Had a group of 12. They did a great job keeping us happy. I did have to go tell them we were ready to order. Waitress couldve been a bit warmer, but they were overworked, so she was all business. Salads were crisp. Lasagne very good. More cheese than Im used to and red sauce not very spicy, but, still, delicious. Oh, several had the seafood bowl which they really bragged on. The garlic bread was phenomenal. Entertainment was Kat and The Captain who play soft jazz and blues. Very nice. All in all, a good time.

The food here was solidly meh. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, the sauce on the chicken parm had an oil slick happening. From reading the reviews to going there it almost felt like I was at a different place. The lemoncello cake was for frozen and defrosted in the microwave because parts of it were warm and others very cold still. Overall I was disappointed

Everything was perfect. No wait for our reservation took a party of 15 with ease. Perfect and attentive service. The homemade food was fantastic and fresh absolutely delicious. The stuffed mushrooms are to die for, the sauce you will dream about forever. It tastes as wonderful as it has for the last 7 years. The chicken marsala was amazing and the pizzas were fantastic. This is one of my parents favorite restaurants. We went here to celebrate their 59th wedding anniversary. The food is delicious & served in huge portions! I was a bit disappointed that the side salad was only lettuce, cheese and 1 small wedge of tomato. However, the house tomato & basil dressing was nice and gave it more flavor. Also, they do not serve alcohol, which seems especially strange for an Italian place. I was hoping to have a glass of wine. Zia, our server & wife of chef, is very attentive. She knows our family and is always glad to see us. The prices are very reasonable, too. Overall, this is a wonderful, family owned, family-friendly, authentic Italian restaurant that I highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Family owned restaurant. No alcohol is served here.

I ve had Tuscany quite a few times. We ve always really enjoyed the food. At least 2x a month for about 2 years now. We ve always loved their sauce. But in recent times I ve ordered the same thing I always have, (Lobster Ravioli) I ve noticed that the lobster isn t lobster. It s been crawfish and now this most recent time it was shrimp. I don t know about you, but if I m paying for something that specifies having lobster and it s being passed off as something else, it s false advertising and I only wonder what other items they are passing as something else.

This is my favorite Italian place to eat at! It is BYOB. The food is top notch and I love the people that own it. They always make me feel like family when I go in. Everyone is happy to see me and my family. They have the best customer service, their food is fantastic and they have really reasonable prices, plus you can bring your own wine! I have had so many of their food items and have loved everything I have had. Their pizza is also delicious. I usually get a pasta dish when I go, but I sure enjoy the pizza as well. Can get red or white sauce. I think my favorite dish is their vodka tortellini. On friday nights they usually have live music which I also enjoy. Went for lunch. Fairly casual place. Got chicken Parm. Came with a side salad, spaghetti and garlic butter roll which I liked a lot. The house dressing is a tomato base vinegarette which was good. Service was good - appears that they are short staffed but organized so no issues. Chicken Parm was just a tad chewy and the crust a little soggy. The spaghetti was cooked well and the sauce was decent. It was in need of seasoning. I added some red pepper flakes and was good to go. Probably pass on the chicken Parm and try the lasagna next time. 01/2023:. Went for lunch. Chick. Parm again. It was better. Nicely cooked. Tried this place twice yesterday for lunch then again for dinner and it didn t disappoint! Lovely Italian restaurant, we stopped for a late lunch on the weekend and it was very quiet inside. The interior has a lot of seating. The waitress that served us was very kind and friendly. The portions are huge! The personal pizza is definitely big enough to share and the calzones were really large as well. Their garlic rolls were so good, and Im not normally a huge fan of marinara sauce, but theirs is really delicious. For the portions the pricing is very good. It looks like their lunch menu has especially good prices, so Im looking forward to going again on a weekday to try it out. Also their bathroom (at least the womens one) has a changing table, so its baby friendly!

