh. The grits made my day, and the biscuits were just like my Grannys. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return.

Toasted Yolk in Beaumont is a must-visit! The food is absolutely incredible do yourself a favor and try the Junkyard Fries! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is top-notch. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is spotless and inviting, I cant recommend this place enough 5 stars all the way!

We dont go here very often anymore because of the way the meals are being served.. When you order breakfast with a pancake or French toast, eggs, and a meat they never serve the entire meal. They bring the eggs and meat out first but the French toast or pancake is not brought to the table at the same time. It arrives 5 minutes or so later by someone other than your waiter saying heres the rest of your meal.

I m so disappointed in today s order of Shrimp and Grits. This has ALWAYS been my go-to. I had to put my food down, it was that bad. The grits were so plain. Everything was plain. I added salt which I never do and it was still horrible. The shrimp . How can you mess up shrimp? The bacon had NO crunch. I usually could eat just the sauce and grits alone and it s amazing! What happened?? I ordered DoorDash too and paid the extra fees and a tip for this trash. Pls excuse my straightforwardness. I hate to leave a bad review but this is BAD quality!! Completely opposite from what I m used to. $40 down the drain and I need to get up on my 1 hr break to fix myself something anyway.

After seeing good reviews, girlfriend and I thought we would try. Service was good but that was the highlight. Ridiculously overpriced for the meal. Two entrees and coffee with a 20% tip was $52. ( not the waitress fault, so tip) I had the chicken fried steak, eggs and hashbrown casserole. Chicken fried steak was just awful. Tough as shoe leather and full of gristle. Breading also came completely off. Management should really sample what they are serving. Definitely a one and done visit.

My husband and I love love love The Toasted Yolk, Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas locations. The food is always great, the atmosphere is perfect and the staff is awesome!!! I don t know how or where Brett finds his staff but we have always had a pleasant experience at both locations. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, polite, personable, knowledgable of the menu items and attentive. Just this morning we had breakfast at the Beaumont location. It was super busy for Sunday brunch as one would expect. Restaurant was well staffed and all staff were very kind and engaged. Amy helped my group of 5 and did a wonderful job answering questions and getting our order. Her timing was perfect on her check backs, and she was willing to get my check to me early as I had to leave before the rest of the group. Amy is a true professional, as were the other staff we encountered. Dietary restrictions: Im on a medical diet and found it easy to meet my needs by ordering ala carte. Im certain they would have modified what they could, but I find it easier to order this way so as not to bog down the kitchen with my special food.

My experience was horrible. My family and I made reservations for a surprise party for mom.Well, I had a party of 10 and they jumped a party of 11 in front of us after 2 of the ladies said they just made reservations a hour while we made it in advance and waited over 2.5 hours and manager was rude to my cousin + all the ladies suppose to seating members. They constantly kept saying 30 minutes every hour until left around 11:15 am. but been there since 9. However, then an hour later , I called. Please, over the weekend, get more leaders who know how to treat people, and thats for all colors. Also, get it organized, not 3 and 4 people hollering at people, but let people know the estimate that doesnt change over 5 times. Im disappointed that I couldnt have any breakfast on my ma surprise birthday party.

So finally decided to try this place out that being said. So glad we finally got to try this restaurant. The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! Even the house side salad was fresh. Breakfast brisket tacos were also flavorful. Short wait for Sunday brunch. The Southwest Breakfast Bowl was delicious, and the sweet potato fries are a crispy must-have. The coffee was weak/watered down in my opinion and $3.69 for a straight black cup is a little steep. For an establishment as nice as Toasted Yolk, with fabric napkins, using styrofoam for to-go orders is a disappointing choice. Was seated automatically and was able to put in our drink orders. I found it amusing that they gave me a childrens menu since I was with another person. The eggs suck, didnt have much flavor nor cooked hard. The pancakes my friend ordered had oatmeal instead of the granola stated on the dish, same goes for the parfiet. The coffee usually sucks, but I tried one of their iced coffees. It was a bit bitter, but also had a bit of sweetness to it. This place is good if you are health conscious and the staff are great.

Came 9ish and the place wasnt crowded. The hostess greeted me upon enter and I was able to get seated right away. I decided to try a little sampler with eggs, french toast, hashbrown casserole and pork chop. I was happy that the waiter was very attentive and the hostess held the door open for me with a smiling goodbye.

My family went here and we were super excited to try this restaurant. The waitress had a bad attitude and we felt rushed even though the restaurant wasnt crowded. My husband ordered the brisket scramble without onion. When the food came out, his had onions. No big deal, we immediately told the waiter that brought out our food and he took it to the back. Several minutes later our waitress brings the plate back out and asks my husband if he wants them to remake it. NSays that the cooks say theres no onions. We again point out the onions and she takes it back again. They supposedly remake it and bring it back...my husband pulls out another big onion and shows it to me. We tell her and show her and she acts like we are trying to get something for free. We just wanted the food made correctly and to be treated respectfully. We tell her not to worry about it. She gets the manager anyway and he comes to tell us there was no onions on the plate.... Again, we just wanted the food made right, without argument. Everyone elses food was great, just wish the service was better.

On Father s Day 6/18/2023 my family and I ate there, The food and service was great, but my issue is that the women s restroom was out of hand soap and I went to the front and told 2 waitresses and asked them how long will it be bc I needed to wash my hands, they said it was being worked on and they didn t know how long it was going to take so I went back to my table and could see them snickering about my complaint, not even 1 minute after getting back to my table, the manager comes over to ask if everything was good, I said no I just told the 2 waitresses that the women s hand soap was out and they said they didn t have a time on when the soap would be refilled and I asked the manager how long will it be, he said it will take 30 seconds to replace it, so I waited about 5 minutes and went back into the restroom to try and wash my hands again, and again it wasn t refilled so I said the heck with it, If you work in the food industry, all employees must wash their hands after coming out of the restroom, when I went in there the second time, an employee just came out of the stall and couldn t have washed her hands properly bc there wasn t any hand soap, but she walked out of the women s restroom without washing her hands, I sure hope they fix this issue bc people can get very sick from touching door handles and anything else that hasn t been cleaned properly, so I don t feel like eating feces/fecal matter or anything else bc people don t wash their hands and I surely don t like eating hand sanitizer when I m having to eat my toast,
