If I could rate this guy a 0 I would. It requires insanity to trust him. He was assigned to a family members case He waited 6 months to even go introduce himself & visit that family member. He didnt even know if family had been indicted or not. That 1 visit was all of 5 minutes when he did finnaly go see his client. He was told to contact me because I had exculpatory evidence that proved the charges were false & with a 250,000 bond.. family was stuck in tarrant county. I called a few times trying to make contact, check statuses, and even sent him a good portion of what I had as evidence in the mail. I got NO answers. In the end, I was able to out right PROVE our case. But would have never happened with this guy.. he was trying to get family to take a plea for prison time. The offer was 30 years. After 13 long months in jail, for bogus allegations and an attorney who clearly did not care about helping his client. I put my resources together & went & hired another attorney who actually cares about doing his job. Our new attorney, Nickols of Nickols & White PLLC was able to get the bond reduced less than 2 weeks after being hired. From 250k to 25k which was more reasonable for the charge. Family bonded out that day & a couple months later, Nickols had the charges dismissed.. I would NOT trust RAY Harvey HALL ANY lawyer is better than this guy.

Ray deprived me of my rights. He didnt show me evidence the entire 8months that he was my attorney. He commited purgery by lying to the judge on me. He has anger issues and no patience

His receptionist is cool. Shes Very old school and straight to da point, and that is a plus for me. Ray isnt the type to steer u wrong. Hes got game just trust the process

Whoever answer the phone calls are VERY RUDE! I called to check the status update on my case and the lady that answers tell me there isn t any update this week, last week or the week before! I respond by telling her I haven t called in almost two months and then she proceeded to tell me I m yelling at her! I wasn t yelling I told her SHES VERY RUDE, If you don t like answering calls SWITCH PROFESSIONS!!

Ray just goes with the flow and doesnt have the fight he used to have i guess..hes smart and a vet in the game but has very short patience. If he can use the anger he just used on me towards fighting for his clients, he would be phenomenal! Overall if you want an atty thats knowledge and seasoned than hes your guy but if you need an attorney that goes against the grain and challenges the law with the law than TURN the other way and keep looking. Overall I wish Ray nothing but the best, no hard feelings.

Got my dwi dropped!! Saved me a whole lot of time money and heartache. Ray and his staff were very upfront with me about what was going on with my case and gave it to me straight without beating around the bush. If you want an attorney who s gonna tell it to you like it is without games involved then Ray and his team are the ones to choose

Just an update: Ray is still my only go to attorney 20 years later. Hes always gotten the best results for me. Ive saved thousands over the years because of him and his dedicated staff and if I have any questions I know I can always reach out to his wonderful wife Dawn to help me if Ray is in court. Thanks again guys for always looking out for me!!

Didnt do his best to resolve my case, took his time, and had me sit it jail over a DWI, waiting for lab results- RESULTS THAT I KNEW WERE NEGATIVE...i waited and waited so i could get the charge dropped but in vain. BECAUSE RAY didnt do his job or research or anything, he disregarded everything i said to him. When i got out, i found out that the police lied and said i refused a test even though my blood was DRAWN AT JPS and is in their records- so i waited for nothing, and got a dwi conviction when they had ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF. BECAUSE RAY DIDNT WORK FOR ME. PLEASE GO TO A LEGIT, AND TRULY CARING, UNSELFISH ATTORNEY. THIS MAN GIVES HORRIBLE RESULTS and DIDNT DO HIS RESEARCH. HE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND MAKES YOU CONSIDER WHO HIS LOYALTY IS TOWARDS....IS IT YOU OR HIS PROSECUTOR BUDDIES?