By far the worst Italian-style food weve had in our 20+ years living in Dallas area. We made a sizeable order to go, nearly $300 and when I picked it up, we were assured that everything was double-checked. I arrived home to find theyd forgotten an entree, so I drove back 20 minutes each way to get my daughters dinner. Another entree, eggplant parmigiana, on their pasta dishes menu, came without pasta. When I asked the chef about this pasta omission while getting my daughters dinner, he said that the eggplant parmigiana was listed with and without pasta. Checking on their online menu, there is no such option of with and without pasta. In his defense, the chef did offer to give me a free side of pasta because of the confusion. Ive never had eggplant parmigiana without a side of pasta, and if Tuscany chooses to omit pasta, they should take the dish off the pasta menu. We ordered a few seafood dishes; the mussels and calamari smelled so bad that we threw them away, afraid to eat them. The salmon Florentine was actually pretty good, the only good dish in the order. Everything else not mentioned was way too salty. We can handle salty food (wife is Chinese and traditional Chinese is quite salty) but this was almost inedible. Long story short; other than the Salmon Florentine, the rest of our $290 was sparsely eaten and the leftovers thrown in the trash because we either feared they were rotten or we knew we wouldnt finish them because they tasted so bad. The food was simply awful. The portions were also quite small for the price, which might be a non-issue because we couldnt eat the food anyway. Its not like me to flame a business online and I hate to do it, but this food was expensive, the order was screwed up (yes, they were apologetic), the portions were small, the seafood stunk like it was old and the food was terribly over-salted. They get two stars instead of one because they have potential, seem to be genuinely nice people and their pizza, were it not over-salted, wouldve been pretty good.

The food here is really very good. I enjoy the soups mostly. The problem Tuscany Italian Bistro has is customer service. Ive ordered multiple times because the food is so tasty. Ordered via Ubereats. My last order was over an hour late. I told the driver to find out why. The Ubereats driver told me she was advised by Tuscany Italian Bistro they were too busy. My expectation from a small business is to be treated with priority at all times. I Googled restaurants and decided to try Tuscany Italian Bistro. There is nothing quite like a good Italian meal. The directions that maps gave us was slightly confusing. The restaurant is very nice. There are murals on the walls from the most famous places in Italy including Rome and Venice. There is a piano in the restaurant for guests to enjoy piano music. We were not lucky enough to catch that. There are a lot of wonderful choices on the menu. I chose the chicken marsala. We, also, got bruschetta as an appetizer. The marsala had a wonderful flavor. It was on a bed of spaghetti. The bruschetta was good too. The restaurant has great ambiance. It can accommodate large groups. It was reasonably priced considering how good the food was. This is definitely a restaurant worth returning to enjoy another entree or two. They have several desserts to enjoy as well.

Best Italian food around. I eat here once a week. I have never ever had a bad experience. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is always friendly and kind. On Friday and Saturday there is sometimes live classical music. Its always classy and very clean. Ive ordered delivery and dined in. Anyone who has ever said they had a bad experience here is either lying, to picky or impatient.

I was in town to visit the State Fair and the Red River Showdown and was looking for a nice Italian place for dinner. Absolutely mind blowing we all were impressed. Will be back next time in the Metroplex. They don t have alcohol but I guess it s a county thing.. but don t let that stop you.. the food is amazing. 1st time, was recommended by family. This was a great place. Great service and atmosphere. Server was on top of everything and very friendly. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and it was delicious. Some of the best Ive ever had. The portion was huge for the price. The piece of chicken went from one side of the plate to the other. It was only like $13 dollars or so. Rolls and salad were great too. Will definitely be back!

This mine and my husbands new go to spot for Italian! I just took my mom there today for the first time and she loved it too. If you have a chance, you should try the pink signature sauce! I really love their chicken parm. Good sauces, great flavors, good portions. The only thing Im not crazy about is their salad that comes with the meal. Its a very basic iceberg lettuce salad but whos there for salad really?? Lol I really cant recommend this place enough

Tuscany is a casual bistro with a neighborhood feel. We ate there rather late on a Friday evening (9:15, they are open until 10:00) and enjoyed the experience. The Calamari was crispy and fully cooked. Actually a bit overcooked as it was rubbery. The Lasagna was as it is supposed to be - that is, pure comfort food. Cassandra ordered the Chefs Choice from the seafood menu. After the Calamari, she was concerned but it surpassed her expectations! She raved about it! This place is BYOB. We enjoyed a bottle of Black Cloud. All in all, a lovely evening.

This place is BYOB which makes it even better. I brought a nice valpolicella ripasso superiore to pair with our meal. They brought out fresh soft bread that was quite good. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. They were good size and a great portion, with a nice crisp and seasoning on them. I ordered the Chefs special which comes with shrimp, scallops, and chicken in a pink cream sauce. It is filling and full of flavor! Delicioso. My wife had the fettuccine vodka and shrimp. She loved it. The meals come with a salad and your choice of their house dressing, ranch, caesar and one other option that I happen to forget what it was. I chose the caesar and was abundantly pleased with that choice. My wife loved their house dressing as well for her salad. The service was pretty good. Attentive and polite. Overall a great meal.
