I dont know if the original owners still own this place but I tried to place in order at 6:40pm.Someone answered the phone and said no the kitchen is closed and we cleaning up. I didnt know they closed at 7:00pm and I thought that was very rude and I will not be returning to this place of business.

Ordered the chicken, shrimp, scallop pasta and salt and pepper wings. Both were absolutely delicious!!! The chicken wings were crispy, hot, and seasoned to perfection. The pasta was veeeeery decadent, creamy, and flavorful. The texture is similar to a very soft mac n cheese. The service here was great and everyone was very friendly. I can t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!!! PS prices are very very good also.

i m a little late BUT i seen someone post about team gilliam shack off 11th street and decided to give them a try. I got the fully loaded cajun pasta with chicken, shrimp and sausage and i would give them a 7/10. Hubby got the fried fish basket and was very disappointed. The fish was very soggy and not cooked in the middle. After we placed our order we sat outside for a good 20-25 min to wait on the food you would think the fish would have been cooked all the way. The boudain balls were pretty good along with the red beans and rice . I also ordered the banana pudding but was so disappointed with the food didn t even try it . i wouldn t recommend and would give them a 4/10

The Customer Service was Great my order was placed through Drive Thru for a customer I picking up for After à careful Review of the Menu I decided to order something I don t usually eat at to many places but I m Excited I tried I had a Sweet Potato pie taste like Good ole Louisiana Tea Cake filled with Sweet Potato VERY VERY GOOD not to sweet just right Not to mention the Delicious Banana Pudding so good bananas was sweet and the cookies not Soggy better than others I have tried .The Red Beans and Rice Great Season just right they were nice and hot I went inside and Paris was so very helpful and Sweet it s was very clean inside and out and comfortable to sit and eat if you looking for some Great Food Friendly people price is good don t take my word go get you some Good Eaten I m going back Parking: Parking is nice safe area Kid-friendliness: Yes very kid friendly it s Great for the whole family to Dine Great People + Great Food + Great price = wonderful Time

Ordered cajun pasta with shrimp to go. Dont even think about going to a chain restaurant in the area. This pasta is all you need. The servings are huge (like should be a competition to finish in one sitting huge) and it is delicious. The staff was very nice and I wish I was still in town on Saturday for the seafood.

I picked up an order of chicken & sausage pasta, boudain balls, and banana pudding for lunch. Both ladies I dealt with were very friendly. They said it would take about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, but I dont feel like it even to that long. There was so much pasta I had leftovers, which almost never happens. And it is GOOD. The chicken is flavorful, the sausage is flavorful, and the sauce is flavorful. Theres just the right amount of spice to it that I can feel the heat without it being overwhelming. The boudain balls have a corn meal batter, which I wasnt expecting, but theyre good and had the right proportion of boudain to batter. And the banana pudding...its one of my favorite desserts, and they did it right. Actually tasted like banana, had banana slices and Nilla Wafers on top. It was all *Chefs kiss* sooo good!! I will go back.

The sweet potato pie was so AMAZING I had to stop myself from chewing on the piece of foil that it came wrapped in. The cajun chicken & sausage pasta was so flavorful and creamy, and the chicken and waffles was awesome too. We ordered our food in the drive-thru. Everything tasted like it was homemade and made with love. Some of the BEST food we ve had in all of Beaumont and we will definitely be back.

This was my first time going drove from port arthur And had a horrible experience. The chicken was not seasoned and I can tell that the grease needed to be changed plus when I took a bite out the waffle I can taste the batter only. it was not good at all I was disappointed. I heard good things and thought I would give it a try but didnt have a good experience, For my first time trying.

The owner offered GREAT! Services and even allowed my mother, husband & I to sample a pecan candy on the house The food was cooked to perfection! The ONLY thing Id suggest is that Smokers respect the dining guests and not smoke right outside the door. The smoke was coming through cracks and when the door opened as guests walked in. Im allergic and the male worker passed by me twice smelling like strong smoke then he stopped in the dining area causing my allergies to flare. Other than that, great customer service. The female cashier could use some greeting skills and knowing the menu offering first time guests ideas would increase sales tremendously!

I normally love everything I get from Team Gilliam Snack & Food Shack but today was different. Everything else was good except the 2 sandwiches. The pork chops were burnt an cold.. I took one bite and spit out.No I didnt call and complain because I thought about it after I threw them away in the trash after my spoiled dogs didnt even want to eat them. Hopefully next time will be better. I order 2 pork chops sandwiches, sausage and chicken cajun pasta, fried chicken basket and chicken wing basket.
